公开一种摆动式液体电导率测量电极,由两个电极端即第一电极端、第二电极端,电极臂,摆动机构,引线和接线端子组成;两个电极端即第一电极端、第二电极端是平板金属片,相互平行且留有间隙、正直面对,两个电极端即第一电极端、第二电极端固定安装于电极臂并通过电极臂机械连接到摆动机构,两个电极端即第一电极端、第二电极端通过引线穿过电极臂的内部空心电连接到位于摆动机构的摆动轴心部位的接线端子,本技术方案的创新点在于使电极表面不能聚集和附着离子形成稳固的双电层,避免了电极极化。

一种摆动式液体电导率测量电极
技术领域
本技术方案涉及液体电导率或电阻率的测量电极,尤其涉及能完全消除电极极化的液体电导率或电阻率测量电极。
背景技术
液体电导率的测量在工业生产、水质监测等诸多领域中广泛使用。液体电导率的基本测量方法是测量施加在置入液体的电极的两端上的电压U和流过电极的电流I,计算电极之间的电阻R=U/I,用G=K/R计算液体的电导率,其中K为电极常数。但置入液体内的电极在通电后会产生极化,使测得的电压U实质上不是液体本身两端的电压,而是施加在液体电阻串联电极极化等效电容两个虚拟电子器件上的电压,因此公式R=U/I存在理论误差;为了减小电极极化对测量准确度的影响,基本方法是在电极上施加正负极性对称的交流电如正弦波进行激励,但是交流激励方法只是能减小电极极化影响,并不能完全消除电极极化的影响,并且交流激励会引入电极极间电容与电极引线电容对测量的不利因素。
发明内容
本技术方案的目的是提供一种能完全消除电极极化的液体电导率测量电极。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种摆动式液体电导率测量电极,由两个电极端即第一电极端、第二电极端,电极臂,摆动机构,引线和接线端子组成;两个电极端即第一电极端、第二电极端是平板金属片,相互平行且留有间隙、正直面对,两个电极端即第一电极端、第二电极端固定安装于电极臂并通过电极臂机械连接到摆动机构,两个电极端即第一电极端、第二电极端通过引线穿过电极臂的内部空心电连接到位于摆动机构的摆动轴心部位的接线端子;
本技术方案的创新点在于:电极插入被测液体,使两个电极端完全浸入被测液体,摆动机构快速进行摆动,使两个电极端之间的间隙有被测液体快速流过,对两个电极端的表面起着冲刷作用,使两个电极端上不能聚集和附着离子,因而不能形成双电层,避免产生电极极化。

   下面结合附图1和附图2对本申请的技术方案进一步描述:
一种摆动式液体电导率测量电极,由两个电极端即第一电极端1、第二电极端2,电极臂3,摆动机构4,引线5和接线端子6组成;两个电极端即第一电极端1、第二电极端2是平板金属片,相互平行且留有间隙、正直面对,两个电极端即第一电极端1、第二电极端2固定安装于电极臂3并通过电极臂3机械连接到摆动机构4,两个电极端即第一电极端1、第二电极端2通过引线5穿过电极臂3的内部空心电连接到位于摆动机构4的摆动轴心部位的接线端子6。

1.一种摆动式液体电导率测量电极,其特征在于:由两个电极端即第一电极端1、第二电极端2,电极臂3,摆动机构4,引线5和接线端子6组成;两个电极端即第一电极端1、第二电极端2是平板金属片,相互平行且留有间隙、正直面对,两个电极端即第一电极端1、第二电极端2固定安装于电极臂3并通过电极臂3机械连接到摆动机构4,两个电极端即第一电极端1、第二电极端2通过引线5穿过电极臂3的内部空心电连接到位于摆动机构4的摆动轴心部位的接线端子6。
