Abstract

本发明公开了一种三聚氰胺贴面板制作方法,涉及林业化工技术领域,三聚氰胺贴面板包括有基板和贴面层,基板以细木工板作为板芯,所述贴面层为三聚氰胺贴面纸;三聚氰胺贴面板制作方法主要是使用调制的符合国家标准的E1级脲醛胶将所述基板和所述贴面层粘贴,再通过高温热压压制而成。采用本发明的三聚氰胺贴面板制作家具,由于板面的三聚氰胺纸本身带胶,在用这种贴面板制作家具或其它木制品时,表面不再用进行涂胶或涂油漆工序,减少劳力,提高效率,同时消除了涂胶或油漆造成的二次污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及林业化工技术领域,尤其是一种用于家具制作和室内装饰的三聚氰胺免漆贴面板的制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,科技的进步,尤其是在建筑业装修方面,对板材面的光滑,花纹的美观,无腐蚀和虫蛀,易于胶合等的性能要求越来越高,家具行业和室内装饰对板材的要求也越来越多样化。一般的贴面板已不能满足多样化的发展,且一般的贴面板存在成本高,重量较重,防潮、耐高温、耐磨性能差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种三聚氰胺贴面板制作方法,它可以解决贴面板存在成本高,重量较重,防潮、耐高温、耐磨性能差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种三聚氰胺贴面板制作方法的制作步骤是:
(1)基板板条的干燥:将剖裁好的基板板条放入烘房进行烘烤,烘烤温度由50℃缓慢上升到85℃,烘烤时间为42-48小时,控制基板板条含水率在8%以下;
(2)排板、刮灰:将烘烤好的基板板条进行排板、刷胶、机拼,用骨胶和木粉按照55:45比例配制成灰浆,用所述灰浆将基板上的离芯、虫眼、毛刺填补;
(3)贴桉木片:按木片厚度为2.8毫米—3.2毫米,根据基板板条厚度的不同,在所述基板面上贴相应的桉木片;
(4)冷压:在常温下将贴了桉木片的基板推进预压机进行定型预压,预压压力为15兆帕,预压时间为1.5-2小时;
(5)热压:对经过定型预压后合格的贴了桉木片的基板,再采用热压机对其进行热压,热压温度为105-120℃,压力为12-15兆帕,时间为8-10分钟;
(6)组坯:将基板扫清,准备三聚氰胺纸贴在热压后处理合格的基板上,进行组坯;
(7)热压:将贴了纸的基板在130℃温度下进行热压;压力12兆帕,时间为7分钟;
(8)清边、检验:将热压后的三聚氰胺贴面板进行修整;检验合格后即可得到所需的板材。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明制作的三聚氰胺贴面板,成本低,重量较轻,防潮、耐高温、耐磨性能好,且由于板面的三聚氰胺纸本身带胶,在用这种贴面板制作家具或其它木制品时,表面不再用进行涂胶或涂油漆工序,减少劳力,提高效率,同时消除了涂胶或油漆造成的二次污染。
2、本发明制作的三聚氰胺贴面板含甲醛极少,用其制作的家具能改善家居环境,减少甲醛排放,提升生活品质,符合现代市场的要求。
具体实施方式
下面用实施例对本发明进一步详述:
制备厚度为1.7厘米的三聚氰胺贴面板:
制作步骤是:
(1)基板板条的干燥:将剖裁好的1.2厘米的基板板条放入烘房进行烘烤,烘房内温度和湿度根据基板板条的湿度和含水率来调整和设置,温度在50℃慢慢上升到85℃,烘烤42小时,基板板条含水率达到8.4%;
(2)排板、刮灰:将烘烤好的1.2厘米基板板条进行排板、刷胶、机拼,用骨胶和木粉按照55:45比例配制成灰浆,用配好的灰浆将基板上的离芯、虫眼、毛刺填补;
(3)贴桉木片:贴厚度为2.8毫米的按木片,正反两面都贴上,形成厚度为1.76厘米的基板,在后面砂光的过程中基板的厚度会变薄,为1.7厘米左右;
(4)冷压:在常温下采用推进预压机,在15兆帕的压力下对贴了桉木片的基板进行1.5-2小时的定型预压;
(5)热压:对经过定型预压后合格的贴了桉木片的基板,再根据它的湿度,采用热压机对其进行热压,热压温度为105-120℃,压力为12-15兆帕,时间为8-10分钟;
(6)砂光:将基板砂平,然后将其锯成2.46×1.24×0.017米的基板;
(7)组坯:将基板扫清,准备三聚氰胺纸贴在热压、砂光后处理合格的基板上,进行组坯;
(8)再次热压:将贴了三聚氰胺纸的基板在130℃温度下进行热压;压力12兆帕,时间为7分钟;
(9)清边、检验:将热压后的三聚氰胺贴面板进行修整;检验合格后即可得到所需的板材。
所选三聚氰胺贴面板基板细木工板的检测结果如下:

1.一种三聚氰胺贴面板制作方法,其特征在于:
制作步骤是:
(1)基板板条的干燥:将剖裁好的基板板条放入烘房进行烘烤,烘烤温度由50℃缓慢上升到85℃,烘烤时间为42-48小时,控制基板板条含水率在8%以下;
(2)排板、刮灰:将烘烤好的基板板条进行排板、刷胶、机拼,用骨胶和木粉按照55:45比例配制成灰浆,用所述灰浆将基板上的离芯、虫眼、毛刺填补;
(3)贴桉木片:按木片厚度为2.8毫米—3.2毫米,根据基板板条厚度的不同,在所述基板面上贴相应的桉木片;
(4)冷压:在常温下将贴了桉木片的基板推进预压机进行定型预压,预压压力为15兆帕,预压时间为1.5-2小时;
(5)热压:对经过定型预压后合格的贴了桉木片的基板,再采用热压机对其进行热压,热压温度为105-120℃,压力为12-15兆帕,时间为8-10分钟;
(6)组坯:将基板扫清,准备三聚氰胺纸贴在热压后处理合格的基板上,进行组坯;
(7)热压:将贴了纸的基板在130℃温度下进行热压;压力12兆帕,时间为7分钟;
(8)清边、检验:将热压后的三聚氰胺贴面板进行修整;检验合格后即可得到所需的板材。
