Abstract

一种扇形扁平喷嘴，包括喷嘴，喷头体，喷嘴与喷头体相连，喷嘴与喷头体之间设有导流槽，喷嘴外设有弧形挡块，弧形挡块位于喷嘴的对面，喷嘴体外套装有螺母。本发明结构简单，由于喷嘴外设有弧形挡块，能够让喷头的喷射范围更广了，适合大面积喷雾降温，减少了喷射降温的喷头个数，降低了企业的生产成本，能够应用于需要喷射角度较宽的场所，能够让钢锭在合适的时间内迅速的进行降温，扩大了喷嘴的使用范围，保证了喷嘴的使用效果，优化了喷嘴的使用性能。

本发明涉及一种扇形扁平喷嘴。
背景技术
在钢铁铸造企业，很多钢锭在出炉的时候，都需要经过降温处理，常常采用喷雾的形式对于钢锭进行降温，目前的喷嘴只能对于钢锭的局部进行喷雾降温，在喷嘴和钢锭距离较近的情况下，很多喷嘴不能很好的对钢锭进行喷雾降温，传统的喷嘴只能进行直射式的喷雾，喷射的范围较窄，对于大面积钢锭进行喷雾降温的时候，就要需要更多的喷嘴进行工作，很多喷头喷射出来的水的降温范围较窄，不能够很好的大面积对于钢锭进行降温，影响了钢锭的质量，钢锭得不到充分的降温可能会影响钢锭的进一步加工，影响后续钢锭的加工质量，不能够很好的增加了企业的生产负担，影响了钢锭的降温情况，如何提高喷嘴的喷射面积成为业内所要关注的重要问题，很多企业用传统的喷嘴对于钢锭进行加工，导致了很多企业生产出来的钢锭质量较差，不能够很好的满足企业的生产需要，影响了企业订单的完成，喷嘴的喷射很难形成雾状，也影响了钢锭的降温质量，很难让钢锭在合适的时间内进行降温。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单，喷射范围广的一种扇形扁平喷嘴。
本发明的技术方案为：一种扇形扁平喷嘴，包括喷嘴，喷头体，所述的喷嘴与喷头体相连，所述的喷嘴与喷头体之间设有导流槽，所述的喷嘴外设有弧形挡块，所述的弧形挡块位于喷嘴的对面。
所述的喷嘴体外套装有螺母，所述的螺母为六角螺母。 
本发明的优点是：
本发明结构简单，由于喷嘴外设有弧形挡块，能够让喷头的喷射范围更广了，适合大面积喷雾降温，减少了喷射降温的喷头个数，降低了企业的生产成本，能够应用于需要喷射角度较宽的场所，能够让钢锭在合适的时间内迅速的进行降温，扩大了喷嘴的使用范围，保证了喷嘴的使用效果，优化了喷嘴的使用性能。
