Abstract

一种电动轮椅换挡行星齿轮减速机。它是由三级行星齿轮减速传动机构组成。三级减速大齿轮和小齿轮的轴心设花键,共同安装在有同规格花键的动力输出轴上,并且能轴向滑动。三级减速小齿轮、大齿轮各自配有轴向拨叉,两拨叉间配有复位弹簧,原位状态时为空挡。需要快挡时,拨动小齿轮与二级大齿轮齿合。需要慢挡时,拨动大齿轮与二级小齿轮齿合。此款减速机,实现了高速、低速两挡位的机械减速,实现了不同两挡速比的恒功率输出,满足了轮椅低转速大扭矩的需求,使得轮椅能够根据需求适配电机,避免大马拉小车,增强了轮椅的爬坡能力、越障能力、续航能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动轮椅动力驱动装置,它是一种具备快挡、慢挡及空挡的行星齿轮减速机。
背景技术
目前电动轮椅的减速机都是单一速比输出,蜗轮蜗杆传动。轮椅的速度、所需扭矩的大小完全由电机的输出功率调节。这样就出现了一系列问题,当轮椅遇到障碍、复杂路况、大坡度等情况,需要减速大扭矩时,由于单一速比的减速机在减速时电机的输出功率同时减小而无法实现大扭矩的需求。因此目前电动轮椅在动力电机的选配上往往采用大功率配置,机电的效率低,能量消耗大,再加之一级蜗轮蜗杆方式传动,更是加大了能耗,使轮椅单位电量的续航能力降低,极大限制了轮椅的活动半径和越障能力。
发明内容
为了解决目前电动轮椅驱动装置机电效率低、能量消耗大、续航能力低、越障能力差的不足,本发明提供一种可换挡的行星齿轮减速机,能极大程度上提高电动轮椅单位电量的续航能力及越障能力。
本发明采用的技术方案是:动力输入轴到动力输出轴间采用三级行星齿轮减速传动装置。一级减速大齿轮齿合电机驱动轮;二级减速大齿轮齿合一级小齿轮;三级减速大齿轮和小齿轮的轴心设花键,共同安装在有同规格花键的动力输出轴上,并且能轴向滑动。三级减速小齿轮、大齿轮各自配有轴向拨叉,两拨叉间配有复位弹簧,原位状态时为空挡。需要快挡时,拨动小齿轮与二级大齿轮齿合。需要慢挡时,拨动大齿轮与二级小齿轮齿合。此方案有同轴向动力输出,即一级减速大齿轮和电机驱动轮为直齿齿合,和90°角轴向动力输出,即一级减速大齿轮为伞齿,电机驱动轮为锥齿齿合,两种方式供轮椅需要选择。
本发明的有益效果是:实现了高速、低速两挡位的机械减速,实现了不同两挡速比的恒功率输出,满足了轮椅低转速大扭矩的需求,使得轮椅能够根据需求适配电机,避免大马拉小车,增强了轮椅的爬坡能力、越障能力、续航能力。

具体实施方式
电机驱动轮(1)与一级大齿轮(2)齿合;一级减速小齿轮(3)与二级减速大齿轮(4)齿合;三级减速小齿轮(6)和大齿轮(7)共同套装在动力输出轴(10)上,安装时注意三级减速小、大齿轮与二级减速大、小齿轮的对应关系;小轮拨叉(8)、大轮拨叉(9)相对应三级减速小、大齿轮安装在拨叉滑道(12)中,两拨叉间安装复位弹簧(11)保证原位空挡状态。

Claims (3)

1.一种电动轮椅换挡行星齿轮减速机。它的动力输入轴到动力输出轴间采用三级行星齿轮减速传动装置。其特征是:第三级减速大齿轮和小齿轮设轴心花键,共同安装在有同规格花键的动力输出轴上,大、小齿轮各自配有轴向拨叉,两拨叉间配有复位弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减速机,其特征是:大、小齿轮的轴向拨叉共同安装在同一拨叉滑道上,两拨叉间复位弹簧原位状态为空挡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减速机,其特征是:一级减速大齿轮和电机驱动轮直齿齿合,可同轴向动力输出;一级减速大齿轮为伞齿,电机驱动轮为锥齿齿合,可90°角轴向动力输出。
