Abstract
一种抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材,由下列重量份的原料制成:烷基磺酸盐0.5-0.8、重质碳酸钙0.6-0.9、镀镍云母纤维4-6、聚氨酯树脂2-3、氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液5-8、十二醇酯0.4-0.5、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.4-0.5、磷酸三苯酯2-3、铝酸酯偶联剂0.5-0.7、硅灰石3-5、瓷粉4-6、SG-5PVC90-100、增强助剂10-14、水20-30;本发明塑钢型材通过使用镀镍云母纤维,使得型材具有抗静电性能,提高了抗弯强度;通过使用硅灰石、瓷粉,增加了型材的耐磨性和刚性;通过使用本发明的的增强助剂,能够增加塑钢型材的强度、韧性和耐老化性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于塑钢型材领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑钢型材简称塑钢,主要化学成分是PVC,因此也叫PVC型材。是被广泛应用的一种新型的建筑材料,由于其物理性能如刚性、弹性、耐腐蚀,抗老化性能优异,通常用作是铜、锌、铝等有色金属的佳代用品。
在房屋建筑中主要用于推拉,平开门窗、护栏、管材和吊顶材料的应用,通过新的工艺流程处理也广泛用在汽车发动机保护板方面,不仅重量轻,而且韧性好,具有刚的优良性质,有时候也被称作合金塑钢。
虽然塑钢材料广泛应用,但是随着社会的进步,要不断提高其性能,例如强度、韧性、耐热性、保温性、隔音性、抗静电性、耐紫外性等性能。
而且我国塑钢型材绝大部分劣质型材使用铅盐稳定剂,成品含铅量在0.6%-1.2%之间。铅是一种对人体有害的物质,当劣质型材老化时,会析出含铅粉尘,长期接触后会使血液中铅含量超标,甚至铅中毒。因此需要提高塑钢型材的安全性,同时不提高成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材及其制备方法,该塑钢型材的强度高,韧性好,抗弯折性能好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:烷基磺酸盐0.5-0.8、重质碳酸钙0.6-0.9、镀镍云母纤维4-6、聚氨酯树脂2-3、氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液5-8、十二醇酯0.4-0.5、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.4-0.5、磷酸三苯酯2-3、铝酸酯偶联剂0.5-0.7、硅灰石3-5、瓷粉4-6、SG-5PVC90-100、增强助剂10-14、水20-30;
所述增强助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:蒙脱土6-8、硅烷偶联剂kh-550 0.3-0.4、四针状氧化锌晶须5-6、SG-5PVC粉末3-4、纳米二氧化钛2-3、碳纳米管0.4-0.6、纳米硼纤维0.3-0.5、正硅酸乙酯2-3、乙醇20-25、水10-13;制备方法为:将硅烷偶联剂kh-550加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入蒙脱土,边搅拌边加入纳米二氧化钛、碳纳米管,磁力搅拌1-2个小时,烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,得到粉末;将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇中溶解,再加入所述粉末以及其他剩余成分,磁力搅拌30-40分钟,加热至80-90℃,不停搅拌至乙醇完全蒸发,粉碎,即得。
所述的抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝酸酯偶联剂加入水中,搅拌均匀后再加入镀镍云母纤维、硅灰石、瓷粉,边搅拌边升温至75-85℃,再加入氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液,搅拌反应2-3个小时,喷雾干燥,得到颗粒;
(2)将第(1)步得到的颗粒与其他剩余成分混合,在110-120℃下用高速混合机混合5-7分钟,冷却至室温,出料,得到预混料;
(3)将第(2)步得到的预混料送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出机螺杆转速调节为10-15转/分,料筒和机头温度为160-180℃,挤出定型,水冷处理,得到型材;
(4)将第(3)步得到的型材送入-15至-30℃,真空环境下冷却15-20秒,再经牵引,成型,即得。
本发明的有益效果
本发明塑钢型材通过使用镀镍云母纤维,使得型材具有抗静电性能,提高了抗弯强度;通过使用硅灰石、瓷粉,增加了型材的耐磨性和刚性;通过使用本发明的的增强助剂,能够增加塑钢型材的强度、韧性和耐老化性能。
具体实施方式
一种抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:烷基磺酸盐0.6、重质碳酸钙0.7、镀镍云母纤维5、聚氨酯树脂2.5、氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液7、十二醇酯0.4、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.4、磷酸三苯酯2.5、铝酸酯偶联剂0.6、硅灰石4、瓷粉5、SG-5PVC95、增强助剂12、水25;
所述增强助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:蒙脱土7、硅烷偶联剂kh-550 0.3、四针状氧化锌晶须5.5、SG-5PVC粉末3.5、纳米二氧化钛2.5、碳纳米管0.5、纳米硼纤维0.4、正硅酸乙酯2.5、乙醇23、水12;制备方法为:将硅烷偶联剂kh-550加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入蒙脱土,边搅拌边加入纳米二氧化钛、碳纳米管,磁力搅拌1.5个小时,烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,得到粉末;将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇中溶解,再加入所述粉末以及其他剩余成分,磁力搅拌35分钟,加热至85℃,不停搅拌至乙醇完全蒸发,粉碎,即得。
所述的抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝酸酯偶联剂加入水中,搅拌均匀后再加入镀镍云母纤维、硅灰石、瓷粉,边搅拌边升温至80℃,再加入氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液,搅拌反应2.6个小时,喷雾干燥,得到颗粒;
(2)将第(1)步得到的颗粒与其他剩余成分混合,在115℃下用高速混合机混合6分钟,冷却至室温,出料,得到预混料;
(3)将第(2)步得到的预混料送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出机螺杆转速调节为13转/分,料筒和机头温度为170℃,挤出定型,水冷处理,得到型材;
(4)将第(3)步得到的型材送入-20℃,真空环境下冷却18秒,再经牵引,成型,即得。
实验数据:
经测试,该塑钢型材的弯曲弹性模量为2880MPa,简支梁冲击强度为25J/㎡,加热后尺寸变化率为1.1%,在150℃温度加热试验中无气泡、麻点、裂痕。

1.一种抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:烷基磺酸盐0.5-0.8、重质碳酸钙0.6-0.9、镀镍云母纤维4-6、聚氨酯树脂2-3、氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液5-8、十二醇酯0.4-0.5、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂0.4-0.5、磷酸三苯酯2-3、铝酸酯偶联剂0.5-0.7、硅灰石3-5、瓷粉4-6、SG-5PVC90-100、增强助剂10-14、水20-30;
所述增强助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:蒙脱土6-8、硅烷偶联剂kh-550 0.3-0.4、四针状氧化锌晶须5-6、SG-5PVC粉末3-4、纳米二氧化钛2-3、碳纳米管0.4-0.6、纳米硼纤维0.3-0.5、正硅酸乙酯2-3、乙醇20-25、水10-13;制备方法为:将硅烷偶联剂kh-550加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入蒙脱土,边搅拌边加入纳米二氧化钛、碳纳米管,磁力搅拌1-2个小时,烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,得到粉末;将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇中溶解,再加入所述粉末以及其他剩余成分,磁力搅拌30-40分钟,加热至80-90℃,不停搅拌至乙醇完全蒸发,粉碎,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电耐磨门窗塑钢型材的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝酸酯偶联剂加入水中,搅拌均匀后再加入镀镍云母纤维、硅灰石、瓷粉,边搅拌边升温至75-85℃,再加入氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液,搅拌反应2-3个小时,喷雾干燥,得到颗粒;
(2)将第(1)步得到的颗粒与其他剩余成分混合,在110-120℃下用高速混合机混合5-7分钟,冷却至室温,出料,得到预混料;
(3)将第(2)步得到的预混料送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出机螺杆转速调节为10-15转/分,料筒和机头温度为160-180℃,挤出定型,水冷处理,得到型材;
(4)将第(3)步得到的型材送入-15至-30℃,真空环境下冷却15-20秒,再经牵引,成型,即得。
