技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆轴双端面铣床上的附属部件,具体地说是圆轴双端面铣床主机,属于机械加工设备领域。
背景技术
端面铣床加工范围大,适用于铸件、钢件等金属材料的端面切削,广泛应用于机械制造业。圆轴是一种常用的机械零部件,其两端面通常需要进行镗铣去毛刺加工处理。现有技术中,用于对圆轴两端面进行镗铣的铣床多是单端面单次加工的方式,这样的加工方式效率低下,圆轴需要装夹两次,操作繁琐,而且容易出现误差,影响镗铣精度。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种圆轴双端面铣床主机,其结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,能够同时对圆轴两端面进行镗铣加工,有利于提高圆轴的加工效率和加工精度,降低劳动强度。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:圆轴双端面铣床主机,其特征在于:包括床身、圆轴夹紧移动装置和双端面同步镗铣装置;
所述圆轴夹紧移动装置包括夹紧机构、用于安装夹紧机构的中滑台和用于带动中滑台移行的驱动机构;所述中滑台通过线性滑轨安装在床身上,中滑台左右两端各安装一套用于夹紧圆轴的夹紧组件;所述夹紧组件包括夹紧缸、动夹具和定夹具,所述定夹具固定安装在中滑台后部,所述夹紧缸沿圆轴加工时的行进方向布置,夹紧缸通过缸座安装在小调节板上,夹紧缸的活塞杆端安装动夹具,定夹具设置在动夹具对面,定夹具固定在小调节板上,定夹具与动夹具配合,以夹紧圆轴;
所述双端面同步镗铣装置包括侧滑台组件和镗铣机构,所述镗铣机构共有两个,两个镗铣机构正面相对布置,镗铣机构通过侧滑台组件与床身连接,所述侧滑台组件中的侧滑台座固定安装在床身上,所述镗铣机构固定安装在侧滑台组件中的侧滑台上,两个镗铣机构能够自由滑移,相互靠近或远离。

如图所示:实施例中的圆轴双端面铣床主机主要由床身1以及安装在床身1上的圆轴夹紧移动装置和双端面同步镗铣装置组成。
所述圆轴夹紧移动装置的结构如图1~图3所示,其主要由夹紧机构、用于安装夹紧机构的中滑台和用于带动中滑台移行的驱动机构组成;所述中滑台通过线性滑轨24安装在床身1上,中滑台左右两端各安装一套用于夹紧圆轴A的夹紧组件;所述夹紧组件包括夹紧缸8、动夹具10和定夹具11,所述定夹具11固定安装在中滑台后部,所述夹紧缸8沿圆轴A加工时的行进方向布置,夹紧缸8通过缸座9安装在小调节板3上,夹紧缸8的活塞杆端安装动夹具10,定夹具11设置在动夹具10对面,定夹具11固定在小调节板3上,定夹具11与动夹具10配合,以夹紧圆轴A。

如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例中,所述夹紧机构还包括缓冲块7,所述缓冲块7具有两件,两件缓冲块7分别安装在中滑台平板2上靠近圆轴A进料位置一侧的左右两头,缓冲块7上端面设为斜面。缓冲块7可以缓冲圆轴A进入到夹紧机构时的惯性,防止圆轴A由于惯性出现位移过大情形,给后续的夹紧操作提供方便。
如图3所示,本发明实施例中,所述移行驱动机构主要由电机减速机6和丝杆螺母副25组成,所述电机减速机6通过电机支架固定安装在床身1上,所述丝杆螺母副25设置在中滑台平板2中部的下方,丝杆螺母副25中的丝杆与电机减速机6的输出轴直接连接,丝杆螺母副25中的螺母与中滑台平板2底部固定连接。
如图1~图3所示,所述中滑台平板2前侧安装有中滑台前罩5,所述小调节板3的外侧安装有中滑台侧罩12,所述中滑台平板2后侧安装有中滑台后罩13,所述中滑台前罩5、中滑台侧罩12和中滑台后罩13组合成保护罩,给电机减速机6、丝杆螺母副25和线性滑轨24提供保护,从而提高了本发明的防护性能,有利于延长设备使用寿命。
所述双端面同步镗铣装置的结构如图1~图4所示,其主要由侧滑台组件和镗铣机构组成,所述镗铣机构共有两个,两个镗铣机构正面相对布置,设置在圆轴夹紧移动装置的两侧,镗铣机构通过侧滑台组件与床身1连接,所述侧滑台组件中的侧滑台座15固定安装在床身1上,所述镗铣机构固定安装在侧滑台组件中的侧滑台16上,两个镗铣机构能够自由滑移,相互靠近或远离。

如图4所示,本发明中的镗铣动力头17的动力输出端为孔输出,所述刀柄23后部装在输出动力的孔内并通过固定环18锁紧固定,刀柄23后部设为圆锥面。本发明中的镗铣动力头17可以直接外购获得,如可以选用台州市神鹰机床厂生产的型号为BT40-1型镗铣头。本发明中的铣刀片21采用三角形铣刀片21,铣刀片21也可以直接外购。
具体应用时,圆轴A到位后通过夹紧机构夹紧;两侧的镗铣机构滑移到位后启动;然后驱动机构启动,带动中滑台移行,在中滑台移行过程中,镗铣机构对圆周的两端进行镗铣加工。

7.如权利要求1所述的圆轴双端面铣床主机,其特征在于:所述镗铣机构包括镗铣动力头(17)、铣刀片(21)和铣刀片(21)固定结构,所述镗铣动力头(17)固定安装在侧滑台(16)上,铣刀片(21)通过铣刀片(21)固定结构安装在镗铣动力头(17)的动力输出端,所述铣刀片(21)固定结构包括刀柄(23)、铣刀片刀盘(19)、铣刀片压块(22)和紧固螺栓(20),所述刀柄(23)固定连接在镗铣动力头(17)的动力输出端,铣刀片刀盘(19)用紧固螺栓(20)固定安装在刀柄(23)前端面上,铣刀片刀盘(19)前端面上设有径向通槽(19a),所述铣刀片(21)装在径向通槽(19a)内并用铣刀片压块(22)压紧固定,铣刀片(21)一面与径向通槽(19a)的内侧面紧密贴合,铣刀片(21)另一面与铣刀片压块(22)紧密贴合。
8.如权利要求7所述的圆轴双端面铣床主机,其特征在于:所述镗铣动力头(17)的动力输出端为孔输出,所述刀柄(23)后部装在输出动力的孔内并通过固定环(18)锁紧固定,刀柄(23)后部设为圆锥面。
9.如权利要求7所述的圆轴双端面铣床主机,其特征在于:所述铣刀片(21)采用三角形铣刀片(21)。
10.如权利要求7所述的圆轴双端面铣床主机,其特征在于:所述侧滑台座(15)与床身(1)之间垫装有垫板(14)。
