Abstract
一种粘接剂,特别是混凝土粘接剂,该粘接剂是由水玻璃、高炉矿渣粉,转炉钢渣粉、生石灰粉、325号以上之水泥、细骨料按1∶1.2—1.5∶0.07—0.15∶0.03—0.05∶0.01—0.02∶2.0—2.2的重量比配合搅拌而成,使其沉入度为5-7厘米填塞于已清理洁净,湿润的混凝土裂缝中,经过捣实、压紧,潮湿养护14天,即可将构件连接牢固,或用来修补混凝土构件,其强度不低于250kg/cm2,本发明取材容易,效果可靠,成本便宜,操作方便,实用性强。
Description
本发明涉及一种粘接剂,特别是混凝土粘接剂。
在处理混凝土构件断裂的问题上,一般都是采用高分子粘接剂,例如环氧树脂、酚醛树脂等热塑性树脂粘接剂,以粘接混凝土构件;这些粘接剂,粘接力强,强度高,但是存在着稳定性差,容易受温度影响的弱点,如处在寒冷环境和暴露在高温状态时,容易变脆和塑化,粘接性能明显降低,而且其粘接工艺复杂,原料价格昂贵,有的还带有毒性、成本高,所以很难满足使用要求。
本发明的目的是要提供一种改进的混凝土粘接剂,该粘接剂所用材料,价格便宜,操作方便,并且一旦粘接后不再受温度影响。
本发明是这样实现的:将水玻璃、水淬高炉矿渣粉、转炉钢渣粉、生石灰粉、325号以上水泥细骨料,顺序按1∶1.2-1.5∶0.07-0.15∶0.03-0.05∶0.01-0.02∶2.0-2.2重量比配合,拌合成胶砂,使其沉入度为5-7厘米,填塞入已清理洁净的混凝土缝隙中捣实压紧,经过湿润养护14天即可达到不低于250级的混凝土强度。
以下结合实施例详细说明本发明的具体内容及其粘接方法。
粘接剂由下述原材料所构成,其规格如下:
1、水玻璃,为灰绿色或黄灰色粘稠液体,无杂物,模数(SiO2/NaO):2.2-2.8,比重:1.4-1.45。
2、水淬粒化高炉矿渣粉:通过孔径0.15mm(1600孔/cm2)筛,筛余量不大于5%。
3、转炉钢渣粉:通过孔径0.15mm(1600孔/cm2)筛,筛余量不大于5%。
4、生石灰粉:通过孔径0.15mm(1600孔/cm2)筛,筛余量不大于1%。
5、符合国家标准的水泥:不低于325号。
6、河砂:泥污含量不大于1.5%,其级配符合下表要求:

将以上材料,水玻璃:高炉矿渣粉,转炉钢渣粉,生石灰粉,水泥,河砂,顺序按照1∶1.3∶0.07∶0.03∶0.01∶2.0的重量配合比,拌合均匀,使其沉入度为5-7厘米,即可直接用来粘接或修复混凝土构件。
施工时,要求环境温度在10℃以上,该粘接剂灌注在灰尘、松动部分完全清除掉的并用水湿润过的粘接处所,必要时支立模板,经过捣实,压紧,在潮湿环境下,养护14天即可达到250号以上强度,并与周围混凝土粘接牢固。
根据冶金部第三冶金建筑研究所试验结果证明,这种水玻璃胶砂物理性能如下:
1、抗压强度:250Kg/cm2。
2、抗拉强度:劈拉强度:20Kg/cm2。
轴拉强度:17Kg/cm2。
3、抗折强度:35Kg/cm2。
4、抗剪强度:40Kg/cm2。
5、干缩率:0.3-0.8%
6、静弹性模量:1.06×10Kg/cm2。
7、抗冻性:M50-M100均合格。
经将该粘接剂填塞于中间凿开宽约40mm的裂缝的空心板中自然养护13-20天进行荷载试验,其结果如下:

说明粘接后之楼板,除挠度较大外,其抗弯强度,完全可以满足要求,因此本粘接剂可以用在承重或不承重其抗压强度不大于250级混凝土构件的粘接或修补工程中。
本发明材料来源容易,有些只是工业废料加工制成,所以成本低,采用无机材料,没有毒性,施工时操作方便,容易掌握,又由于粘接剂中包括有气硬性和水硬性两种材料,所以对养护要求不严,而随着时间的延长,其粘接强度越高,实用范围广。

- 一种粘接剂,特别是混凝土粘接剂,由水玻璃和水泥混合而成,其特征在于在混合物中还掺有高炉矿渣粉、转炉钢渣粉、生石灰粉、细骨料,而水玻璃、高炉矿渣粉、转炉钢渣粉、生石灰粉、325号以上之水泥,细骨料顺序按1∶1.2--1.5∶0.07--0.15∶0.03--0.05∶0.01--0.02∶2.0-2.2的重量比配合搅拌而成。
