本发明公开了风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，主要由下列原料药制备而成，均为重量份：忍冬藤8-15；黄连4-8；红孩儿9-12；繁缕9-16；鲜地黄10-16；九子连环草8-12；马钱子9-15；风藤草9-16；接骨草8-12；大散血8-12；丝瓜藤10-18；山紫菀8-12；古羊藤6-9。本发明提供的制剂效果显著、见效快、治愈率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医中药领域，特别是涉及风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏及制备。
背景技术
风湿性关节炎是一种常见的急性或慢性结缔组织炎症。可反复发作并累及心脏。临床以关节和肌肉游走性酸楚、重著、疼痛为特征。属变态反应性疾病。是风湿热的主要表现之一，多以急性发热及关节疼痛起病。典型表现是轻度或中度发热，游走性多关节炎，受累关节多为膝、踝、肩、肘、腕等大关节，常见由一个关节转移至另一个关节，病变局部呈现红、肿、灼热、剧痛，部分病人也有几个关节同时发病。不典型的病人仅有关节疼痛而无其他炎症表现，急性炎症一般于2～4周消退，不留后遗症，但常反复发作。若风湿活动影响心脏，则可发生心肌炎，甚至遗留心脏瓣膜病变。
公布号CN 102363037 A（申请号201110337926.6）的中国专利文献公开了一种治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎和颈肩腰腿疼的外用膏药，膏药中的药剂采用马钱子、川乌、草乌、土元、肉桂、白芥子、荜拨、三七、乳香、没药、血竭、细辛、全虫、蜈蚣、乌梢蛇、白花蛇、地龙、公丁香、威灵仙、干姜、当归、川芎、红花、透骨草、寻骨风、青风藤、海风藤、鸡血藤、羌活、独活、秦艽、防风、骨碎补、三棱、莪术、桂枝、元胡、冰片、樟脑多种药物配制，用芝麻油、广丹配制而成。公布号CN 102397523 A（申请号201110382694.6）的中国专利文献公开了一种用于治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎和颈肩腰腿疼的药物，该药由内服丸药和外洗药组成，内服丸药是由地龙，蜂房，乌梢蛇，全虫，蜈蚣，白花蛇，三七，乳香，没药，血竭，细辛，肉桂，威灵仙，干姜，当归，川芎，红花，透骨草，寻骨风，鸡血藤，羌活，独活，秦艽，防风，骨碎，桂枝，元胡，金银花，熟地，杜仲，甘草制成；外洗药是由透骨草，寻骨风，威灵仙，海桐皮，路路通，桑枝，花椒，艾叶，桂枝，红花，川乌，草乌，赤芍，青风藤，海风藤，丁香，白芷制成。
现代医学中，中医所采用的治疗方案，相比较于西医常用的消炎镇痛和免疫抑制剂药物，更加安全有效，但是部分中医配方存在缺陷，导致药效不明显，所以还需进一步的加强对该方面中药的研究。
发明内容
针对现有技术的问题，本发明的目的是提供一种效果显著、服用安全适用性广的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏。
本发明的技术方案是：
风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，主要由下列原料药制备而成，均为重量份：忍冬藤8-15；黄连4-8；红孩儿9-12；繁缕9-16；鲜地黄10-16；九子连环草8-12；马钱子9-15；风藤草9-16；接骨草8-12；大散血8-12；丝瓜藤10-18；山紫菀8-12；古羊藤6-9。
优选的是：忍冬藤10-13；黄连5-7；红孩儿10-11；繁缕11-14；鲜地黄12-14；九子连环草9-11；马钱子11-13；风藤草11-14；接骨草9-11；大散血9-11；丝瓜藤12-16；山紫菀9-11；古羊藤7-8。
更加优选的是：忍冬藤11.5；黄连6；红孩儿10.5；繁缕12.5；鲜地黄13；九子连环草10；马钱子12；风藤草12.5；接骨草10；大散血10；丝瓜藤14；山紫菀10；古羊藤7.5。
所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，其步骤如下：
（1）取炼蜜，加入开水稀释，淋入洗净的忍冬藤中，拌匀闷润，置于炒制容器内，用文火加热，炒至老黄色，不黏手时，取出晾凉、粉碎过筛；
（2）将丝瓜藤和鲜地黄洗净，除去杂质，切薄片后加入乙醇浸泡30-50分钟（优选的：浸泡35-45分钟；更加优选的：浸泡40分钟），倒入研钵中捣碎，用纱布挤压榨取汁液过滤；
（3）取马钱子洗净，置于砂锅内，加入牛奶蒸煮15-25分钟（优选的：蒸煮20分钟），取出去皮，再用麻油炸呈黄色，沥干并碾碎成粉；
（4）将黄连、红孩儿、风藤草、山紫菀和古羊藤，加水浸泡40-60分钟（优选的：加水浸泡45-55分钟；更加优选的：加水浸泡50分钟），加热15分钟后，再加入繁缕、九子连环草、接骨草和大散血，大火煮沸后转小火煎煮，趁热过滤，收集滤液；
（5）混合上述步骤所得药粉、汁液和滤液，加热浓缩成清膏，加入辅料蔗糖，搅拌均匀、封装得除痹通络膏。
所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，步骤（1）中粉碎过80-110目筛（优选的：粉碎过90-100目筛；更加优选的：粉碎过95目筛）。
所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，步骤（2）乙醇浓度为50%-70%（优选的：乙醇浓度为60%）。
所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，步骤（3）中牛奶量为药材重量的6-9倍（优选的：牛奶量为药材重量的7-8倍；更加优选的：牛奶量为药材重量的7.5倍）。
所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，步骤（4）中加水量为药材重量的7-10倍（优选的：加水量为药材重量的8-9倍；更加优选的：加水量为药材重量的8.5倍）。
所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，步骤（4）中小火煎煮35-55分钟（优选的：小火煎煮40-50分钟；更加优选的：小火煎煮45分钟）。
所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，步骤（5）中辅料蔗糖的量为清膏重量的0.4-0.6倍（优选的：辅料蔗糖的量为清膏重量的0.5倍）。
本发明提供的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏配方科学，制备方法简单。除此之外，它的优良之处还表现在：

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和实验例详细说明本发明的技术方案，但保护范围不限于此。
本发明所用主要中药原料的药理如下：
忍冬藤：基原：为忍冬科植物忍冬的茎叶。化学成份：叶含忍冬甙即木犀草素-7-鼠李糖葡萄糖甙、木犀草素等黄酮类。茎含鞣质、生物碱。性味：甘，寒。归经：入心、肺经。功能主治：清热，解毒，通络。治温病发热，热毒血痢，传染性肝炎，痈肿疮毒，筋骨疼痛。
黄连：基原：为毛茛科植物黄连、三角叶黄连、峨嵋野连或云南黄连的根茎。化学成份：黄连含小檗碱7～9％、黄连碱，甲基黄连碱、掌叶防已碱、非洲防己碱等生物碱，尚含黄柏酮、黄柏内酯。性味：苦，寒。归经：入心、肝、胃、大肠经。功能主治：泻火，燥湿，解毒，杀虫。治时行热毒，伤寒，热盛心烦，痞满呕逆，菌痢，热泻腹痛，肺结按，吐、衄、下血，消渴，疳积，蛔虫病，百日咳，咽喉肿痛，火眼，口疮，痈疽疮毒，湿疹，汤火烫伤。
红孩儿：基原：为秋海棠科植物裂叶秋海棠的全株。全年可采，洗净，晒干。性味：《陆川本草》："甘，寒。"功能主治：治感冒咳嗽，风湿骨痛，腰痛，消化不良，跌打肿痛，疔疮。
繁缕：别名 鹅儿肠、鸡肠菜、合筋草、小被单草、园酸菜。基原：石竹科繁缕属植物繁缕，以全草入药。夏秋采，晒干或鲜用。性味：甘、酸，凉。功能主治：清热解毒，化瘀止痛，催乳。用于肠炎，痢疾，肝炎，阑尾炎，产后瘀血腹痛，子宫收缩痛，牙痛，头发早白，乳汁不下，乳腺炎，跌打损伤，疮疡肿毒。
鲜地黄：基原：为玄参科植物地黄的新鲜根茎。性味：甘苦，寒。归经：入心、肝、肾经。功能主治：清热，凉血，生津。治温病伤阴，大热烦渴，舌绛，神昏，斑疹，吐血，衄血，虚劳骨蒸，咳血，消渴，便秘，血崩。
九子连环草：基原：为兰科虾脊兰属植物虾脊兰的全草或根茎。成分：新鲜根茎含吲哚类及其糖苷：虾脊兰苷A、B，二氢菲衍生物，β-吲哚葡萄糖苷，虾脊兰菲醇，琉球虾脊兰苷；吲哚类生物碱类：色胺酮，靛玉红等。药性：辛、微苦，微寒。功用主治：清热解毒，活血止痛。主治痈肿，咽喉肿痛，痔疮，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤。
马钱子：基原：为马钱科植物马钱的成熟种子。果实成熟时采摘，除去果肉，取出种子，晒干。化学成份：含番木鳖碱、马钱子碱、α-及β-可鲁勃、番木鳖次碱、马钱子新碱、依卡精、番木鳖甙等。性味：苦，寒，有毒。功能主治：散血热，消肿，止痛。治咽喉痹痛，痈疽肿毒，风痹疼痛，骨折。并治面神经麻痹，重症肌无力。通络止痛，散结消肿。用于风湿顽痹、麻木瘫痪、跌扑损伤、痈疽肿痛。
风藤草：基原：为毛茛科植物钝萼铁线莲的藤茎和叶。性味：味苦；苦；性凉。归经：肺，脾经。功能主治：祛风清热；和络止痛。主风湿关节痛；风疹瘙痒；疮疥；肿毒；火眼疼痛；及小便不利。
接骨草：基原：为荨麻科植物庐山楼梯草的根茎或全草。春至秋季采集全草或根茎，多鲜用。性味：①《浙江天目山药植志》："性温，味辛苦。"功能主治：活血散瘀，消肿止咳。治跌打扭伤，痄腮，闭经，咳嗽。
大散血：基原：为报春花科植物小前的全草。化学成份：全草含有芸香甙，金丝桃甙，山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖甙，水杨酸，6-十三烷基二羟基苯甲酸和银桦酚。 地上部分含山柰酚，槲皮素、β-谷甾醇和β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖甙。性味：甘；辛；性温功能主治：散瘀接骨。主跌打瘀肿；骨析。
丝瓜藤：基原：为葫芦科植物丝瓜或粤丝瓜的茎，夏、秋季采取。化学成份：丝瓜藤含皂甙。性味：《本草求原》："苦，微寒，小毒。"归经：《本草再新》："入心、脾、肾三经。"功能主治：舒筋，活血，健脾，杀虫。治腰膝四肢麻木，月经不调，水肿；齿露，鼻渊，牙宣。
山紫菀：基原：为菊科植物蹄叶橐吾的根及根茎。性味：味辛；性微温。功能主治：祛痰；止咳；理气活血；止痛。主咳嗽；普多气喘；百日咳；腰腿痛；劳伤；跌打损伤。
古羊藤：基原：为萝藦科马莲鞍属植物马连鞍的根。药性：甘，苦，凉。功用主治：1、清热解毒。治感冒发热，跌打淤积肿痛，腰腿酸痛，慢性肾炎；2、清热解毒，散瘀止痛。治肠炎，痢疾，胃痛，毒蛇咬伤。
实施例1风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，主要由下列原料药制备而成：忍冬藤8g，黄连4g，红孩儿9g，繁缕9g，鲜地黄10g，九子连环草8g，马钱子9g，风藤草9g，接骨草8g，大散血8g，丝瓜藤10g，山紫菀8g，古羊藤6g。上述风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法是：
（1）取炼蜜，加入开水稀释，淋入洗净的忍冬藤中，拌匀闷润，置于炒制容器内，用文火加热，炒至老黄色，不黏手时，取出晾凉、粉碎过80目筛；
（2）将丝瓜藤和鲜地黄洗净，除去杂质，切薄片后加入浓度50%的乙醇浸泡30分钟，倒入研钵中捣碎，用纱布挤压榨取汁液过滤；
（3）取马钱子洗净，置于砂锅内，加入药材重量6倍的牛奶蒸煮15分钟，取出去皮，再用麻油炸呈黄色，沥干并碾碎成粉；
（4）将黄连、红孩儿、风藤草、山紫菀和古羊藤，加入药材重量7倍的水浸泡40分钟，加热15分钟后，再加入繁缕、九子连环草、接骨草和大散血，大火煮沸后转小火煎煮35分钟，趁热过滤，收集滤液；
（5）混合上述步骤所得药粉、汁液和滤液，加热浓缩成清膏，加入清膏重量0.4倍的辅料蔗糖，搅拌均匀、封装得除痹通络膏。
实施例2风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，主要由下列原料药制备而成：忍冬藤15g，黄连8g，红孩儿12g，繁缕16g，鲜地黄16g，九子连环草12g，马钱子15g，风藤草16g，接骨草12g，大散血12g，丝瓜藤18g，山紫菀12g，古羊藤9g。上述风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法是：
（1）取炼蜜，加入开水稀释，淋入洗净的忍冬藤中，拌匀闷润，置于炒制容器内，用文火加热，炒至老黄色，不黏手时，取出晾凉、粉碎过110目筛；
（2）将丝瓜藤和鲜地黄洗净，除去杂质，切薄片后加入浓度70%的乙醇浸泡50分钟，倒入研钵中捣碎，用纱布挤压榨取汁液过滤；
（3）取马钱子洗净，置于砂锅内，加入药材重量9倍的牛奶蒸煮25分钟，取出去皮，再用麻油炸呈黄色，沥干并碾碎成粉；
（4）将黄连、红孩儿、风藤草、山紫菀和古羊藤，加入药材重量10倍的水浸泡60分钟，加热15分钟后，再加入繁缕、九子连环草、接骨草和大散血，大火煮沸后转小火煎煮55分钟，趁热过滤，收集滤液；
（5）混合上述步骤所得药粉、汁液和滤液，加热浓缩成清膏，加入清膏重量0.6倍的辅料蔗糖，搅拌均匀、封装得除痹通络膏。
典型病例：xxx，男性，51岁。主诉：由于长期在寒冷地区工作，导致膝关节阵发性疼痛6年，每当受凉，病情加重，服用止痛药，能暂时缓解疼痛，但病情反复，近日受凉，膝关节疼痛，肿胀、活动受限，肢体麻木、无力，遂来就诊，检查时，舌质红，苔薄白，脉弦，确诊风湿性膝关节炎。
经医生介绍服用本实例所得除痹通络膏，每次5g，一天三次，温开水冲服，十五天为一个疗程，服用两个疗程后，膝关节疼痛、肿胀有所减轻，活动功能稍有恢复，服用三个疗程后，不适症基本消除，巩固疗效一个疗程，两年内随访，患者未复发。
实施例3风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，主要由下列原料药制备而成：忍冬藤10g，黄连5g，红孩儿10g，繁缕11g，鲜地黄12g，九子连环草9g，马钱子11g，风藤草11g，接骨草9g，大散血9g，丝瓜藤12g，山紫菀9g，古羊藤7g。上述风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法是：
（1）取炼蜜，加入开水稀释，淋入洗净的忍冬藤中，拌匀闷润，置于炒制容器内，用文火加热，炒至老黄色，不黏手时，取出晾凉、粉碎过90目筛；

（5）混合上述步骤所得药粉、汁液和滤液，加热浓缩成清膏，加入清膏重量0.5倍的辅料蔗糖，搅拌均匀、封装得除痹通络膏。
实施例4风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，主要由下列原料药制备而成：忍冬藤13g，黄连7g，红孩儿11g，繁缕14g，鲜地黄14g，九子连环草11g，马钱子13g，风藤草14g，接骨草11g，大散血11g，丝瓜藤16g，山紫菀11g，古羊藤8g。上述风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法是：
（1）取炼蜜，加入开水稀释，淋入洗净的忍冬藤中，拌匀闷润，置于炒制容器内，用文火加热，炒至老黄色，不黏手时，取出晾凉、粉碎过100目筛；

典型病例：xxx，女，55岁。一年前坐月子期间因淋雨受凉导致全身发热,膝关节疼痛，在当地医院诊断为风湿性膝关节炎,治疗一个月,发热现象消退，关节疼痛好转，但是每逢天气骤变,关节便开始疼痛,近期逐渐加重，遂来中医院治疗，检查发现膝关节未变形，无功能性障碍，活动时有声响。
服用本实例所得除痹通络膏，每次5g，温开水冲服，一天三次，十五天为一个疗程，患者服用两个疗程后，疼痛现象缓解，无其他不适症，继续巩固一个疗程后，基本痊愈，随访两年内，患者未出现复发。
实施例5风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，主要由下列原料药制备而成：忍冬藤11.5g，黄连6g，红孩儿10.5g，繁缕12.5g，鲜地黄13g，九子连环草10g，马钱子12g，风藤草12.5g，接骨草10g，大散血10g，丝瓜藤14g，山紫菀10g，古羊藤7.5g。上述风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法是：
（1）取炼蜜，加入开水稀释，淋入洗净的忍冬藤中，拌匀闷润，置于炒制容器内，用文火加热，炒至老黄色，不黏手时，取出晾凉、粉碎过95目筛；
（2）将丝瓜藤和鲜地黄洗净，除去杂质，切薄片后加入浓度60%的乙醇浸泡40分钟，倒入研钵中捣碎，用纱布挤压榨取汁液过滤；
（3）取马钱子洗净，置于砂锅内，加入药材重量7.5倍的牛奶蒸煮20分钟，取出去皮，再用麻油炸呈黄色，沥干并碾碎成粉；
（4）将黄连、红孩儿、风藤草、山紫菀和古羊藤，加入药材重量8.5倍的水浸泡50分钟，加热15分钟后，再加入繁缕、九子连环草、接骨草和大散血，大火煮沸后转小火煎煮45分钟，趁热过滤，收集滤液；
（5）混合上述步骤所得药粉、汁液和滤液，加热浓缩成清膏，加入清膏重量0.5倍的辅料蔗糖，搅拌均匀、封装得除痹通络膏。
试验例1 本发明所得风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏（实施例5）的临床应用：
选取人群：依据医院门诊病历，筛选风湿性膝关节炎患者388例，其中女性182例，男性206例，年龄范围18-60岁，病程半年以上。
试验前，将患者随机分为两组，实验组288例和对照组100例，两组在性别、年龄、病程、病情等方面无显著差异。实验组服用本发明所得除痹通络膏，每次5g，每天三次，温开水冲服，十五天为一个疗程；对照组服用其他常规药物（布洛芬、萘普生、双氯酚酸、阿司匹林等）。服药期间对两组患者进行连续观察，记录症状及变化。
疗效判定标准：参照文献疗效标准，治愈：膝关节红、肿、灼热、剧痛等完全消失，无其他临床不适症；显效：膝关节疼痛明显好转或消失，稍有肿胀，主要临床症状消失；有效：膝关节不适症状减轻，偶有发作，关节功能改善；无效：疼痛肿胀症状无任何改善。
临床结果：经三个疗程的服药后，使用本发明所得产品的实验组中，膝关节红肿、疼痛消失，无其他不适症的患者有192例（66.7%），膝关节疼痛明显好转的患者有51例（17.7%），膝关节不适症减轻的患者有37例（12.8%），可知实验组的总有效率为97.2%。对照组中治愈的患者有54例（54%），显效的患者有22例（22%），有效的患者有11例（11%），对照组的总有效率为87%。实验组所用产品疗效明显优于对照组，且治疗前后，实验组的患者身体状况较之前有显著提高。
本发明中所使用的中药，其中忍冬藤、红孩儿、繁缕、九子连环草、鲜地黄、古羊藤有清热解毒、通络镇痛的功效，黄连有泻火燥湿的功效，马钱子、风藤草、接骨草、大散血、丝瓜藤、山紫菀有消肿止痛、活血散瘀的功效，可有效缓解风湿性膝关节炎所带来的疼痛等不适症，从而提高治疗效果，使得总有效率可达到97.2%。
应当指出的是，具体实施方式只是本发明比较有代表性的例子，显然本发明的技术方案不限于上述实施例，还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员，以本发明所明确公开的或根据文件的书面描述毫无异议的得到的，均应认为是本专利所要保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，其特征在于，主要由下列原料药制备而成，均为重量份：忍冬藤8-15；黄连4-8；红孩儿9-12；繁缕9-16；鲜地黄10-16；九子连环草8-12；马钱子9-15；风藤草9-16；接骨草8-12；大散血8-12；丝瓜藤10-18；山紫菀8-12；古羊藤6-9。
2. 如权利要求1所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，其特征在于，忍冬藤10-13；黄连5-7；红孩儿10-11；繁缕11-14；鲜地黄12-14；九子连环草9-11；马钱子11-13；风藤草11-14；接骨草9-11；大散血9-11；丝瓜藤12-16；山紫菀9-11；古羊藤7-8。
3.如权利要求1所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏，其特征在于，忍冬藤11.5；黄连6；红孩儿10.5；繁缕12.5；鲜地黄13；九子连环草10；马钱子12；风藤草12.5；接骨草10；大散血10；丝瓜藤14；山紫菀10；古羊藤7.5。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤如下：
（1）取炼蜜，加入开水稀释，淋入洗净的忍冬藤中，拌匀闷润，置于炒制容器内，用文火加热，炒至老黄色，不黏手时，取出晾凉、粉碎过筛；
（2）将丝瓜藤和鲜地黄洗净，除去杂质，切薄片后加入乙醇浸泡30-50分钟（优选的：浸泡35-45分钟；更加优选的：浸泡40分钟），倒入研钵中捣碎，用纱布挤压榨取汁液过滤；
（3）取马钱子洗净，置于砂锅内，加入牛奶蒸煮15-25分钟（优选的：蒸煮20分钟），取出去皮，再用麻油炸呈黄色，沥干并碾碎成粉；
（4）将黄连、红孩儿、风藤草、山紫菀和古羊藤，加水浸泡40-60分钟（优选的：加水浸泡45-55分钟；更加优选的：加水浸泡50分钟），加热15分钟后，再加入繁缕、九子连环草、接骨草和大散血，大火煮沸后转小火煎煮，趁热过滤，收集滤液；
（5）混合上述步骤所得药粉、汁液和滤液，加热浓缩成清膏，加入辅料蔗糖，搅拌均匀、封装得除痹通络膏。
5.如权利要求4所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（1）中粉碎过80-110目筛（优选的：粉碎过90-100目筛；更加优选的：粉碎过95目筛）。
6.如权利要求4所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（2）乙醇浓度为50%-70%（优选的：乙醇浓度为60%）。
7.如权利要求4所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（3）中牛奶量为药材重量的6-9倍（优选的：牛奶量为药材重量的7-8倍；更加优选的：牛奶量为药材重量的7.5倍）。
8.如权利要求4所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（4）中加水量为药材重量的7-10倍（优选的：加水量为药材重量的8-9倍；更加优选的：加水量为药材重量的8.5倍）。
9.如权利要求4所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（4）中小火煎煮35-55分钟（优选的：小火煎煮40-50分钟；更加优选的：小火煎煮45分钟）。
10.如权利要求4所述的风湿性膝关节炎除痹通络膏的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（5）中辅料蔗糖的量为清膏重量的0.4-0.6倍（优选的：辅料蔗糖的量为清膏重量的0.5倍）。
