Abstract
本发明公开了一种决明子保健药酒，由下列重量份的原料制成：决明子9-12份、牛膝2-5份、肉桂5-8份、金樱子4-7份、小茴香2-5份、生姜2-5份、胡椒3-6份、龙眼肉5-8份、百合3-6份、蛤蚧2-5份、白酒800-1200份。本发明生产出来的保健药酒富含人类所需的多种微量元素及其他营养，具有滋阴润肺、延缓衰老、益气养血、增强免疫力、改善营养性贫血、健脑养神等保健功能，是集营养和食疗于一体的保健药酒。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种保健药酒。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平大大提高，对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”（高血压、高血脂、高血糖）人群而言，选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。决明子又称“还瞳子”，决明子含有多种维生素和丰富的氨基酸、脂肪、碳水化合物等，具有清肝火、祛风湿、益肾明目等功能，可使血压正常，大便通畅，老眼不花，可以清肝明目、防止视力模糊、降血压、降血脂、减少胆固醇等，对于防治冠心病、高血压都有不错的疗效，而且决明子富含维生素A及锌，可防治夜盲症以及避免小儿缺锌。此外，决明子润肠通便的功能也能解决现代人肠胃及便秘的问题，可以治疗大便燥结，帮助顺利排便。目前生产的普通酒缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素，没有医疗、滋补、保健作用。

针对目前生产的普通酒大都缺乏维生素和多种微量元素的这一现实问题，提供一种新的添加含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素的保健药酒，具有医疗、滋补、保健作用，更加受消费者的欢迎。
本发明的技术解决方案是：一种决明子保健药酒，其特征在于，由下列重量份的原料制成：决明子9-12份、牛膝2-5份、肉桂5-8份、金樱子4-7份、小茴香2-5份、生姜2-5份、胡椒3-6份、龙眼肉5-8份、百合3-6份、蛤蚧2-5份、白酒800-1200份。
进一步地，一种决明子保健药酒，由下列重量份的原料制成：决明子9份、牛膝2份、肉桂5份、金樱子4份、小茴香2份、生姜2份、胡椒3份、龙眼肉5份、百合3份、蛤蚧2份、白酒890份。
