背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。现有技术阀门中,通过阀板盖合在阀口上以截止流动介质,阀板与阀口之间多为平面结合,使用时间长阀板、阀口易磨损,导致密封性能降低。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种阀门密封结构,以解决现有技术阀门使用时间长密封性能降低的问题。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为: 
一种阀门密封结构,包括内有阀腔的阀座,其特征在于:阀座一侧设置有与阀腔连通的进口,阀座底部设置有与阀腔连通的出口,阀座顶部设置有与阀腔连通的法兰安装口,所述阀座出口顶部口壁向上延伸超出阀座底部构成环口,还包括有阀盖,所述阀盖底部设置有法兰,且阀盖通过法兰安装在阀座顶部法兰安装口上,阀盖上竖向滑动安装有阀杆,所述阀杆顶端伸出阀盖且阀杆顶端连接有拉环,阀杆底端伸入阀腔内且阀杆底端指向阀座底部环口,所述阀杆底端连接有阀板,阀板底部设置有可卡在阀座底部环口上的环槽。 
所述的一种阀门密封结构,其特征在于:所述阀座底部环口外侧壁及顶部设置有密封套。 
本实用新型中,利用阀板环槽卡在阀座底部环口上,来实现对阀门中流动介质的关断,具有使用寿命长且密封性能不易下降的优点,有效提高了阀门的截止效果。

如图1所示。一种阀门密封结构,包括内有阀腔2的阀座1,阀座1一侧设置有与阀腔2连通的进口3,阀座1底部设置有与阀腔2连通的出口4,阀座1顶部设置有与阀腔2连通的法兰安装口5,阀座1出口4顶部口壁向上延伸超出 阀座1底部构成环口6,还包括有阀盖7,阀盖7底部设置有法兰8,且阀盖7通过法兰8安装在阀座1顶部法兰安装口5上,阀盖7上竖向滑动安装有阀杆9,阀杆9顶端伸出阀盖7且阀杆9顶端连接有拉环10,阀杆9底端伸入阀腔2内且阀杆9底端指向阀座1底部环口6,阀杆9底端连接有阀板,阀板底部设置有可卡在阀座1底部环口6上的环槽。阀座1底部环口6外侧壁及顶部设置有密封套11。

1.一种阀门密封结构,包括内有阀腔的阀座,其特征在于:阀座一侧设置有与阀腔连通的进口,阀座底部设置有与阀腔连通的出口,阀座顶部设置有与阀腔连通的法兰安装口,所述阀座出口顶部口壁向上延伸超出阀座底部构成环口,还包括有阀盖,所述阀盖底部设置有法兰,且阀盖通过法兰安装在阀座顶部法兰安装口上,阀盖上竖向滑动安装有阀杆,所述阀杆顶端伸出阀盖且阀杆顶端连接有拉环,阀杆底端伸入阀腔内且阀杆底端指向阀座底部环口,所述阀杆底端连接有阀板,阀板底部设置有可卡在阀座底部环口上的环槽。
