Abstract

本发明公开了一种玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PBT20%~50%、PET20%~50%、玻璃纤维20%~40%、增塑剂4%~8%、润滑剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、稳定剂0.1~1%。本发明的有益效果是,通过本发明制得的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料兼备有PBT和PET的优点,具有耐高温、耐化学腐蚀、耐蠕变、耐摩擦、电绝缘性能好等特点,同时通过玻纤增强大幅度提高其冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及热变形温度,而且还具有良好的流动性、高光泽性、高稳定性和寿命长,可广泛应用于汽车、电子电器等领域。

玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料。
背景技术
PBT是聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的简称,为一种结晶型热塑性聚酯,具有高耐热性、耐疲劳性、结晶速度快和良好弹性等特点,已被广泛应用于汽车、电子电器、工业机械和聚合物合金、特混工业,并为五大工程塑料之一,但PBT的缺口冲击强度低,成型收缩率大。PET是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的简称,为一种乳白色或前黄色高度结晶性的聚合物,其表面平滑而有光泽,耐蠕变、抗疲劳性、耐摩擦性好,而且电绝缘性能好,受温度影响小,可用作工程塑料,也可作为合成纤维用于纺织等,但PET的玻璃化温度较高,结晶速度慢,尺寸稳定性差。PBT与PET分子链结构相似,大部分性质也是一样的,只是分子主链由两个亚甲基变成了四个,因此,采用PBT和PET共聚、共混的方法制得的PBT/PET合金材料可以综合各自性能,取长补短,弥补单一组分性能上的缺陷,获得综合性能较为理想的共混物。但是,纯PBT/PET的热变形温度低,制品收缩率大,从而限制其在某些领域的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有良好流动性、高光泽性和大幅提高冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及热变形温度的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PBT 20%~50%、PET 20%~50%、玻璃纤维20%~40%、增塑剂4%~8%、润滑剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、稳定剂0.1~1%。
所述的PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。
所述的PET为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
所述的玻璃纤维为表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维。
所述的增塑剂为聚乙二醇,其分子量在600~2000之间。
所述的润滑剂为聚硅氧烷、硬酯酸钙或TAS-2A。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
所述的稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
上述的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PBT在130℃~140℃下干燥3~5小时,PET在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,待用;
(2)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PBT和PET,经混合均匀后,再加入按重量配比称取的增塑剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂和稳定剂,然后一起加入高速混合机中充分混合10~20分钟;
(3)再将上述混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,并将按重量配比称取的表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理过的玻璃纤维从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入,加工温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机的挤出物料经冷却、风干、切粒、干燥后即得本发明的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料。
本发明的有益效果是,通过本发明制得的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料兼备有PET和PBT的优点,具有耐高温、耐化学腐蚀、耐蠕变、耐摩擦、电绝缘性能好等特点,同时通过玻纤增强大幅度提高其冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及热变形温度,而且还具有良好的流动性、高光泽性、高稳定性和寿命长,可广泛应用于汽车、电子电器等领域。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PBT 30%、PET 30%、表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维30%、聚乙二醇6%、聚硅氧烷2.5%、受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物1%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5%,其中,聚乙二醇的分子量在600~2000之间。
制备方法:(1)将PBT在130℃~140℃下干燥3~5小时,PET在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,待用;(2)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PBT和PET,经混合均匀后,再加入按重量配比称取的聚乙二醇、聚硅氧烷、受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,然后一起加入高速混合机中充分混合10~20分钟;(3)再将上述混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,并将按重量配比称取的表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入,加工温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机的挤出物料经冷却、风干、切粒、干燥后即得本发明的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料。
实施例2:
一种玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PBT 20%、PET 32%、表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维40%、聚乙二醇6%、硬酯酸钙1.5%、受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.2%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.3%,其中,聚乙二醇的分子量在600~2000之间。
制备方法:(1)将PBT在130℃~140℃下干燥3~5小时,PET在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,待用;(2)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PBT和PET,经混合均匀后,再加入按重量配比称取的聚乙二醇、硬酯酸钙、受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,然后一起加入高速混合机中充分混合10~20分钟;(3)再将上述混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,并将按重量配比称取的表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入,加工温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机的挤出物料经冷却、风干、切粒、干燥后即得本发明的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料。
实施例3:
一种玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PBT 50%、PET 20%、表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维24%、聚乙二醇4%、TAS-2A 1%、受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5%,其中,聚乙二醇的分子量在600~2000之间。
制备方法:(1)将PBT在130℃~140℃下干燥3~5小时,PET在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,待用;(2)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PBT和PET,经混合均匀后,再加入按重量配比称取的聚乙二醇、TAS-2A、受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,然后一起加入高速混合机中充分混合10~20分钟;(3)再将上述混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,并将按重量配比称取的表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入,加工温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机的挤出物料经冷却、风干、切粒、干燥后即得本发明的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料。

Claims (7)

1.一种玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PBT 20%~50%、PET 20%~50%、玻璃纤维20%~40%、增塑剂4%~8%、润滑剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、稳定剂0.1~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其特征在于,所述的玻璃纤维为表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为聚乙二醇,其分子量在600~2000之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为聚硅氧烷、硬酯酸钙或TAS-2A。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PBT在130℃~140℃下干燥3~5小时,PET在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,待用;
(2)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PBT和PET,经混合均匀后,再加入按重量配比称取的增塑剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂和稳定剂,然后一起加入高速混合机中充分混合10~20分钟;
(3)再将上述混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,并将按重量配比称取的表面经过硅烷偶联剂处理过的玻璃纤维从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入,加工温度控制在270℃~290℃,通过双螺杆挤出机的挤出物料经冷却、风干、切粒、干燥后即得玻纤增强PBT/PET合金材料。
