Abstract
本发明公开了一种保温塑料管，包括内管和外管，所述内管设置于外管内部，且内管的中心与外管的中心在一条直线上，所述内管的外表面上均匀布置有若干加强肋，在内管上位于加强肋处设置有腔体，所述内管外表面位于两加强肋之间还设置有保温层，所述保温层与外管之间设置有密封层；所述密封层由钢丝网及填充于钢丝网内的密封胶组成；所述保温层为聚苯乙烯泡沫、玻璃纤维或聚氨脂发泡沫。本发明通过在加强肋上设置空心腔体结构，从而达到较好的保温效果，通过钢丝网制成的密封层形成良好的密封效果；同时通过设置在内管表面的保温层，进一步提高塑料管的保温效果，防止在寒冷环境下使用时造成液体被冻结。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管材，特别是涉及一种保温塑料管。
背景技术
塑料管一般是以塑料树脂为原料、加入稳定剂、润滑剂等，以“塑”的方法在制管机内经挤压加工而成。由于它具有质轻、耐腐蚀、外形美观、无不良气味、加工容易、施工方便等特点，因此在建筑工程中得到了广泛应用。主要用作房屋建筑的自来水供水系统配管、排水、排气和排污卫生管、地下排水管系统、雨水管等。现有的塑料管多为单层结构形式，其承载能力低，且不具备保温性能。为了克服现有塑料管不保温的问题，目前市面上出现了各种各样的保温塑料管。例如，公开号为CN 203322524 U的中国专利公开一种保温塑料管道，该保温塑料管道的管壁内层为纤维缠绕层，管壁外层为泡沫塑料层，所述泡沫塑料层内部埋设有与管道方向平行的钢丝。该塑料管道是通过纤维缠绕层提高管道的横向强度，通过在泡沫塑料层中增加纲丝提高管道的纵向强度，但是由于钢丝比较柔软，因此在在受到外力破坏时，管壁极易发生变形，在长期使用过程中使得密封破坏，导致使管道内渗漏；同时保温效果不良好。
再如，公开号为CN 203363432 U的中国专利公开了一种保温塑料管道，该保温塑料管道的管壁由内向外依次为纤维缠绕内层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕外层。采用三层复合结构，在纤维缠绕层之间增加一泡沫塑料层，提高管道的保温能力。但是该塑料管道结构之间没有设置任何加强结构，因此在使用过程中管体容易产生变形，致使泡沫塑料层产生开裂现象，从而影响保温效果，由于该塑料管道是采用三层复合结构，三层结构紧密相连，因此保温效果不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种保温塑料管。从而在保证塑料管结构强度的情况下提高了塑料管的保温性能和密封性能。
本发明是通过如下技术方案予以实现的。
一种保温塑料管，包括内管和外管，所述内管设置于外管内部，且内管的中心与外管的中心在一条直线上，所述内管的外表面上均匀布置有若干加强肋，在内管上位于加强肋处设置有腔体，所述内管外表面位于两加强肋之间还设置有保温层，所述保温层与外管之间设置有密封层。
所述密封层由钢丝网及填充于钢丝网内的密封胶组成。
所述保温层为聚苯乙烯泡沫、玻璃纤维或聚氨脂发泡沫。
所述加强肋的长度与内管的长度相匹配。
所述加强肋为半圆柱形固定在内管外表面上。
所述腔体为圆柱形，且圆柱形轴线与加强肋的半圆柱形轴线重合。
所述加强肋与内管为一个整体。
所述加强肋的数量为3～12条。
所述加强肋的数量为6条，
本发明的有益效果是：
与现有技术相比，本发明通过在加强肋上设置空心腔体结构，使塑料管通过真空达到保温效果，由于加强肋设置在内管的外表面，因此不会对内管过流空间造成影响，不会减少使用过程中液体的流通体积，防止塑料管在输送液体过程中产生堵塞，提高流体输送效率；由于密封层采用在钢丝网内填充密封胶构成，使塑料管的整体性能得以大大提高，避免塑料管在长时间使用时密封层产生收缩而导致管道内部渗漏；由于在内管表面设置有一层保温层，进一步提高塑料管的保温效果，防止在寒冷环境下使用时造成液体被冻结；同时延长塑料管的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步描述本发明的技术方案，但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
如图1、图2所示，本发明所述的一种保温塑料管，包括内管1和外管2，所述内管1设置于外管2内部，且内管1的中心与外管2的中心在一条直线上，所述内管1的外表面上均匀布置有若干加强肋11，在内管1上位于加强肋11处设置有腔体12，所述内管1外表面位于两加强肋11之间还设置有保温层4，所述保温层4与外管2之间设置有密封层3。采用本技术方案，通过在内管1外表面设置加强肋11，并在加强肋11处设置腔体12，从而使腔体12内产生真空，以大达到较好的保温效果。同时通过加强肋11结合密封层3来增强整个塑料管的结构强度，大大增加了塑料管的承载能力；由于加强肋11是设置在内管1的外表面，因此不会改变塑料管的内腔体积，不会减小管子的流通量，且管子在使用过程中不易产生堵塞；由于加强肋11和被包裹在密封层3内部，因此对密封层3起到连接作用，可防止密封层3与内管1表面产生脱离，并减少密封层3在使用过程中的收缩量，进一步增加塑料管整体密封性能；由于在加强筋11处设置有密闭腔体1，因此可在腔体1内产生真空，从而达到良好的保温想过；同时在内管1外璧上设置保温层4，从而使塑料管内输送的液体在寒冷的环境下不被冻结，保证塑料管正常工作。
所述密封层3由钢丝网及填充于钢丝网内的密封胶组成。通过钢丝编织层网状结构裹覆在内管1表面上，并在钢丝网状结构里面注入密封胶粘接固定，使得密封层具有较好强度，避免在长时间使用过程中密封层产生收缩而导致管道内部渗漏，大大提高了塑料管的密封性能，延长塑料管的使用寿命。
所述保温层4为聚苯乙烯泡沫、玻璃纤维或聚氨脂发泡沫。
所述加强肋11的长度与内管1的长度相匹配。具体尺寸根据实际使用要求确定。
所述加强肋11为半圆柱形固定在内管1外表面上。
所述腔体12为圆柱形，且圆柱形轴线与加强肋11的半圆柱形轴线重合。
所述加强肋11与内管1为一个整体，在加工时采用整体注塑。所述加强肋11的数量为3～12条。具体数量根据内管1的直径大小确定，本技术方案优先选用加强肋11的数量为6条，经过实践证明，采用6条横向加强肋既能满足塑料管的结构强度要求，又节省材料，经济实用。
Claims (9)
1.一种保温塑料管，包括内管(1)和外管(2)，所述内管(1)设置于外管(2)内部，且内管(1)的中心与外管(2)的中心在一条直线上，其特征在于：所述内管(1)的外表面上均匀布置有若干加强肋(11)，在内管(1)上位于加强肋(11)处设置有腔体(12)，所述内管(1)外表面位于两加强肋(11)之间还设置有保温层(4)，所述保温层(4)与外管(2)之间设置有密封层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料管，其特征在于：所述密封层(3)由钢丝网及填充于钢丝网内的密封胶组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料管，其特征在于：所述保温层(4)为聚苯乙烯泡沫、玻璃纤维或聚氨脂发泡沫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料管，其特征在于：所述加强肋(11)的长度与内管(1)的长度相匹配。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种保温塑料管，其特征在于：所述加强肋(11)为半圆柱形固定在内管(1)外表面上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料管，其特征在于：所述腔体(12)为圆柱形，且圆柱形轴线与加强肋(11)的半圆柱形轴线重合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种保温塑料管，其特征在于：所述加强肋(11)与内管(1)为一个整体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料管，其特征在于：所述加强肋(11)的数量为3～12条。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料管，其特征在于：所述加强肋(11)的数量为(6)条。
