Abstract
本发明公开一种复合刨花板,包括板本体,所述板本体包括刨花芯层;所述刨花芯层主要由粗刨花层和细刨花层交错分布组成,且其中间设置有一层金属网层,所述金属网层的网孔内铺满金属粉末;所述刨花芯层上下表面均设置有通过高分子胶层连接的蛭石阻燃层,所述板本体四周包覆有石蜡层。本发明结构简单、易于制造,具有防水防火、隔热保温、强度高、抗扭性能好、防辐射、绿色环保、结构牢固、抗磨损、美观耐用等特点,可广泛应用于多种领域和场合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及人造板技术领域,具体涉及一种复合刨花板。
背景技术
刨花板,又称微粒板、颗粒板、蔗渣板、碎料板,由木材或其他木质纤维材料制成的碎料,施加胶粘剂后在热力和压力作用下胶合成的人造板。刨花板结构比较均匀,加工性能好,可以根据需要加工成大幅面的板材,是制作不同规格、样式的家具较好的原材料。刨花板也具有良好的吸音和隔音性能,广泛应用于家具制造、建筑工业以及火车车厢制造等领域中。但目前市场上的刨花板大都存在以下缺点:结构单一、强度和抗弯曲能力弱、不耐磨、不防水和火、不防辐射、边缘粗糙、吸湿后较易膨胀变形、释放甲醛等缺点。
中国申请号为2014204540894的专利,公开一种防变形防水保温复合刨花板,其组成包括中板,所述的中板两侧分别通过高分子胶层与密度板连接,所述密度板与中碱玻璃纤维布连接,中板、密度板以及玻中碱璃纤维布之间固定后先用三聚氰胺浸渍纸四面封边,并粘接防撞角,再在中碱玻璃纤维布上粘贴有三聚氰胺浸渍纸。该发明结构虽不单一、且具有一定的强度和抗扭性能力、可防撞边和防水,但是具有以下缺陷:其一,该发明没有设置相应阻燃层或添加阻燃剂,遇火容易燃烧,使用范围受到一定的限制;其二,该发明没有设置相关的防辐射金属粉等防辐射装置,无法减少刨花板使用空间内的电磁辐射带来的伤害;其三,该发明采用三聚氰胺浸渍纸四面封边,会释放对人体和环境有害气体甲醛,伤害人体健康的同时污染环境。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种防水防火、强度高、抗扭性能好、防辐射、使用寿命长的复合刨花板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案:
一种复合刨花板,包括板本体,所述板本体包括刨花芯层;所述刨花芯层主要由多层粗刨花层和细刨花层交错分布组成,且其中间设置有一层金属网层,所述金属网层的网孔内铺满金属粉末;所述刨花芯层上下表面均设置有通过高分子胶层连接的蛭石阻燃层,所述板本体四周包覆有石蜡层。
作为优选技术方案,为了减少刨花板甲醛的释放量,降低环境污染和人体健康伤害,所述刨花芯层采用石油树脂水性胶黏剂粘结。
作为优选技术方案,为了防止刨花板受磨损,以利于延长使用寿命,同时提高美观和装饰效果,所述石蜡层四周包覆有光固化树脂涂层。
本发明具有的有益效果:
1、设置有蛭石阻燃层,具有防火的同时具有保温隔热的效果,防止刨花板受热变形而影响寿命;设置有石蜡层,可防水,避免刨花板遇水或受潮后膨胀变形,从而缩短使用寿命;设置有光固化树脂涂层,避免刨花板表面磨损。
2、设置主要由多层粗刨花层和细刨花层交错分布组成的刨花芯层,提高刨花板的强度和抗扭性能,同时增加了刨花板的整体连接性。
3、刨花芯层中间设置有金属网层及金属网层的网孔内铺满金属粉,提高刨花板的强度和抗扭性能,同时增加了刨花板的防辐射性能。
4、采用石油树脂水性胶黏剂,减少刨花板甲醛的释放量,降低环境污染和人体健康伤害,安全环保。
5、采用高分子胶层连接,刨花板结构牢固,且本发明结构简单、易于制造。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,提出本发明的具体实施例,一种复合刨花板,包括板本体,所述板本体包括刨花芯层1,刨花芯层1主要由粗刨花层和细刨花层交错分布组成;本实施优选设置刨花芯层1采用石油树脂水性胶黏剂粘结,以减少对环境和人体健康有伤害的甲醛释放量。
所述刨花芯层1中间设置有一层金属网层2,所述金属网层2的网孔内铺满金属粉末,提高刨花板的强度和抗扭性能,同时增加了刨花板的防辐射性能。
所述刨花芯层1上下表面均设置有通过高分子胶层3连接的蛭石阻燃层4,所述板本体四周包覆有石蜡层5;本实施例优选设置石蜡层5四周包覆有光固化树脂涂层,可防止石蜡层5和板本体表面受磨损,同时提高美观和装饰效果。

1.一种复合刨花板,包括板本体,所述板本体包括刨花芯层(1);其特征在于:所述刨花芯层(1)主要由多层粗刨花层和细刨花层交错分布组成,且其中间设置有一层金属网层(2),金属网层(2)的网孔内铺满金属粉末;所述刨花芯层(1)上下表面均设置有通过高分子胶层(3)连接的蛭石阻燃层(4),所述板本体四周包覆有石蜡层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种复合刨花板,其特征在于:所述刨花芯层(1)采用石油树脂水性胶黏剂粘结。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种复合刨花板,其特征在于:所述石蜡层(5)四周包覆有光固化树脂涂层(6)。
