本发明公开了一种具有助燃装置的直喷式节能燃气灶灶头,包括燃气进气道,所述灶头包括主燃灶头和主燃灶头上方设置的一个或一个以上的助燃喷嘴,主燃灶头是由主燃喷嘴插装在可供燃气与空气混合的混合室上构成,混合室内具有与外界空气相通的混合腔,主燃喷嘴的下端开口插入该混合腔内,所述混合腔通过主燃气管道与燃气进气道连通,所述助燃喷嘴通过助燃管道与燃气进气道连通,助燃喷嘴的喷嘴口位于主燃喷嘴的喷嘴口的上方。本发明可充分发挥直喷式燃气灶头的火力集中、燃烧效率高的优点,又克服了难点燃、燃气流速过快易导致熄灭的缺点。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃气灶设备领域,尤其是一种燃气灶灶头。
背景技术
目前,燃气灶从灶头的结构上可分为散喷式和直喷式,散喷式燃气灶的灶头为周围多孔的圆盘,燃烧时为多喷咀散喷,火苗比较分散,火势形成缓慢,但是燃气分散喷出,流动时间较长与空气混合也比较充分,比较容易点燃;而直喷式燃气灶的燃气是直接从一个喷咀高速喷向容器的底部,在喷射过程中与空气混合后经点火后燃烧,这种直喷式燃气灶的火力比较集中,但是燃气从喷嘴高速喷出时,由于燃气的温度较低、流速过快,在短时间也不易与空气混合,这样就难以点燃,而且火焰有可能在燃烧时由于燃气流速过快而熄灭,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易点燃、升温快、燃烧效率高、点燃后不会熄灭的具有助燃装置的直喷式节能燃气灶灶头。
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有助燃装置的直喷式节能燃气灶灶头,包括燃气进气道,所述灶头包括主燃灶头和主燃灶头上方设置的一个或一个以上的助燃喷嘴,主燃灶头是由主燃喷嘴插装在可供燃气与空气混合的混合室上构成,混合室内具有与外界空气相通的混合腔,主燃喷嘴的下端插入该混合腔内,所述混合腔通过主燃气管道与燃气进气道连通,助燃喷嘴通过助燃管道与燃气进气道连通,助燃喷嘴的喷嘴口位于主燃喷嘴的喷嘴口的上方。
所述混合室是由底座和上盖通过多条侧筋焊接在一起而成,各侧筋之间留有间隙,使上盖与底座与之间形与外界空气相通的混合腔,所述主燃喷嘴插装上盖上,混合室的底座上开有与主燃喷嘴上下对应的出气孔,出气孔与主燃气管道连通。
所述助燃喷嘴为"Y" 形开叉状的喷嘴。
本发明所设计的燃气灶头,主燃灶头的混合室内具有与外界空气连通的混合腔,使燃气可以与空气充分混合,达到充分燃烧的目的,提高了热效率,为了保证与空气充分混合的燃气容易点燃而又不容易熄灭,本发明还在主燃灶头的上方设置了助燃喷嘴,工作中助燃喷嘴可首先点燃,然后主燃喷嘴可被助燃喷嘴点燃,由于助燃喷嘴的存在,就可以保证主燃喷嘴处与空气充分混合的燃气很容易被点燃,而且在燃烧过程中不会发生熄灭,由于混合腔和助燃喷嘴的存在,使本发明可充分发挥直喷式燃气灶头的火力集中、燃烧效率高的优点,又克服了难点燃、燃气流速过快易导致熄灭的缺点。

具体实施方式
如图1 所示,本发明所设计的燃气灶头,包括主燃灶头13 和助燃喷嘴7,主燃灶头13 是由主燃喷嘴6 插装在混合室8 上构成,混合室8 是由底座10 和上盖11 通过多根侧筋14 焊接而成,各侧筋14 之间留有间隙,使上盖11 与底座10 与之间形与外界空气相通的混合腔9 ,主燃喷嘴6 插装在混合室8 的上盖11 上,主燃喷嘴6 的下端开口插入混合腔9 内,混合室8 的底座10 固定在燃气灶架12 上,混合室8 的底座10 上开有与主燃喷嘴6 上下对应的出气孔5 ,出气孔5 与主燃气管道1 连通,助燃喷嘴7 为"Y"形开叉状设置在主燃喷嘴6 的上方,助燃喷嘴7 的两个喷嘴口位于主燃喷嘴6 正上方,助燃喷嘴7 上还设有进风口13 ,另外还设有与助燃喷嘴7 连通的助燃管道2 ,主燃气管道1和助燃管道2 均与燃气进气道3 连通。
本发明在使用时,燃气进气道3 同时对主燃气管道1 和助燃管道2供气,助燃喷嘴7 首先点燃,然后主燃喷嘴6 可被助燃喷嘴7 点燃,由于助燃喷嘴7 的存在,就可以保证主燃喷嘴6 处与空气充分混合的燃气很容易被点燃,而且在燃烧过程中不会发生熄灭。
上述实施例中只给出了具有一个助燃喷嘴的灶头,适合小型燃气灶使用,当然也可以根据燃气灶的需要再加装多个助燃喷嘴,这属于领域内普通技术人员所容易想到的,应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种具有助燃装置的直喷式节能燃气灶灶头,包括燃气进气道,其特征在于:所述灶头包括主燃灶头和主燃灶头上方设置的一个或一个以上的助燃喷嘴,主燃灶头是由主燃喷嘴插装在可供燃气与空气混合的混合室上构成,混合室内具有与外界空气相通的混合腔,主燃喷嘴的下端开口插入该混合腔内,所述混合腔通过主燃气管道与燃气进气道连通,所述助燃喷嘴通过助燃管道与燃气进气道连通,助燃喷嘴的喷嘴口位于主燃喷嘴的喷嘴口的上方。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的燃气灶灶头,其特征在于:所述混合室是由底座和上盖通过多根侧筋焊接在一起而成,各侧筋之间留有间隙,使上盖与底座与之间形与外界空气相通的混合腔,所述主燃喷嘴插装上盖上,混合室的底座上开有与主燃喷嘴上下对应的出气孔,出气孔与主燃气管道连通。
