技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料加工设备技术领域，尤其是一种捣碎机。
背景技术
作物秸秆目前已被广泛应用于燃料领域，然而，现有秸秆燃料的加工通常是使用绞龙式粉碎机，使用的秸秆为新鲜秸秆，由于新鲜秸秆内含有大量水分，使得绞龙式粉碎机常常堵塞，造成生产停滞。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种捣碎机，通过捣碎秸秆实现燃料与水分分离，避免了生产的停止。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：
一种捣碎机，包括横截面为矩形的捣碎筒、捣锤、凸轮、电机、L形拉杆、盛料筒和回复弹簧，
所述捣碎筒侧壁底部开有矩形的供所述盛料筒进出的进出口，所述捣碎筒底板上设有若干通孔，
所述盛料筒横截面为矩形，其底面上设有若干通孔，
所述捣锤放置在所述捣碎筒内部，其横截面为矩形，所述捣锤顶端与所述L行拉杆底端固定连接，
所述捣碎筒顶端设有横向伸向所述捣碎筒中心的连接杆，在所述连接杆端部竖向设置有导向套，所述L形拉杆穿过所述导向套，顶端形成弯折部，所述弯折部与所述凸轮配合，所述L形拉杆通过回复弹簧与所述导向套连接。
进一步地，所述捣锤的横截面形状和面积与所述盛料筒内腔的相对应，所述捣锤与所述盛料筒滑动配合。
进一步地，所述盛料筒底面上的通孔与所述捣碎筒底板上的通孔一一对应。
本发明一种捣碎机，通过捣碎秸秆实现燃料与水分分离，避免了生产的停止。

具体实施方式

如图1所示的一种捣碎机，包括横截面为矩形的捣碎筒11、捣锤4、凸轮10、电机、L形拉杆8、盛料筒6和回复弹簧9，
捣碎筒11侧壁底部开有矩形的供盛料筒6进出的进出口5，捣碎筒11底板7上设有若干通孔，
盛料筒6横截面为矩形，其底面上设有若干通孔，
捣锤4放置在捣碎筒11内部，其横截面为矩形，捣锤4顶端与L行拉杆底端固定连接，
捣碎筒11顶端设有横向伸向捣碎筒11中心的连接杆3，在连接杆3端部竖向设置有导向套2，L形拉杆8穿过导向套2，顶端形成弯折部1，弯折部1与凸轮10配合，L形拉杆8通过回复弹簧9与导向套2连接。
捣锤4的横截面形状和面积与盛料筒6内腔的相对应，捣锤4与盛料筒6滑动配合。
盛料筒6底面上的通孔与捣碎筒11底板7上的通孔一一对应。
使用时，将秸秆原料放入捣碎筒11中，打开电动机使得与其连接的凸轮10转动，进而带动L形拉杆8运动，在凸轮10和回复弹簧9的作用下，L形拉杆8和捣锤4不断做上下运动，捣锤4向下运动时，将回复弹簧9的作用力作用在秸秆原料上，秸秆原料的水分从通孔流出，最后剩下干燥的燃料。
本发明一种捣碎机，通过捣碎秸秆实现燃料与水分分离，避免了生产的停止。

1.一种捣碎机，其特征在于，包括横截面为矩形的捣碎筒、捣锤、凸轮、电机、L形拉杆、盛料筒和回复弹簧，
所述捣碎筒侧壁底部开有矩形的供所述盛料筒进出的进出口，所述捣碎筒底板上设有若干通孔，
所述盛料筒横截面为矩形，其底面上设有若干通孔，
所述捣锤放置在所述捣碎筒内部，其横截面为矩形，所述捣锤顶端与所述L形拉杆底端固定连接，
所述捣碎筒顶端设有横向伸向所述捣碎筒中心的连接杆，在所述连接杆端部竖向设置有导向套，所述L形拉杆穿过所述导向套，顶端形成弯折部，所述弯折部与所述凸轮配合，所述L形拉杆通过回复弹簧与所述导向套连接，
所述捣锤的横截面形状和面积与所述盛料筒内腔的相对应，所述捣锤与所述盛料筒滑动配合。
