Abstract

本发明公开了PVC塑胶地板冷却定型方法,包括以下三个步骤:a、由摸头挤出的覆膜成形高温塑胶地板,先进入10-15℃水池中进行初次降温,水池温度经过高温塑胶地板达到50-60℃时,进入下一道化学降温工序;b、将步骤“a”中50-60℃的塑胶地板,流入5-10℃的冷却材料T1中,进行二次冷切,冷切至温度在30-40℃时取出塑胶地板;c、将步骤“b”中30-40℃的塑胶地板,再次流经10-15℃水池中进行清洗及降温,清洗时间在20-25分钟,降温后温度控制在15-20℃,取出塑胶地板;经过本发明方法进行冷却的塑胶地板解决产品热收缩问题,提高了产品的平整度。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC塑胶地板冷却技术,属于PVC塑胶生产领域,具体是一种PVC塑胶地板冷却定型方法。
背景技术
高温直拉的塑胶地板,因为本身的高温无法散去,卷取后极易收缩变形,从而导致产品两边翘起,薄厚不均匀等问题,一般的冷却技术直接一次水冷,对塑胶地板的结构会产生破坏,使得产品的质量下滑,为了提高塑胶地板的稳定性,解决产品热收缩问题,提高产品的平整度,是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC塑胶地板冷却定型方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
PVC塑胶地板冷却定型方法,所述PVC塑胶地板冷却定型方法包括以下三个步骤:
a、由摸头挤出的覆膜成形高温塑胶地板,先进入10-15℃水池中进行初次降温,水池温度经过高温塑胶地板达到50-60℃时,进入下一道化学降温工序;
b、将步骤“a”中50-60℃的塑胶地板,流入5-10℃的冷却材料T1中,进行二次冷切,冷切至温度在30-40℃时取出塑胶地板;
c、将步骤“b”中30-40℃的塑胶地板,再次流经10-15℃水池中进行清洗及降温,清洗时间在20-25分钟,降温后温度控制在15-20℃,取出塑胶地板;
所述冷却材料T1包括氧化钙5-15kg、四氧化三铁3-11kg、二氧化钛8-13kg、机油8-19kg、铅粉2-6kg、氧化钡12-15kg、硫酸铜11-16kg、硅烷偶联剂7-12kg、乙醇3-8kg、乙烯2-12kg和聚氨酯9-12kg。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供一种科学的塑胶地板三次分段冷却技术,提高了塑胶地板的稳定性,解决产品热收缩问题,提高了产品的平整度。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
一、生产工艺:
包括以下三个步骤:
a、由摸头挤出的覆膜成形高温塑胶地板,先进入10-15℃水池中进行初次降温,水池温度经过高温塑胶地板达到50-60℃时,进入下一道化学降温工序;
b、将步骤“a”中50-60℃的塑胶地板,流入5-10℃的冷却材料T1中,进行二次冷切,冷切至温度在30-40℃时取出塑胶地板;
c、将步骤“b”中30-40℃的塑胶地板,再次流经10-15℃水池中进行清洗及降温,清洗时间在20-25分钟,降温后温度控制在15-20℃,取出塑胶地板;
所述冷却材料T1包括氧化钙5-15kg、四氧化三铁3-11kg、二氧化钛8-13kg、机油8-19kg、铅粉2-6kg、氧化钡12-15kg、硫酸铜11-16kg、硅烷偶联剂7-12kg、乙醇3-8kg、乙烯2-12kg和聚氨酯9-12kg。
二、产品特性:
用以上方法和传统方法生产的塑胶地板情况见下表:

1.PVC塑胶地板冷却定型方法,其特征在于,所述PVC塑胶地板冷却定型方法包括以下三个步骤:
a、由摸头挤出的覆膜成形高温塑胶地板,先进入10-15℃水池中进行初次降温,水池温度经过高温塑胶地板达到50-60℃时,进入下一道化学降温工序;
b、将步骤“a”中50-60℃的塑胶地板,流入5-10℃的冷却材料T1中,进行二次冷切,冷切至温度在30-40℃时取出塑胶地板;
c、将步骤“b”中30-40℃的塑胶地板,再次流经10-15℃水池中进行清洗及降温,清洗时间在20-25分钟,降温后温度控制在15-20℃,取出塑胶地板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑胶地板冷却定型方法,其特征在于,所述冷却材料T1包括氧化钙5-15kg、四氧化三铁3-11kg、二氧化钛8-13kg、机油8-19kg、铅粉2-6kg、氧化钡12-15kg、硫酸铜11-16kg、硅烷偶联剂7-12kg、乙醇3-8kg、乙烯2-12kg 和聚氨酯9-12kg。
