本发明公开了一种透水透气的多孔泡沫,由乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物、丁烯-1、偶氮二甲酰胺、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷、交联剂DCP和1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯组成,所述组分的含量为:以重量份计,乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物 100份、丁烯-1 15-22份、偶氮二甲酰胺 7-11份、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷 1-3份、交联剂DCP 0.3-0.8份、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯 0.5-1份。通过上述方式,本发明的透水透气的多孔泡沫,所述多孔泡沫的各组分经过复配反应能达到透水透气的效果,同时复配过程不会产生废水废气,选用的原料价格便宜,使得到的多孔泡沫成本较低,能够大规模的推广应用,受到消费者的广泛欢迎。

一种透水透气的多孔泡沫
技术领域
本发明涉及泡沫塑料领域,特别是涉及一种透水透气的多孔泡沫。
背景技术
多孔泡沫是一种以树脂为基础而内部具有无数微孔性气体的塑料制品,具有密度低、防止空气对流、不易传热、能吸音等优点。多孔泡沫分为开孔泡沫结构或闭孔泡沫结构,开孔泡沫结构是指多孔泡沫内各个气孔是互相连通的,闭孔泡沫结构是泡孔是互相分隔的。多孔泡沫以其优良的特点而在各个领域广泛应用。但现在存在的多孔泡沫不透水透气,使用上不舒适,不受消费者的欢迎。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种透水透气的多孔泡沫,该多孔泡沫使用上舒适效果好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种透水透气的多孔泡沫,由乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物、丁烯-1、偶氮二甲酰胺、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷、交联剂DCP和1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯组成,所述组分的含量为:以重量份计,乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物 100份、丁烯-1 15-22份、偶氮二甲酰胺 7-11份、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷 1-3份、交联剂DCP 0.3-0.8份、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯 0.5-1份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述多孔泡沫的组分含量为:以重量份计,乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物 100份、丁烯-1 17-20份、偶氮二甲酰胺 8-10份、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷 2-3份、交联剂DCP 0.5-0.7份、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯 0.6-0.8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物中含有质量分数为13-17%的醋酸乙烯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的透水透气的多孔泡沫,所述多孔泡沫的各组分经过复配反应能达到透水透气的效果,同时复配过程不会产生废水废气,选用的原料价格便宜,使得到的多孔泡沫成本较低,能够大规模的推广应用,受到消费者的广泛欢迎。

实施例一:
提供一种透水透气的多孔泡沫,由乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物、丁烯-1、偶氮二甲酰胺、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷、交联剂DCP和1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯组成,所述组分的含量为:以重量份计,乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物 100份、丁烯-1 18份、偶氮二甲酰胺 11份、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷 3份、交联剂DCP 0.8份、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯 0.7份。其中所述乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物中含有质量分数为15%的醋酸乙烯,所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯。
实施例二:
提供一种透水透气的多孔泡沫,由乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物、丁烯-1、偶氮二甲酰胺、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷、交联剂DCP和1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯组成,所述组分的含量为:以重量份计,乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物 100份、丁烯-1 15份、偶氮二甲酰胺 7份、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷 1份、交联剂DCP 0.5份、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯 1份。其中所述乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物中含有质量分数为14%的醋酸乙烯,所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯。
实施例三:
提供一种透水透气的多孔泡沫,由乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物、丁烯-1、偶氮二甲酰胺、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷、交联剂DCP和1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯组成,所述组分的含量为:以重量份计,乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物 100份、丁烯-1 22份、偶氮二甲酰胺 9份、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷 2份、交联剂DCP 0.3份、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯 0.5份。其中所述乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物中含有质量分数为16%的醋酸乙烯,所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、所述透水透气的多孔泡沫的各组分经过复配反应能达到透水透气的效果,同时复配过程不会产生废水废气;
二、所述透水透气的多孔泡沫选用的原料价格便宜,使得到的多孔泡沫成本较低;
三、所述透水透气的多孔泡沫能够大规模的推广应用,受到消费者的广泛欢迎。

1.一种透水透气的多孔泡沫,其特征在于,由乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物、丁烯-1、偶氮二甲酰胺、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷、交联剂DCP和1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯组成,所述组分的含量为:以重量份计,乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物 100份、丁烯-1 15-22份、偶氮二甲酰胺 7-11份、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷 1-3份、交联剂DCP 0.3-0.8份、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯 0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透水透气的多孔泡沫,其特征在于,所述多孔泡沫的组分含量为:以重量份计,乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物 100份、丁烯-1 17-20份、偶氮二甲酰胺 8-10份、乙烯基三甲氧硅烷 2-3份、交联剂DCP 0.5-0.7份、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯 0.6-0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透水透气的多孔泡沫,其特征在于,所述乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物中含有质量分数为13-17%的醋酸乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透水透气的多孔泡沫,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯。
