技术领域
本发明涉及应用于工程机械、钢铁冶金等行业,尤其涉及电液推杆的结构。
背景技术
电液推杆是一种机、电、液一体化的新型柔性传动机构,它以执行机构(油缸)、控制机构(液压控制阀组)和动力源(油泵电机等到)组成。电液推杆以电机为动力源,通过电机正反转,使液压油通过双向齿轮泵输出液压油,将液压能转换为机械能,实现活塞杆直线往复运动。现有电液推杆的缺陷是对直线位移没有精确的数字化判断。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有精确角度控制的电液推杆。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:具有精确角度控制的电液推杆,包括液压缸、油泵和电机,液压缸主要包括缸筒、后盖、活塞和活塞杆,所述液压缸的后盖上穿置磁致伸缩位移传感器,活塞杆的后端轴向设置空腔,活塞杆的后端连接磁环,磁致伸缩位移传感器的检测端穿置在活塞杆的空腔和磁环内,通过PLC控制将磁致伸缩位移传感器提供的直线位移模拟信号转化为精确数值;所述后盖连接传感器护罩,磁致伸缩位移传感器的另一端设置在接传感器护罩内。
本发明通过PLC控制将磁致伸缩位移传感器提供的直线位移模拟信号转化为精确数值,使操作工更直观的了解工况从而提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,具有精确角度控制的电液推杆包括液压缸1、油泵2和电机3,液压缸1主要包括缸筒4、后盖11、活塞5和活塞杆6,液压缸1的后盖11上穿置磁致伸缩位移传感器9,活塞杆6的后端轴向设置空腔7,活塞杆6的后端连接磁环8,磁致伸缩位移传感器9的检测端穿置在活塞杆6的空腔7和磁环8内,通过PLC控制将磁致伸缩位移传感器9提供的直线位移模拟信号转化为精确数值。后盖11连接传感器护罩10,磁致伸缩位移传感器9的另一端设置在接传感器护罩10内。

1.具有精确角度控制的电液推杆,包括液压缸、油泵和电机,液压缸主要包括缸筒、后盖、活塞和活塞杆,其特征在于:所述液压缸的后盖上穿置磁致伸缩位移传感器,活塞杆的后端轴向设置空腔,活塞杆的后端连接磁环,磁致伸缩位移传感器的检测端穿置在活塞杆的空腔和磁环内,通过PLC控制将磁致伸缩位移传感器提供的直线位移模拟信号转化为精确数值;所述后盖连接传感器护罩,磁致伸缩位移传感器的另一端设置在接传感器护罩内。
