本发明公开了一种管头装配机的分料机构,包含横梁和三块分料板，三块分料板与横梁平行设置，其中一块分料板设置在横梁的一侧，另外两块分料板设置在横梁的另一侧，该侧的两块分料板之间间隔一个管料直径的距离，三块分料板由设置在横梁上的多个升降缸分别控制升降；本发明的管头装配机的分料机构,多个升降缸分别控制三块分料板升降，使得在进行管头装配的管料可以依次进入三块分料板之间，使装配过程整齐有序，保证正在装配的管料不会受到送料带上后面的管料挤压而影响装配；三块分料板的升降顺序可以根据不同的情况调节。

本发明涉及一种管头装配机的分料机构。
背景技术
管状型材在生产出来之后，需要在两端装配管头，传统手工装配的方式不仅效率低下，而且装配的效果不好，易松动；而现有的一些管头装配机器多为半自动化机器，需要人工辅助完成装配，依然无法满足企业大规模生产的需要；因此，需要设计一种全自动化的管头装配机，并设计相应的分料机构。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种管头装配机的分料机构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种管头装配机的分料机构,包含横梁和三块分料板，三块分料板与横梁平行设置，其中一块分料板设置在横梁的一侧，另外两块分料板设置在横梁的另一侧，该侧的两块分料板之间间隔一个管料直径的距离，三块分料板由设置在横梁上的多个升降缸分别控制升降。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的管头装配机的分料机构, 多个升降缸分别控制三块分料板升降，使得在进行管头装配的管料可以依次进入三块分料板之间，使装配过程整齐有序，保证正在装配的管料不会受到送料带上后面的管料挤压而影响装配；三块分料板的升降顺序可以根据不同的情况调节。

如图1所示，本发明所述的一种管头装配机的分料机构,包含横梁1和三块分料板51，三块分料板51与横梁1平行设置，其中一块分料板设置在横梁1的一侧，另外两块分料板51设置在横梁1的另一侧，该侧的两块分料板51之间间隔一个管料直径的距离，每块分料板51的两端上均设置有固定在横梁1上的升降缸52，多个升降缸52分别控制每块分料板51的升降。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：

1.一种管头装配机的分料机构,其特征在于：包含横梁（1）和三块分料板（51），三块分料板（51）与横梁（1）平行设置，其中一块分料板设置在横梁（1）的一侧，另外两块分料板（51）设置在横梁（1）的另一侧，该侧的两块分料板（51）之间间隔一个管料直径的距离，三块分料板（51）由设置在横梁（1）上的多个升降缸（52）分别控制升降。
