一种汽车发动机防护板及其制备方法,所述防护板由镶有树脂的合金塑钢组成,所述树脂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:聚四氟乙烯45‑55份,聚乙烯8‑10份,琥珀2‑3份,虫胶1.5‑2.5份,蜜蜡1.2‑1.8份,翳珀0.5‑1.0份,木松香1.4‑2.0份,浮油松香2‑2.5份,石英粉0.8‑1.5份,瓷粉0.5‑1.2份,石棉纤维2‑3份、石墨粉1.3‑1.8份、滑石粉0.6‑1.4份;所述合金塑钢由以下重量份的原料配比制成:铝锌合金30‑35份,硅灰石5‑10份,独居石1‑2.5份,氟碳铈矿1.1‑1.8份,磷灰石1.3‑1.5份,萤石0.5‑1.0份,透辉石1.5‑1.8份,氧化铝粉末2‑3份,氧化铁粉末0.3‑1.2份。该防护板具有较好的韧性、刚性、抗老化,在车子发生激烈碰撞的时候可以顺利使得发动机下沉,安装在发动机外壳上,有利于发动机的散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域,具体涉及一种汽车发动机防护板及其制备方法。
背景技术
很多人保护汽车底盘的方式,除了开车时的小心谨慎外,最多的大概就是安装汽车防护板了,我们知道汽车防护板是设计者根据各种不同车型特别设计的引擎防护装置,这种设计可以成功防止汽车在行驶中因为一些污泥飞溅到发动机上,还有一点就是为了汽车在行驶过程中因为凹凸不平的路面对发动机造成撞击引发发动机的损坏。现有防护板多采用金属或者合金材料制成并覆盖在引擎外壳上,但是这会导致发动机散热不良,金属材料会无形增加车身自重,同时在紧急情况下会影响发动机的下沉,对车主造成不利。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,避免防护板给车身增加过多额外负荷,同时又有利于发动机散热,提供一种汽车发动机防护板及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种汽车发动机防护板,所述防护板由镶有树脂的合金塑钢制成,所述树脂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
聚四氟乙烯45-55份,聚乙烯8-10份,琥珀2-3份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,翳珀0.5-1.0份,木松香1.4-2.0份,浮油松香2-2.5份,石英粉0.8-1.5份,瓷粉0.5-1.2份,石棉纤维2-3份、石墨粉1.3-1.8份、滑石粉0.6-1.4份。
所述合金塑钢由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
铝锌合金30-35份,硅灰石5-10份,独居石1-2.5份,氟碳铈矿1.1-1.8份,磷灰石1.3-1.5份,萤石0.5-1.0份,透辉石1.5-1.8份,氧化铝粉末2-3份,氧化铁粉末0.3-1.2份。
一种汽车发动机防护板制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取所述树脂、合金塑钢的原料并混合均匀,在400-600摄氏度、1100-1300摄氏度下融化并成型;
2)将树脂以及合金塑钢分别切割成所需要的树脂单元和合金塑钢单元;
3)将切割好的合金塑钢单元进行拼接固定成型,成型防护板上设有镂空区域;
4)将固定成型的防护板表面进行砂光处理;
5)将切割好的树脂单元分别固定于成型防护板上所设的镂空区域处并留有间隙,树脂单元通过粘结剂固定于成型防护板结构的指定位置处;
6)将防护板的正面进行抛光处理,并将抛光后防护板正面的树脂进行喷漆;
7)将喷漆之后的地防护板进行烘干;
8)当防护板表面的油漆干燥后,重复进行步骤6)和步骤7),使防护表面的油漆层厚度在0.7~1.2毫米范围内。
进一步,所述步骤2)中,树脂单元与合金塑钢单元的厚度相同。
本发明的有益效果为:该防护板具有较好的韧性、刚性、抗老化,它可以轻松应对一些污泥、小碰撞,在车子发生激烈碰撞的时候可以顺利使得发动机下沉,达到保护乘车人员安全的目的,安装在发动机外壳上,有利于发动机的散热,不会使产生的热量聚集而散发不出去。

一种汽车发动机防护板,所述防护板由镶有树脂的合金塑钢制成,所述树脂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:

所述合金塑钢由以下重量份的原料配比制成:

聚四氟乙烯45-55份,聚乙烯8-10份,琥珀2-3份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,翳珀0.5-1.0份,木松香1.4-2.0份,浮油松香2-2.5份,石英粉0.8-1.5份,瓷粉0.5-1.2份,石棉纤维2-3份、石墨粉1.3-1.8份、滑石粉0.6-1.4份;
所述合金塑钢由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
