在食用核桃时，由于核桃的外壳太硬，必须使用锤子敲打破壳，将外壳全部去除才能食用核桃仁，由于在使用铁锤时，很难准确掌握角度和力度，常常会出现要么很难破壳，要么连核桃仁同时锤破的现象。

针对上述存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、实用、方便的气缸挤压核桃破壳装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是，一种核桃破壳装置，包括有门形框架，门形框架上部横梁中央固定安装有气缸，气缸活塞杆杆端连接有压板，压板下部设有若干弧面压头，压板正下方固定设有压破台，压破台对应压头开有过料通孔，过料通孔中上部的内壁上设有若干尖状凸起，该凸起可将待破壳的核桃托起。
本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，通过气缸的压力压破放置在压破台凹槽内的核桃，大大减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了破壳效率。
