  本发明涉及中药领域，具体涉及一种无创中药麻醉剂及其制备使用方法。
背景技术
 现麻醉剂的使用方法常见分为注射式和吸入式，其中注射式使用较为广泛。现医学手术多使用西药麻醉注射，西式麻醉剂的成分多为化合物，其麻醉药性作用强烈，可能会存在一部分用药人群身体产生不良反应。且注射式的给药方式也会对一些惧怕注射的人群造成不良影响，导致治疗无法正常进行。对于局部麻醉而言，若采用对治疗部位进行外敷麻醉可以大部分程度上减少病人的恐惧感，从而能够积极配合治疗。
发明内容
 为克服上有技术的缺陷，本发明的目的旨在提出一种药性温和、药效明显且外用的无创中药麻醉剂及其制备使用方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下之技术方案：
    一种无创中药麻醉剂，其特征在于；由以下质量的原料制成：洋金花0.09-0.15g、花椒1.5-4.5g、肉桂1.5-4.25g、白芥5.5-8.0g、虎图辣0.3-0.6g、蔓乌头0.3-0.6g、川芎1.0-2.5g、当归5.0-15.0g、白芍6.0-12.0g、甘草1.5-8.5g、生马钱子0.15-0.20g、生葛根4.5-9.0g、鸡血藤9.0-15.0g、宝盖草9.0-15.0g、朱砂根叶10.0-15.0g、九里香9.0-18.0g、山茴芹6.0-9.0g、枇杷芋3.0-6.0g、菊三七1.5-3.0g、荜拨1.5-2.0g。
 一种无创中药麻醉剂的制备使用方法，其特征在于：步骤为：
(1)原料处理；将所有固体原料洗净烘干；
(2)超微粉碎：将步骤(1)中洗净烘干的固体原料在超微粉碎机中粉碎，得到颗粒大小为80-150μm的超微粉末；
(3)湿法球磨粉碎：将步骤(2)中的得到的超微粉末放入球磨机中粉碎得到纳米粉末，超微粉末与水的质量比为1:4.0-5.5，球磨机转速为250-450rpm,球磨时间1-2小时；
(4)将步骤(3)中所得的纳米粉末中加入原重量9-10倍的酒和水的混合液浸泡5-6小时后，将固液混合物高温100℃煮沸，再小火慢煮浓缩至半干状态，再加入酒调成糊状麻醉剂；
(5)将步骤(4)中得到的糊状麻醉剂常温冷却；
  (6)将步骤(5)中常温糊状麻醉剂均匀涂布在油纸上后敷于需麻醉的患处。
    上述方案的解释及进一步方案如下：

由于上述方案的运用，本发明具有以下优点：
本发明一种无创中药麻醉剂中含有洋金花、虎图辣、蔓乌头、生马钱子、九里香都有麻醉的效果，但都存在毒性；花椒、肉桂、川芎、山茴芹、荜拨都有活血止痛的效果，且大部分性温；白芥、当归、生葛根、鸡血藤、宝盖草、朱砂根叶、枇杷芋、菊三七都有通络、活血舒筋的功效，且大部分性温；鉴于上述几种中药都存在毒性，因此配以甘草来降低麻醉剂的整体毒性。本无创中药麻醉剂的麻醉效果明显，且麻醉药性温和，人体不会产生不适，且为外敷药减少了患者对注射用药的恐惧。
无创中药麻醉剂的制备使用时，将多种药材粉碎，使其粉末粒径达到纳米级，便于皮肤的吸收，且用酒作为本麻醉剂的赋形剂，在外敷过程中有助行药力的效果。
具体实施方式
 下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述：
实施例1：
取洋金花0.10g、花椒2.0g、肉桂2.0g、白芥6.0g、虎图辣0.4g、蔓乌头0.4g、川芎1.5g、当归8.0g、白芍8.0g、甘草2.0g、生马钱子0.15g、生葛根5.5g、鸡血藤12.0g、宝盖草10.0g、朱砂根叶12.0g、九里香10.0g、山茴芹7.0g、枇杷芋4.0g、菊三七2.0g、荜拨1.5g后，将所有固体原料洗净烘干；将上一步中洗净烘干的固体原料在超微粉碎机中粉碎，得到颗粒大小为90μm的超微粉末；将得到的超微粉末放入球磨机中粉碎得到纳米粉末，超微粉末与水的质量比为1:4.5，球磨机转速为300rpm,球磨时间1.5小时；而后将所得的纳米粉末中加入原重量9-10倍的酒和水的混合液浸泡5-6小时后，将固液混合物高温100℃煮沸，再小火慢煮浓缩至半干状态，再加入酒调成糊状麻醉剂；常温冷却；将常温糊状麻醉剂均匀涂布在油纸上后敷于需麻醉的患处。
实施例2：
取洋金花0.11g、花椒3.0g、肉桂2.75g、白芥6.75g、虎图辣0.45g、蔓乌头0.45g、川芎1.75g、当归10.0g、白芍9.0g、甘草4.5g、生马钱子0.17g、生葛根6.0g、鸡血藤13.0g、宝盖草12.0g、朱砂根叶13.0g、九里香13.0g、山茴芹7.5g、枇杷芋5.0g、菊三七2.5g、荜拨1.75g后，将所有固体原料洗净烘干；将上一步中洗净烘干的固体原料在超微粉碎机中粉碎，得到颗粒大小为110μm的超微粉末；将得到的超微粉末放入球磨机中粉碎得到纳米粉末，超微粉末与水的质量比为1:4.75，球磨机转速为350rpm,球磨时间1.5小时；其余操作同实施例1相同。

取洋金花0.12g、花椒4.0g、肉桂.5g、白芥7.5g、虎图辣0.5g、蔓乌头0.5g、川芎2.0g、当归12.0g、白芍10.0g、甘草7.0g、生马钱子0.20g、生葛根8.0g、鸡血藤14.5g、宝盖草4.0g、朱砂根叶14.5g、九里香16.0g、山茴芹8.0g、枇杷芋5.5g、菊三七2.75g、荜拨2.0g后，将所有固体原料洗净烘干；将上一步中洗净烘干的固体原料在超微粉碎机中粉碎，得到颗粒大小为120μm的超微粉末；将得到的超微粉末放入球磨机中粉碎得到纳米粉末，超微粉末与水的质量比为1:5.0，球磨机转速为400rpm,球磨时间1.5小时；其余操作同实施例1相同。

Claims (5)

1.一种无创中药麻醉剂，其特征在于；由以下质量的原料制成：洋金花0.09-0.15g、花椒1.5-4.5g、肉桂1.5-4.25g、白芥5.5-8.0g、虎图辣0.3-0.6g、蔓乌头0.3-0.6g、川芎1.0-2.5g、当归5.0-15.0g、白芍6.0-12.0g、甘草1.5-8.5g、生马钱子0.15-0.20g、生葛根4.5-9.0g、鸡血藤9.0-15.0g、宝盖草9.0-15.0g、朱砂根叶10.0-15.0g、九里香9.0-18.0g、山茴芹6.0-9.0g、枇杷芋3.0-6.0g、菊三七1.5-3.0g、荜拨1.5-2.0g。
2.一种无创中药麻醉剂的制备使用方法，其特征在于：步骤为：
(1)原料处理；将所有固体原料洗净烘干；
(2)超微粉碎：将步骤(1)中洗净烘干的固体原料在超微粉碎机中粉碎，得到颗粒大小为80-150μm的超微粉末；
(3)湿法球磨粉碎：将步骤(2)中的得到的超微粉末放入球磨机中粉碎得到纳米粉末，超微粉末与水的质量比为1:4.0-5.5，球磨机转速为250-450rpm,球磨时间1-2小时；
(4)将步骤(3)中所得的纳米粉末中加入原重量9-10倍的酒和水的混合液浸泡5-6小时后，将固液混合物高温100℃煮沸，再小火慢煮浓缩至半干状态，再加入酒调成糊状麻醉剂；
(5)将步骤(4)中得到的糊状麻醉剂常温冷却；
(6)将步骤(5)中常温糊状麻醉剂均匀涂布在油纸上后敷于需麻醉的患处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无创中药麻醉剂，其特征在于：所述洋金花0.10-0.12g、花椒1.8-4.0g、肉桂2.0-3.5g、白芥6.0-7.5g、虎图辣0.4-0.5g、蔓乌头0.4-0.5g、川芎1.5-2.0g、当归8.0-12.0g、白芍8.0-10.0g、甘草2.0-7.0g、生马钱子0.15-0.20g、生葛根5.5-8.0g、鸡血藤12.0-14.5g、宝盖草10.0-14.0g、朱砂根叶12.0-14.5g、九里香10.0-16.0g、山茴芹7.0-8.0g、枇杷芋4.0-5.5g、菊三七2.0-2.75g、荜拨1.5-2.0g。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种无创中药麻醉剂的制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(2)中粉碎至90-120μm的超微粉末。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种无创中药麻醉剂的制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(3)中超微粉末与水的质量比为1:4.5-5.0，球磨机转速为300-400rpm,球磨时间1.5小时。
