本发明公开了一种银杏叶保健药酒制备方法，由下列重量份的原料制成：银杏叶9-12份、杜仲2-5份、青竹茹5-8份、胡桃肉4-7份、红花3-6份、生姜2-5份、胡椒4-7份、乳香5-8份、血竭3-6份、川芎5-8份、果酒850-1250份。本发明生产出来的保健药酒工艺简单，易于实现，适合工业化生产，且富含人类所需的多种微量元素及其他营养，具有滋阴润肺、延缓衰老、益气养血、增强免疫力、改善营养性贫血、健脑养神等保健功能，是集营养和食疗于一体的保健药酒。

背景技术
随着经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平大大提高，对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”（高血压、高血脂、高血糖）人群而言，选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。银杏叶含银杏双黄酮（ginkgetin）、异银杏双黄酮（isoginkgetin）、去甲基银杏双黄酮（bilobetin）、芸香甙、碳水化合物以及矿物质元素等营养成分。银杏叶能改善脑细胞代谢，降低血脑屏障通透性．使脑细胞能量代谢正常化，脑血流量增加；能改善学习记忆，促进小学生学习记忆过程，提高记忆再现力．能减轻听神经损害，对缺血、代谢紊乱等引起的耳聋、耳鸣有明显改善作用，能增加老年性大鼠海马区毒蕈碱受体密度，对老年性的脑功能紊乱、脑功能不全、失眠症、记忆损害均有明显改善作用；对正常或肥大心脏，可保护缺血心肌，减少心率失常的发生，此外，银杏叶还有清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化、抗血小板活化因子、抑制血小板聚集、降血脂等作用。目前生产的普通酒缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素，没有医疗、滋补、保健作用。
发明内容
针对目前生产的普通药酒大都缺乏维生素和多种微量元素的这一现实问题，提供一种新的添加含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素的保健药酒制作方法，具有医疗、滋补、保健作用，更加受消费者的欢迎。
本发明的技术解决方案是：一种银杏叶保健药酒制备方法，其特征在于：
（1）由下列重量份的原料制成：银杏叶9-12份、杜仲2-5份、青竹茹5-8份、胡桃肉4-7份、红花3-6份、生姜2-5份、胡椒4-7份、乳香5-8份、血竭3-6份、川芎5-8份、果酒850-1250份；
（2）按所述配比原料拣去杂质，洗净晒干，粉碎至16-26目，混合均匀后置于容器内；
（3）按所述配比在容器内注入白酒，密封浸泡21-31天；
（4）使用药渣过滤器去除药渣，装瓶密封。

（1）由下列重量份的原料制成：银杏叶9份、杜仲2份、青竹茹5份、胡桃肉4份、红花3份、生姜2份、胡椒4份、乳香5份、血竭3份、川芎5份、果酒850份；
（2）按所述配比原料拣去杂质，洗净晒干，粉碎至16目，混合均匀后置于容器内；
（3）按所述配比在容器内注入白酒，密封浸泡21天；
（4）使用药渣过滤器去除药渣，装瓶密封。
实施例二
一种银杏叶保健药酒制备方法：
（1）由下列重量份的原料制成：银杏叶12份、杜仲5份、青竹茹8份、胡桃肉7份、红花6份、生姜5份、胡椒7份、乳香8份、血竭6份、川芎8份、果酒1250份；
（2）按所述配比原料拣去杂质，洗净晒干，粉碎至26目，混合均匀后置于容器内；
（3）按所述配比在容器内注入白酒，密封浸泡31天；
（4）使用药渣过滤器去除药渣，装瓶密封。

（1）由下列重量份的原料制成：银杏叶9-12份、杜仲2-5份、青竹茹5-8份、胡桃肉4-7份、红花3-6份、生姜2-5份、胡椒4-7份、乳香5-8份、血竭3-6份、川芎5-8份、白酒850-1250份；
（2）按配比将原料拣去杂质，洗净晒干，粉碎至16-26目，混合均匀后置于容器内；
（3）按配比在容器内注入白酒，密封浸泡21-31天；
（4）使用药渣过滤器去除药渣，装瓶密封。
