本发明公开了一种适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,包括:聚氯乙烯树脂,玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维浸润剂,催化剂,乳化剂,阻燃剂,热稳定剂,发泡剂;各组分的质量百分比比例分别为:聚氯乙烯树脂60%-79%,玻璃纤维4%-10%,催化剂2%-4%,乳化剂3%-9%,阻燃剂3%-6%,热稳定剂 2%-4%,发泡剂4%-13%。本发明提供一种通过配方生产处的塑料具有良好的拉伸强度和弯曲强度;具有良好的阻燃性能,塑料阻燃等级V-0。
Description
技术领域
一种配方,特别是一种塑料配方。
背景技术
汽车内饰一般采用塑料制成,若发生撞击,塑料内饰轻易碎掉,产生尖部,刺伤人体;为了避免这点就需要车内饰具有高强度,夏天时,阳光暴晒,导致车内温度极高,若车内有易燃物会着火,产生爆炸等危害人们生命财产安全的意外事故;这就需要车内饰具有一定的阻燃性能,现有技术还未解决这些的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于一种通过配方生产处的塑料具有良好的拉伸强度和弯曲强度;且具有良好的阻燃性能,塑料阻燃等级V-0。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,包括:聚氯乙烯树脂,玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维浸润剂,催化剂,乳化剂,阻燃剂,热稳定剂,发泡剂;各组分的质量百分比比例分别为:聚氯乙烯树脂60%-79%,玻璃纤维4%-10%,催化剂2%-4%,乳化剂3%-9%,阻燃剂3%-6%,热稳定剂 2%-4%,发泡剂4%-13%。
前述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,玻璃纤维的直径为50μm。
前述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,玻璃纤维浸润剂为环氧乳液。
前述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,催化剂为叔胺。
前述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,乳化剂为PEG-200。
前述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,阻燃剂为二氧化硅。
前述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,热稳定剂为钙锌复合金属稳定剂。
前述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,发泡剂为HCF-245fa。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明提供一种通过配方生产处的塑料具有良好的拉伸强度和弯曲强度;具有良好的阻燃性能,塑料阻燃等级V-0。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,包括:聚氯乙烯树脂,玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维浸润剂,催化剂,乳化剂,阻燃剂,热稳定剂,发泡剂;各组分的质量百分比比例分别为:聚氯乙烯树脂60%-79%,玻璃纤维4%-10%,催化剂2%-4%,乳化剂3%-9%,阻燃剂3%-6%,热稳定剂 2%-4%,发泡剂4%-13%。作为一种优选,玻璃纤维的直径为50μm。玻璃纤维浸润剂为环氧乳液。催化剂为叔胺。乳化剂为PEG-200。阻燃剂为二氧化硅。热稳定剂为钙锌复合金属稳定剂。发泡剂为HCF-245fa。
实施例1:
聚氯乙烯树脂68%,玻璃纤维4%,催化剂2%,乳化剂3%,阻燃剂6%,热稳定剂 4%,发泡剂13%;
实施例2:
聚氯乙烯树脂72%,玻璃纤维7%,催化剂3%,乳化剂5%,阻燃剂4%,热稳定剂 3%,发泡剂6%;
实施例3:
聚氯乙烯树脂77%,玻璃纤维9%,催化剂2%,乳化剂3%,阻燃剂3%,热稳定剂 2%,发泡剂4%;
根据ISO-527-2标准测量拉伸强度:实施例1为54/MPa,实施例2为65/MPa,实施例3为60/MPa。
根据ISO-178标准测量弯曲强度:实施例1为63/MPa,实施例2为70/MPa,实施例3为61/MPa。
得出实施例1、2、3都具有良好的拉伸、弯曲强度;其中实施例2为最优实施例。
通过上面3个实施例的配方制出的塑料,对样品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试,测试结果如下:
实施例1的样品第一次29秒熄灭,无燃烧物掉下,第二次30秒熄灭,无燃烧物掉下。
实施例2的样品第一次24秒熄灭,无燃烧物掉下,第二次23秒熄灭,无燃烧物掉下。
实施例3的样品第一次27秒熄灭,无燃烧物掉下,第二次28秒熄灭,无燃烧物掉下。
根据塑料阻燃等级:V-0:对样品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试,火焰在30秒内熄灭;不能有燃烧物掉下。
得出实施例1、2、3阻燃等级都为V-0,实施例2为最优配比。
本发明提供一种通过配方生产处的塑料具有良好的拉伸强度和弯曲强度;具有良好的阻燃性能,塑料阻燃等级V-0。

1.适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,包括:聚氯乙烯树脂,玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维浸润剂,催化剂,乳化剂,阻燃剂,热稳定剂,发泡剂;各组分的质量百分比比例分别为:聚氯乙烯树脂60%-79%,玻璃纤维4%-10%,催化剂2%-4%,乳化剂3%-9%,阻燃剂3%-6%,热稳定剂 2%-4%,发泡剂4%-13%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,其特征在于,上述玻璃纤维的直径为50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,其特征在于,上述玻璃纤维浸润剂为环氧乳液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,其特征在于,上述催化剂为叔胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,其特征在于,上述乳化剂为PEG-200。
6.根据权利要求1所述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,其特征在于,上述阻燃剂为二氧化硅。
7.根据权利要求1所述的适用于汽车内饰的塑料配方,其特征在于,热稳定剂为钙锌复合金属稳定剂。
