Abstract

一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:其原料组成为:PVC100phr,复合铅4~6phr,硬脂酸0.2~0.4phr,ACR1~2phr,CPE8~10phr,活性轻钙6~8phr,钛白4~6phr。本配方可以提高其热稳定性,改善其耐冲击性能。本配方生产中稳定性好,成本低。

一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方
技术领域
本设计涉及一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,属于塑料技术领域。
背景技术
PVC 是一种非结晶、极性的高分子聚合物, 软化温度和熔融温度较高, 纯PVC 一般需要在160~ 210?? 时才可塑化加工, 由于大分子之间的极性键使PVC 显示出硬而脆的性能。另外, PVC 分子内含有氯的基团, 受热容易导致PVC 脱HCl 反应, 从而引起PVC 降解反应。所以PVC 对热极不稳定, 温度升高,会大大促进PVC 脱HCl 反应。当温度达到12O°C时, 纯PVC 即开始脱HCl 反应, 从而导致PVC 热降解发生。因此, 在加工PVC 时必须加入各种助剂对PVC 进行加工改性和冲击改性, 使之可以加工成为有用的产品。
发明内容
根据上述要求,本设计的目的是提供一种PVC 塑料稀土稳定剂配方,以提高其热稳定性,改善其耐冲击性能。本配方无毒,型材焊接强度高。
为实现上述目的,本设计是通过以下技术手段来实现的:
一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:其原料组成为:
PVC 100 phr, 三盐2~4phr,二盐1~3phr,硬脂酸钙0.2~ 0.8phr,硬脂酸钡 0.2~ 0.8phr,硬脂酸铅0.2~ 0.8phr,硬脂酸0.2~ 0.8phr,ACR1~3 phr,CPE 8~ 12phr,活性轻钙7~ 9phr,钛白3~ 5phr,PE蜡0.2~ 0.5phr,石蜡0.2~ 0.4phr。

所述的一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:所述PVC的型号为PVC- SG5。
所述的一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:所述三盐为三盐基硫酸铅,所述二盐为二盐基亚磷酸铅。
所述的一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:所述ACR型号采用ACR401。
所述的一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:所述CPE 型号选用CPE135A。
所述的一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:所述钛白选用金红石型钛白。
本发明的有益效果是:本配方可以提高其热稳定性,改善其耐冲击性能。本配方生产中稳定性好,成本低。
具体实施方式
铅盐类是PVC 最常用的热稳定剂,也是十分有效的热稳定剂,其用量可占PVC热稳定剂的70%以上。
铅盐类稳定剂的优点: 热稳定性优良,具有长期热稳定性, 电气绝缘性能优良, 耐候性好, 价格低。
实施例1:一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其原料组成为:
PVC 100 phr, 三盐3phr,二盐1phr,硬脂酸钙0.2phr,硬脂酸钡 0.2phr,硬脂酸铅0.2phr,硬脂酸0.2phr,ACR1phr,CPE 8phr,活性轻钙7phr,钛白3phr,PE蜡0.2phr,石蜡0.2phr。
实施例2:一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其原料组成为:
PVC 100 phr, 三盐3phr,二盐3phr,硬脂酸钙0.8phr,硬脂酸钡0.8phr,硬脂酸铅0.8phr,硬脂酸0.8phr,ACR3 phr,CPE 12phr,活性轻钙9phr,钛白5phr,PE蜡0.5phr,石蜡0.4phr。

PVC 100 phr, 三盐2~4phr,二盐1~3phr,硬脂酸钙0.2~ 0.8phr,硬脂酸钡 0.2~ 0.8phr,硬脂酸铅0.2~ 0.8phr,硬脂酸0.2~ 0.8phr,ACR1~3 phr,CPE 8~ 12phr,活性轻钙7~ 9phr,钛白3~ 5phr,PE蜡0.2~ 0.5phr,石蜡0.2~ 0.4phr。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:所述PVC的型号为PVC- SG5。
3. 如权利要求1所述的一种PVC塑料双铅盐稳定剂配方,其特征在于:所述三盐为三盐基硫酸铅,所述二盐为二盐基亚磷酸铅。
