一种节能燃气灶用炊具支承,支承架体2为筒形,筒形支承架体2的上方设有叶轮1,叶轮1上呈涡轮辐射状均匀设有12-36片上表面可与炊具受热面完全贴合,横截面为弧形的吸热肋片。该支承热交换面积大,工艺性好,热交换效率高,可有效地减少积炭,炊具受热面受热均匀。

本发明涉及一种炊具支承,尤其是一种燃气灶用炊具支承。
背景技术
目前常用的燃气灶炊具支承由3个或4个支承块构成,这些支承块仅仅起支承作用,支承块与炊具之间是点接触,热交换效果差,很多热量都从旁边散发掉了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服已有炊具支承所存在的缺陷,提供一种热交换面积大,工艺性好,对流换热效率高,制造容易,造型美观的燃气灶用炊具支承。
本发明的任务是通过以下方式实现的:该节能燃气灶用炊具支承有一个筒形支承架体,筒形支承架体的上方设有叶轮,叶轮上呈涡轮辐射状均匀设有12-36片上表面可与炊具受热面完全贴合,横截面为弧形的吸热肋片。只要将筒形支承架体直接放置在燃气灶头上即可使用。
本发明叶轮的上表面可制成平面状或弧面状,支承架体可制成圆筒形或圆锥筒形,以适应平底锅和弧形底锅,其工艺精度应保证与炊具受热面的接触面积在90% 以上。
在本发明中,支承架体可采用不锈钢薄板冲压而成,这种材料导热系数小,强度高,工艺性好,美观,耐腐蚀,叶轮可采用纯铝冲压而戚,其优点是导热系数高,比重小,热容量小,因此可被迅速加热,并使热量较均匀地弥散到整个炊具底部,且价格较便宜。加热肋片也可用铝合金铸成。
本发明的加热胁片由于成涡轮状排布,故对流换热效率高,由于设置了肋片,肋片上表面又与炊具底部呈面接触,故助片可将本身吸收的热量以热传导方式传导给炊具底部,从面大增加了热交换面积,提高了热交换率,而且,吸热肋片能使燃气充分分散与氧气接触,燃烧更加充分,从而可有效地减少积炭。另外,现有的燃气灶具支承,火焰直接喷向炊具底部,随部位不同,炊具受热面的热交换率不同,造成炊具底部温度分布梯度很大,产生局部过热,局部过热产生的局部高温高压会使食物的一些营养成份丧失,甚至产生一些有害物质,而且食物在短时间内不易熟透。采用本发明的支承,肋片能将热量迅速传递,减缓了温度分布梯度,使炊具受热面受热更加均匀。
本发明具有热效率高,工艺性好,制造容易,造型美观的优点。

具体实施方式
参照图l 、图2 ,该用于孤形底炊具的节能燃气灶用炊具支承包括一个筒形支承架体2,简形支承架体2上方套设有叶轮,叶轮上呈涡轮辐射状均匀设有24片吸热肋片,吸热肋片的上表面3与炊具受热面完全贴合,其横截面为弧形。

1.一种节能燃气灶用炊具支承,包括支承架体(2),其特征在于:支承架体(2)为筒形,筒形支承架体(2)的上方设有叶轮(1),叶轮(1)上呈涡轮辐射状均匀设有12-36片上表面(3)可与炊具受热面完全贴合,横截面为弧形的吸热肋片。
