Abstract
本发明为一种可四方插入的托盘架,包括物料放置层(1)、地面接触层(2),以及设置在所述物料放置层(1)与地面接触层(2)间的支撑块(3);所述物料放置层(1)由平行布置的肋条(11)组成,所述地面接触层(2)为田字形框架结构,在该地面接触层(2)的连接点处均设置有支撑块(3)。本发明结构简单,叉车可从任意面对托盘架进行作业,大大提高了工作效率;采用木材进行加工,工艺简单,成本低廉,采用肋条组成框架结构,有效节省材料;机械强度高,可更好的保证货物的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及物料转运设备领域,具体涉及一种可四方插入的托盘架。
背景技术
在生产车间、物料仓库、货场码头等领域,为配合叉车等装卸设备,物料均采用托盘架承载。木料托盘架作为一种陈成本低廉,生产工艺简单,生产周期短,原材料可重复利用等优势,被广泛的使用,但市场上的托盘架大多为单层结构,机械强度较差,同时叉车只中从前后两个方向对进行操作,给装卸和仓储带来了极大的不便,同时因为机械强度不够,也给货物的安全性带来很大隐患。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种采用上下两层结构,叉车可从任意面对进行操作,结构简单,机械强度高的可四方插入的托盘架。具体技术方案如下:
一种可四方插入的托盘架,包括物料放置层(1)、地面接触层(2),以及设置在所述物料放置层(1)与地面接触层(2)间的支撑块(3);所述物料放置层(1)由平行布置的肋条(11)组成,所述地面接触层(2)为田字形框架结构,在该地面接触层(2)的连接点处均设置有支撑块(3)。
本发明是这样使用的,物料放置层(1)、地面接触层(2)和支撑块(3)采用木钉或者胶水粘接在一起后,在物料放置层(1)的下面均为空心层,叉车可从任意面进行作业,对托盘架的摆放位置无特殊要求,效率更高。
为更好实现本发明,可进一步为:
所述物料放置层(1)设的底部还设置有十字形加强筋(12),该十字形加强筋(12)与所述地面接触层(2)中的十字形框的位置相互对应。十字形加强筋(12)的设置,可进一步增强物料放置层(1)的机械强度,有效保证整个物料放置层(1)不松散的同时,使其承载能力更强,应用领域更广。
所述支撑块(3)为正方体枕木,结构简单,加工方便,同时也可更好的对边角余料进行利用。
所述支撑块(3)为橡胶材料制成,可在物料放置层(1)和地面接触层(2)起到缓冲作用,更好对所载货物进行保护。
所述物料放置层(1)、地面接触层(2)和支撑块(3)均为木质材料,加工方便,成本低廉,且木材更方便进行材料的回收利用。
所述肋条(11)间的间距相等,使其受力均匀,更好的实现本发明。
本发明的有益效果为:结构简单,叉车可从任意面对托盘架进行作业,大大提高了工作效率;采用木材进行加工,工艺简单,成本低廉,采用肋条组成框架结构,有效节省材料;机械强度高,可更好的保证货物的安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示:一种可四方插入的托盘架,包括正方形的物料放置层1和地面接触层2,以及设置在所述物料放置层1与地面接触层2间的支撑块3;
所述物料放置层1由平行布置的木质肋条11拼接组成,每根木质肋条11间的间距相等,可使用整个物料放置层1受力均匀,该物料放置层1的底部还设置有十字形加强筋12,所述地面接触层2为田字形框架结构,在该地面接触层2的连接点处均设置有枕木支撑块3,其中物料放置层1中的十字形加强筋12与所述地面接触层2中田字形框架中的十字形框的位置相互对应。
作为变形,在结构和上述相同的情况下,所述支撑块3为橡胶材料制成,可起到缓冲作用,可更好的保护所承载的产品。

1.一种可四方插入的托盘架,其特征在于:包括物料放置层(1)、地面接触层(2),以及设置在所述物料放置层(1)与地面接触层(2)间的支撑块(3);
所述物料放置层(1)由平行布置的肋条(11)组成,所述地面接触层(2)为田字形框架结构,在该地面接触层(2)的连接点处均设置有支撑块(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述可四方插入的托盘架,其特征在于:所述物料放置层(1)设的底部还设置有十字形加强筋(12),该十字形加强筋(12)与所述地面接触层(2)中的十字形框的位置相互对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述可四方插入的托盘架,其特征在于:所述支撑块(3)为正方体枕木。
4.根据权利要求1所述可四方插入的托盘架,其特征在于:所述支撑块(3)为橡胶材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述可四方插入的托盘架,其特征在于:所述物料放置层(1)、地面接触层(2)和支撑块(3)均为木质材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述可四方插入的托盘架,其特征在于:所述肋条(11)间的间距相等。
