Abstract
本发明公开一种复合胶合板,包括板本体,所述板本体包括面板、芯板、底板以及各层板之间的阻燃胶合层,面板和底板均是热压高密度单板;所述板本体四周包覆有一层防虫层,防虫层四周涂有一层防护层。本发明结构简单、易于制造,具有防水防火、防虫防腐、隔音、承压和抗冲击性能好、握钉能力好、不易刮伤、不释放甲醛、绿色健康、使用寿命长等特点,可广泛应用于多种领域和场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及人造板技术领域,具体涉及一种复合胶合板。
背景技术
胶合板,又叫夹板、细芯板,是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。胶合板是人造板中的一种,由于其具有纵横方向的物理和机械性质差异小、木材利用率高、重量轻、价格低等特点,广泛应用于家具制造、飞机、船舶、火车、汽车、建筑和包装箱等领域中。目前的胶合板一般由面板、板芯和底板三层通过胶合粘结在一起,大都存在以下缺点:不防水、不防火,容易受潮且受潮后膨胀松散、时间长时容易腐烂和虫蛀、承压和抗冲击性不好、易刮伤、不隔音、不抗辐射等等。
中国申请号为2013205974580的专利,公开了一种防腐防虫胶合板,包括面板、芯板和底板;面板、芯板和底板依次通过胶粘贴在一起;还包防虫层和防腐层;面板由外到内层分别为面板层、防虫层以及防腐层。该发明设置了防虫层和防腐层,虽然可防止胶合板腐烂和虫蛀等现象发生,但是具有以下缺陷:其一,该发明没有设置相关防火层或添加阻燃剂,胶合板不具备防火特性,容易燃烧,适用范围有所限制;其二,该发明没有设置相关防水层或其他保护措施,胶合板容易遇水或受潮膨胀松散,影响美观和使用效果的同时,降低了胶合板的使用寿命;另外,该发明虽然是由三层单板胶合粘结而成,具有一定的强度和抗弯曲能力,但若受到较大的冲击和压力的时候,可能会开裂甚至断裂。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种防水防火、防虫防腐、强度高、使用寿命长的复合胶合板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案:
一种复合胶合板,包括板本体,所述板本体包括面板、芯板、底板以及各层板之间的胶合层,面板和底板均是热压高密度单板,胶合层是由聚丙烯树脂和膨胀蛭石粉材料制成;所述板本体四周包覆有一层防虫层,防虫层四周涂有一层防护层。
作为优选技术方案,为了使胶合板具有优异的防水防腐、高附着、抗刮伤性能,以利于延长胶合板的使用寿命,所述防护层是由水性丙烯酸树脂、有机硅乳液和水性聚氨酯分散体混合材料制成。
作为优选技术方案,为了使胶合板具有更优异的阻燃性能,防止胶合板遇火燃烧,所述胶合层采用粒径≤74um的膨胀蛭石粉。
作为优选技术方案,为了使胶合板具有良好的承压和抗冲击性能,防止胶合板开裂或断裂,以延长胶合板的使用寿命,所述芯板中间复合有一层金属网。
作为优选技术方案,为了使胶合板具有隔音性能,从而胶合板的使用范围广,所述胶合层的结构为蜂窝空状或网格状结构。
本发明有益效果:
1、胶合层添加粒径≤74um的膨胀蛭石粉,使胶合板具有良好的防火性能,同时具有保温隔热的效果,防止胶合板受热变形从而影响使用效果和使用寿命。
2、面板和底板均是热压高密度单板,提高胶合板握钉能力好,同时承压和抗冲击性能高,芯板中间复合有金属网,进一步提高承压和抗冲击性能,防止胶合板的开裂或断裂,延长胶合板的使用寿命。
3、设置防护层,使胶合板具有优异的防水防腐、高附着、抗刮伤性能;设置防虫层,防止胶合板虫蛀现象的发生,从而胶合板的使用寿命长。
4、设置蜂窝空状或网格状结构的胶合层,使胶合板具有隔音功能,提高胶合板的整体性能,适用范围广。
5、胶合层采用聚丙烯树脂材料,杜绝胶合板释放对环境和人体有害气体甲醛,绿色健康,且本发明结构简单、易于制造。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,提出本发明的一种具体实施例,一种复合胶合板,包括板本体,所述板本体包括面板1、芯板3、底板5以及各层板之间的胶合层2,本实例优选设置胶合层2的结构为蜂窝空状或网格状结构,使胶合板具有隔音性能。
所述面板1和底板5均是热压高密度单板,本实例优选设置芯板3中间复合有一层金属网4,使胶合板具有良好的承压和抗冲击性能。
所述胶合层2是由聚丙烯树脂和膨胀蛭石粉材料制成,本实施例优选设置粒径≤74um的膨胀蛭石粉,使胶合板具有更优异的阻燃性能。
所述板本体四周包覆有一层防虫层6,防虫层6四周涂有一层防护层7,本实施例优选设置防护层7是由水性丙烯酸树脂、有机硅乳液和水性聚氨酯分散体混合材料制成,使胶合板具有优异的防水防腐、高附着、抗刮伤性能。
当然,上面只是结合附图对本发明优选的具体实施方式作了详细描述,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,凡依本发明的原理、构造以及结构所作的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种复合胶合板,包括板本体,所述板本体包括面板(1)、芯板(3)、底板(5)以及各层板之间的胶合层(2),其特征在于:所述面板(1)和底板(5)均是热压高密度单板,所述胶合层(2)是由聚丙烯树脂和膨胀蛭石粉材料制成;所述板本体四周包覆有一层防虫层(6),防虫层(6)四周涂有一层防护层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种复合胶合板,其特征在于:所述防护层(7)是由水性丙烯酸树脂、有机硅乳液和水性聚氨酯分散体混合材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种复合胶合板,其特征在于:所述胶合层(2)采用粒径≤74um的膨胀蛭石粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种复合胶合板,其特征在于:所述芯板(3)中间复合有一层金属网(4)。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述一种复合胶合板,其特征在于:所述胶合层(2)的结构为蜂窝空状或网格状结构。
