Abstract

本发明公开了一种改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯及其在双组份聚氨酯微孔弹性体中的应用,所述改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,是采用包括如下步骤的制备方法制备的:将MDI、二元酸、聚酯多元醇和磷酸混合反应,即可获得所述的改性改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。各个组分的重量份数为:MDI 100份,二元酸1~10份,聚酯多元醇20~60份,磷酸0.002~0.008份。本发明的有益效果是:利用所述改性MDI制得的聚氨酯微孔弹性体的拉伸强度和撕裂强度等物性明显提高。

改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯及在制备弹性体中的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)及其在双组份聚氨酯微孔弹性体中的应用
背景技术
聚氨酯是主链上含有重复氨基甲酸酯基团的大分子化合物的统称,是由二元或多元有机异氰酸酯与多元醇化合物相互作用而得到的高分子化合物。聚氨酯按其物理性能和用途,通常可分为硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料、软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料、聚氨酯弹性体和聚氨酯涂料等。聚氨酯因其卓越的性能被广泛应用于建筑、汽车、轻工、纺织、石化等众多领域,是一种新兴的有机高分子材料,被誉为“第五大塑料”。
随着人们生活水平的提高和技术的进步,对聚氨酯材料的性能要求也逐步提高。例如对聚氨酯微孔弹性体,目前市场要求其耐折性和耐磨性更强,综合性能更优,由此,对其原料聚氨酯树脂的要求也更多。聚氨酯树脂一般为(A、B、C)三组份或(A、B)二组份化合物,其中A组份为低聚物多元醇、发泡剂、匀泡剂、扩链剂等混合物,B组份为低聚物多元醇和多异氰酸酯反应混合物,C组份为催化剂。为了提高聚氨酯制品的性能,通常调整聚氨酯树脂中各种原料的配方,也有对聚氨酯树脂中低聚酯多元醇或多异氰酸酯进行改性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯及在制备弹性体中的应用,以克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
本发明所述的改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI),是采用包括如下步骤的制备方法制备的:
将MDI、二元酸、聚酯多元醇和磷酸混合反应,反应温度为60~100℃,反应时间为3~4小时;即可获得所述的改性MDI;
各个组分的重量份数为:
优选:
所述二元酸为己二酸、丁二酸、癸二酸、戊二酸中的一种或一种以上;
所述的聚酯多元醇为己二酸系聚酯二醇,优选分子量为1500~3000的聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丙二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇中的一种或一种以上;
所述改性MDI,可用于制备聚氨酯微孔弹性体,其应用方法如下步骤:
(1)将低聚物多元醇、发泡剂、匀泡剂、扩链剂和催化剂混合,作为A组份;
各个组分的重量份数为:
所述的聚酯多元醇为己二酸系聚酯二醇,优选分子量为1500~3000的聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丙二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇中的一种或一种以上;
所述的发泡剂为水、二氯氟乙烷HCFC-141b、五氟丙烷HFC-245fa、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷或二氯甲烷中的一种或多种混合物;
所述的扩链剂为乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、二乙二醇或1,6-己二醇中的一种或多种混合物;
所述的催化剂为三乙烯二胺的乙醇溶液,三乙烯二胺和乙醇的质量比为1:2;
(2)将A组份与所述的改性MDI按A组分的活泼氢摩尔数与所述改性MDI中的异氰酸酯基团的摩尔数之比为100∶100的比例混合,注入模具反应成型,成型温度为40~45℃,成型时间为4~5min,脱模后,在60~70℃烘箱中熟化22~24小时,获得聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
本发明的有益效果是:利用所述改性MDI制得的聚氨酯微孔弹性体的拉伸强度和撕裂强度等物性明显提高。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体的描述,只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据具体厂家的条件和要求做一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
(1)将4.86kg的MDI,0.05kg的己二酸,0.97kg的分子量为1500聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇和0.10g的磷酸混合反应,控制温度60℃,反应4小时,即得改性MDI;(2)将10.00kg分子量为1500的聚己二酸己二醇、0.01kg蒸馏水、0.05kg有机硅匀泡剂、0.70kg乙二醇、0.12kg三乙烯二胺乙醇溶液混合均匀;(3)将改性MDI与步骤(2)所得的混合物混合均匀,注入模具反应成型,模温为40℃,成型5min后脱模,在65℃烘箱中熟化23小时,获得聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
实施例2
(1)将5.73kg的MDI,0.17kg的己二酸,2.29kg的分子量为2000聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇和0.23g的磷酸混合反应,控制温度80℃,反应3.5小时,即得改性MDI;(2)将10.00kg分子量为2000的聚己二酸己二醇、0.03kg蒸馏水、0.07kg有机硅匀泡剂、1.00kg乙二醇、0.15kg三乙烯二胺乙醇溶液混合均匀;(3)将改性MDI与步骤(2)所得的混合物混合均匀,注入模具反应成型,模温为40℃,成型5min后脱模,在60℃烘箱中熟化24小时,获得聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
实施例3
(1)将7.43kg的MDI,0.37kg的己二酸,4.45kg的分子量为3000聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇和0.45g的磷酸混合反应,控制温度100℃,反应3小时,即得改性MDI;(2)将10.00kg分子量为3000的聚己二酸己二醇、0.05kg蒸馏水、0.12kg有机硅匀泡剂、1.50kg乙二醇、0.20kg三乙烯二胺乙醇溶液混合均匀;(3)将改性MDI与步骤(2)所得的混合物混合均匀,注入模具反应成型,模温为45℃,成型4min后脱模,在70℃烘箱中熟化22小时,获得聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
对比例1
(1)将4.94kg的MDI,0.99kg的分子量为1500聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇混合反应,控制温度60℃,反应4小时,即得改性MDI;(2)将10.00kg分子量为1500的聚己二酸己二醇、0.01kg蒸馏水、0.05kg有机硅匀泡剂、0.70kg乙二醇、0.12kg三乙烯二胺乙醇溶液混合均匀;(3)将改性MDI与步骤(2)所得的混合物混合均匀,注入模具反应成型,模温为40℃,成型5min后脱模,在65℃烘箱中熟化23小时,获得聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
对比例2
(1)将6.01kg的MDI,2.40kg的分子量为2000聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇混合反应,控制温度80℃,反应3.5小时,即得改性MDI;(2)将10.00kg分子量为2000的聚己二酸己二醇、0.03kg蒸馏水、0.07kg有机硅匀泡剂、1.00kg乙二醇、0.15kg三乙烯二胺乙醇溶液混合均匀;(3)将改性MDI与步骤(2)所得的混合物混合均匀,注入模具反应成型,模温为40℃,成型5min后脱模,在60℃烘箱中熟化24小时,获得聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
对比例3
(1)将8.03kg的MDI,4.82kg的分子量为3000聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇混合反应,控制温度100℃,反应3小时,即得改性MDI;(2)将10.00kg分子量为3000的聚己二酸己二醇、0.05kg蒸馏水、0.12kg有机硅匀泡剂、1.50kg乙二醇、0.20kg三乙烯二胺乙醇溶液混合均匀;(3)将改性MDI与步骤(2)所得的混合物混合均匀,注入模具反应成型,模温为45℃,成型4min后脱模,在70℃烘箱中熟化22小时,获得聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
上述实施例中所用原料来源如下:
聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇为浙江华峰新材料股份有限公司型号为MX-706的产品;
有机硅匀泡剂为道康宁DC-193;
三乙烯二胺乙醇溶液为浙江华峰新材料股份有限公司型号为C-001的产品。
实施例1~3和对比例1~3所制得的聚氨酯微孔弹性体的物性列于表1。

由表1可知,本发明制备改性MDI,运用于聚氨酯微孔弹性体中,明显增强聚氨酯微孔弹性体的拉伸强度、撕裂强度等物性。
尽管上述实施例已经对本发明的技术方案进行了详细地描述,但本发明的技术方案并不限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明的思想和宗旨情况下,对本发明申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化或修饰,都应为本发明的技术范畴。

1.改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,其特征在于,是采用包括如下步骤的制备方法制备的:将MDI、二元酸、聚酯多元醇和磷酸混合反应,即可获得所述的改性MDI;各个组分的重量份数为:

4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,其特征在于,所述二元酸为己二酸、丁二酸、癸二酸、戊二酸中的一种或一种以上;
所述的聚酯多元醇为己二酸系聚酯二醇。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,其特征在于,所述的聚酯多元醇为分子量1500~3000的聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丙二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇中的一种或一种以上。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的应用,其特征在于,用于制备聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,应用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将低聚物多元醇、发泡剂、匀泡剂、扩链剂和催化剂混合,作为A组份;
各个组分的重量份数为:
所述的聚酯多元醇为己二酸系聚酯二醇,优选分子量为1500~3000的聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丙二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇中的一种或一种以上;
所述的发泡剂为水、二氯氟乙烷HCFC-141b、五氟丙烷HFC-245fa、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷或二氯甲烷中的一种或多种混合物;
所述的扩链剂为乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、二乙二醇或1,6-己二醇中的一种或多种混合物;
所述的催化剂为三乙烯二胺的乙醇溶液,三乙烯二胺和乙醇的质量比为1:2;
(2)将A组份与所述的改性MDI按A组分的活泼氢摩尔数与所述改性MDI中的异氰酸酯基团的摩尔数之比为100∶100比例混合,注入模具反应成型,成型温度为40~45℃,成型时间为4~5min,脱模后,在60~70℃烘箱中熟化22~24小时,获得聚氨酯微孔弹性体。
