一种能将人们用莴笋做菜时，先将莴笋皮削掉的莴笋削皮器，它是将弧形刀固定在45°固杆上，固杆的中下段用两螺杆垂直固定连结，螺杆上用弹簧套上，螺杆穿过活动圆套活动连结。螺杆顶端用螺母固定，同样弧形刀制成一式六件，部分重叠套在活动圆套上。连杆与削皮架活动连结，活动圆套中心与削皮架上的圆套中心对齐。莴笋削皮时，将莴笋尾先放入圆套内，往下压力时，弧形刀片内的直径弹簧逐步扩大或缩小，莴笋头接近圆套时，用搁莴笋双锥插入莴笋并穿过莴笋，将莴笋搁在圆套上，可用手柄往下压，将莴笋皮削去。

本发明提供给人们吃莴笋做菜时，先将莴笋的皮削去的莴笋削皮器。
背景技术
目前公知的人们需莴笋做菜时，还没有简单快速的莴笋削皮器，只有人工用一字型的刮刀削皮，也有用机械快速大量削皮的机具，均存在着缺陷：用刮刀削皮速度慢费力，保证不了质量。用机械削皮，其结构复杂、机重、造价高，只适用酒店、餐馆、食堂，不适用家庭、菜市、摊贩。本发明提供简单、价低、一次性操作，可将莴笋皮削掉的莴笋削皮器。
发明内容
为了弥补我围还没有适合于家庭、菜市、摊贩的莴笋削皮器，本发明型解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：将弧形刀固定在45°弧形刀固杆上。固杆的中下段分别用两螺杆垂直固定连结，并用弹簧套上，两螺杆穿过活动圆套活动连结，顶端用螺母固定。一样弧形刀制成一式六件，重叠套在活动圆套上。活动圆套与连杆固定连结，连杆与削皮架活动连结。活动圆套中心与削皮架上的圆套中心对应，莴笋削皮时，将莴笋尾先放入圆套内，往下压力，弧形刀片内的直径通过弹簧逐步扩大，莴笋头接近圆套时，用搁莴笋双锥插入莴笋，并穿过莴笋，将莴笋搁在圆套上，可用手柄往下压，将莴笋皮削去。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单、成本低、易操作、速度快，适用于家庭、菜市摊贩采用。

图中弧形刀(4)与弧形刀固杆(9)固定连结，弧形刀固杆(9)与活动螺杆一端成90°固定连结，活动螺杆一端穿过活动圆套(3)活动连结，活动螺杆(8)另一端用固定螺母固定。将活动圆套(3)与连杆(10)固定连结，连杆(10)与手柄(7)固定连结，连杆(10)与削皮架(2)活动连结，莴笋头(1)与圆套接近，并用搁莴笋双锥(6)固定连结。

1.一种能供人们用莴笋做菜时，将莴笋皮削去的莴笋削皮器，它是由弧形刀、弧形刀固杆、削皮架组成，其特征是：将弧形刀固定在弧形刀固杆上，固杆的中下端用螺杆垂直固定连结，并用弹簧套在螺杆上，螺杆穿过活动圆套活动连结，同样的弧形刀制成一式六件，套在活动圆套上，形成圆形重叠削皮圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的莴笋削皮器，其特征是：用扁铁制成削莴笋皮的削皮架，将莴笋放入圆套内，并用搁莴笋双锥穿过莴笋，固定莴笋便于莴笋削皮。
