Ta:5.22%,
A1:3.14%,
Pb:2.17%,
余量为Mg和不可避免的杂质;
所述合金材料通过如下步骤制备:
1)在206℃,将Mg、Mg-V合金、Mg-C合金、Mg-Ta合金、Mg-Al合金和Mg-Pb合金预热48min;
2)熔炉中通入保护性气氛,投入预热后的Mg,并加热使Mg熔化;
3)在投入预热后的Mg-V合金、Mg-C合金、Mg-Ta合金、Mg-Al合金和Mg-Pb合金,升温充分熔化;
4)将熔体体静置降温至541℃,压铸得到合金材料。
