本发明涉及一种螺纹式单球排气阀,主要包括阀体,阀体上端通过螺栓连接的方式连接有阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间的两端设有密封垫和密封圈,阀盖中心套接有堵头,阀体内腔设有封水球,封水球内腔下端以内螺纹的形式连接有六角螺栓。本发明具有简约成本和增加装置的密封性的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门,具体的说是一种螺纹式单球排气阀。
背景技术
排气阀用于将管道中输送的液体内部混合的气体排除,防止其对电器具造成损坏。传统的排气阀都是采取阀杆与阀座相连的方式控制液体进入阀体内部。这种方式构造不仅构造复杂,成本高,更麻烦的是需要在阀杆与阀盖的连接处插入大量的密封圈,否则就难以保证其密封性。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提出了在保证阀体内部密封性基础上,进一步对阀体结构简化,从而降低制造成本的一种螺纹式单球排气阀。
一种螺纹式单球排气阀,主要包括阀体,所述阀体上端通过螺栓连接的方式连接有阀盖,所述阀体与阀盖之间的两端设有密封垫和密封圈,所述阀盖中心套接有堵头,所述阀体内腔设有封水球,所述封水球内腔下端以内螺纹的形式连接有六角螺栓。打开堵头和六角螺栓让液体进入阀体内腔后,气体便可排出,其中封水球用于排完气体后对阀体内腔自行封闭,防止液体从上部溢出。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的核心通过用六角螺栓代替了传统的阀杆阀座式控制液体进出阀体内部,达到了简约成本和增加装置的密封性的特点。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种螺纹式单球排气阀,主要包括阀体1,所述阀体1上端通过螺栓连接的方式连接有阀盖4,所述阀体1与阀盖4之间的两端设有密封垫7和密封圈6,所述阀盖4中心套接有堵头5,所述阀体1内腔设有封水球3,所述封水球3内腔下端以内螺纹的形式连接有六角螺栓2。打开堵头5和六角螺栓2让液体进入阀体1内腔后,气体便可排出,其中封水球3用于排完气体后对阀体1内腔自行封闭,防止液体从上部溢出。
使用时,只需打开堵头5和六角螺栓2,液体在压强作用下进入阀体1内腔,使得液体中的气体从原堵头5所在处排出。当管道流入的液体内不再有气体时,封水球3在液体的浮力作用下向上移动,直至原堵头5所在处堵塞,达到自行密封;当管道内的液体再次存在气体时,气体在液体的压强作用下进入阀体1内,迫使封水球3下降,离开原来密封位置,使气体从原堵头5所在处排出,封水球3不断重复上述动作,气体不断排出。
