本发明公开了一种钻床钻孔光源定位装置，它包括钻床（1）和麻花钻（2），所述钻床（1）包括床身（11）、主轴（12）和钻夹头（13），所述麻花钻（2）装于钻夹头（13）中，其特征在于：在所述钻床（1）的床身（11）上还装有光源定位装置（3），所述光源定位装置（3）包括螺栓（31）、支座（32）、聚光灯（33）和磁性底座（34），所述聚光灯（33）通过螺栓（31）装于支座（32）上，所述光源定位装置（3）通过磁性底座（34）吸附于钻床（1）的床身（11）上。该发明结构简单，调整方便，对刀快速，定位精度高。

本发明涉及机械加工设备，具体地说是钻床钻孔光源定位装置。
背景技术
现在在钻床中钻孔时，先在工件上划线并打上样冲眼后，凭肉眼来进行对刀，采用这种对刀方式，不仅对刀费时较多，效率低，而且定位精度较差，有时因误差较大，导致钻出的孔产生严重偏斜而报废。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构简单、调整方便、对刀快速、定位精度高的钻床钻孔光源定位装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明包括钻床和麻花钻，所述钻床包括床身、主轴和钻夹头，所述麻花钻装于钻夹头中，在所述钻床的床身上还装有光源定位装置，所述光源定位装置包括螺栓、支座、聚光灯和磁性底座，所述聚光灯通过螺栓装于支座上，所述光源定位装置通过磁性底座吸附于钻床的床身上。
本发明由于在钻床的床身上装有光源定位装置，光源定位装置包括螺栓、支座、聚光灯和磁性底座，采用这种结构以后，只需将光源定位装置的磁性底座吸附于钻床床身的适当位置，然后，调整聚光灯的照射点至钻孔位置，即可进行钻孔操作。本发明结构简单，调整方便，对刀快速，定位精度高。

参见图1，本发明包括钻床1和麻花钻2，所述钻床1包括床身11、主轴12和钻夹头13，所述麻花钻2装于钻夹头13中，在所述钻床1的床身11上还装有光源定位装置3，所述光源定位装置3包括螺栓31、支座32、聚光灯33和磁性底座34，所述聚光灯33通过螺栓31装于支座32上，所述光源定位装置3通过磁性底座34吸附于钻床1的床身11上。

1.钻床钻孔光源定位装置，包括钻床（1）和麻花钻（2），所述钻床（1）包括床身（11）、主轴（12）和钻夹头（13），所述麻花钻（2）装于钻夹头（13）中，其特征在于：在所述钻床（1）的床身（11）上还装有光源定位装置（3），所述光源定位装置（3）包括螺栓（31）、支座（32）、聚光灯（33）和磁性底座（34），所述聚光灯（33）通过螺栓（31）装于支座（32）上，所述光源定位装置（3）通过磁性底座（34）吸附于钻床（1）的床身（11）上。
