Fairlead 6212 is arranged in the inner chamber of fixed cover 6211, for the rectangular box of the equal opening of upper and lower side, it is highly greater than the height of fixed cover 6211, there are line slideway 6215 and linear slider 6216 assemblies of vertical layout in the outside, two ends of its width, and the fixed head 6217 that the outside, width two ends of fixed cover 6211 is useful on fixing linear slider 6216 is connected as a whole by fixed cover 6211 with linear slider 6216. The upper end of fairlead 6212 is connected with cover plate 6218. The piston rod of elevating ram 6213 is connected with the downside of cover plate 6218, and its cylinder body is connected with the bottom of fixed cover 6211. Clamping cylinder 6214 is connected in one end of cover plate 6218 upsides by holder, clamping cylinder 6214 is positioned on the length direction median plane of cover plate 6218. The other end of cover plate 6218 upsides has upset locating piece assembly 6219, and upset locating piece assembly 6219 comprises the block seat 62191 and the hinged turnover thereon box locating piece 62192 that are fixed on cover plate 6218. Elevating ram 6213 drives fairlead 6212 and cover plate 6218 to slide along linear slider 6216 by line slideway 6215, to adjust the height of clamping cylinder 6214 and upset locating piece assembly 6219. Side-pressing device 622 comprises the supporting bracket fixing with base plate 623 6221 and is connected in the position block frame 6222 of its upper end, on this block frame, be fixed with along the thruster oil cylinder 6223 of clamping cylinder 6214 vertical direction, the tailpiece of the piston rod of thruster oil cylinder 6223 is towards clamping jacking apparatus 621, and its end is connected with thruster pressing plate 6224. The bottom of fixed cover 6211 and supporting bracket 6221 and base plate 623 are connected and fixed. The downside of base plate 623 is connected with at itself and the horizontal hog frame 6231 between the link position of line slideway 612.
Drive unit 63 comprises hydraulic motor 631, the two ends of hydraulic motor 631 connect left-handed screw mandrel 632 and dextrorotation screw mandrel 633 by shaft coupling respectively, on two screw mandrels, all there is trapezoidal nut 634, trapezoidal nut 634 is connected with the base plate 623 of corresponding side by holder 635, and hydraulic motor 631 is connected with platform floor 611 with bearing block by mount pad respectively with shaft coupling.
Parallel stretching oil cylinder 615 and the longitudinal line slideway 616 of being connected with of downside of platform floor 611, the arranged direction of stretching oil cylinder 615 and longitudinally line slideway 616 is perpendicular to the width of platform floor 611, stretching oil cylinder 615 is positioned on the width center line of platform floor 611, and longitudinally line slideway 616 is positioned at its both sides. The downside of platform floor 611 is also fixed with stay wire sensor support 617.
Supporting leg case positioning clamping device 6 has two covers, corresponds respectively to the supporting leg case position, front and back of vehicle frame.
The specific works process of supporting leg case positioning clamping device is as follows: stretching oil cylinder 615 and the line slideway auxiliary of platform floor 611 downsides drive this detent mechanism to longitudinally move to correct position, particular location is by stay wire sensor control, a left side that drives its two ends to connect by hydraulic motor 631, dextrorotation screw mandrel rotates, rotatablely moving of two screw mandrels is converted into the rectilinear motion of jacking clamp mechanism 621 along line slideway 612 on platform floor 611 by the trapezoidal nut 634 on it and holder thereof respectively, adjust the lateral attitude of supporting leg case, its longitudinal centre line is overlapped with the longitudinal centre line of vehicle frame, then adjust the lengthwise position of supporting leg case by clamping cylinder 6214 and upset locating piece 62192, short transverse is by controlling the synchronization lifting of both sides elevating ram 6213, adjustable height can be by stay wire sensor control, the bottom surface that ensures supporting leg case is parallel with the seat ring face of vehicle frame. laterally, longitudinally and after height and position adjusts, by side-pressing device 622, supporting leg case is accurately located.
The structure of back segment centering clamping device 7, with the centering clamp mechanism 22 of front end centering clamping device 2, adopts hydraulic motor to add positive and negative trapezoidal screw and drives, and clamps for the centering of vehicle frame, makes vehicle frame front and back section on same center line.
As shown in Figure 13, Figure 14, back segment movable locating device 8 comprises line slideway 81 and is connected in the sliding platform 83 on line slideway 81 by slide block 82, sliding platform 83 is driven along line slideway 81 and is slided by front push oil cylinder 84, one end of front push oil cylinder 84 is connected on sliding platform 83, and the other end is connected on the platform floor 611 of rear end supporting leg case positioning clamping device 6. The front end of sliding platform 83 has positioning seat 85. Line slideway 81 is fixed on end platform 1 by installing plate 88. The bottom side of sliding platform 83 is provided with stay wire sensor 86, has protective cover 87 outside stay wire sensor 86.
As shown in Figure 15, Figure 16, back segment elevation and subsidence regulating device 9 comprises gripper shoe 91, elevating ram 92, lever 93, holder 94 and lead 95. Elevating ram 92 is connected in the downside in gripper shoe 91 centre positions by adpting flange 96 and thread bush 97, lead 95 is connected in the downside two ends of gripper shoe 91, and its overcoat has composite bearing 98. Lever 93 is connected in the upside centre position place of gripper shoe 91 by holder 94.
As shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3 shows, be also provided with vehicle frame bumping post 10 at the back segment of end platform 1. On end platform 1, the seat ring face place of corresponding vehicle frame is provided with reference platform 11, and the both sides of reference platform 11 are provided with the second spring block positioner 12 that two covers can laterally slide along end platform. Promote gripper shoe 91 by elevating ram 92 and slide along lead 95, thereby make the baseplane of the lever 93 steady jacking vehicle frames of gripper shoe 91 upper ends, the seat ring face of vehicle frame is overlapped with reference platform 11.
Utilize this frock group as follows to the vehicle frame operating procedure of section before and after vehicle frame:
1) vehicle frame back segment is hung in to frock back segment, regulate height by back segment elevation and subsidence regulating device, ensure seat ring face and the reference platform laminating of vehicle frame;
2) will after pre-back segment centralising device centering, back out, back segment movable locating device is promoted to vehicle frame to institute's correspondence position, by the stay wire sensor control exact position on it;
3) by back segment centering body clamp mechanism, vehicle frame is clamped;
4) manually shift leading portion centering body onto corresponding vehicle relative position, the alignment pin of its lifting regulating mechanism is inserted in the pin-and-hole that needs the vehicle that group is right, hang in leading portion, after adjusting height, automatic centering clamps, and ensures to weld after front section of vehicle frame overlaps with vehicle frame back segment center line;
5) forward and backward fixed supporting leg case is hung on to vehicle frame, the knob of supporting leg case positioning clamping device is got to and will be organized right vehicle, control forward and backward supporting leg case positioning clamping device and automatically go to corresponding vehicle position, regulate height by back segment elevation and subsidence regulating device simultaneously, ensure that supporting leg case bottom surface is parallel with seat ring face and contour;
6) the automatic centering supporting leg case that is fixedly clamped;
7) positioning welding of spring block on vehicle frame, has two kinds of sizes, needs the flipping block of returning face plate spring block positioner correspondingly-sized, and short transverse is provided with scale, ensures that both sides may be adjusted to contour;
8) positioning welding of vehicle frame upper cylinder seat, will weld after the oil cylinder seat alignment pin stationary positioned in oil cylinder seat and the swing arm of oil cylinder seat positioner;
9) the first crossbeam positioning welding of vehicle frame, inserts the alignment pin of front end centering clamping device lifting regulating mechanism in the pin-and-hole that needs the vehicle that group is right, hangs in first crossbeam, welds after regulating height;
10) all positioners are return initial position, and the demoulding detects.
