本发明涉及软质工件钻孔加工定位工装,包括定位座,定位座上带有加工座,所述加工座上带有U形定位槽,所述U形定位槽将所述加工座分成第一定位台和第二定位台,所述U形定位槽的底部为矩形槽;第一定位台上安装有螺杆,第二定位台上带有定位孔且垂直所述定位孔方向安装有钻模,矩形槽内放置垫块;本发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,装夹简单,加工精度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及工装夹具技术领域,尤其涉及用于对工件进行钻孔定位的夹具。
背景技术
如图所示的工件8,由于其材质较软,在对其进行钻孔加工时,若直接对其进行夹紧定位,会严重影响其表面质量,而且还要保证其钻孔加工的精度,不能使用普通的定位工装,防止加工出的产品不符合要求,最终报废,增加生产成本。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的上述缺点,提供一种软质工件钻孔加工定位工装,其结构简单,使用灵活方便,装夹效率高,加工精度高。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
软质工件钻孔加工定位工装,包括定位座,定位座上带有加工座,所述加工座上带有U形定位槽,所述U形定位槽将所述加工座分成第一定位台和第二定位台,所述U形定位槽的底部为矩形槽;第一定位台上安装有螺杆,第二定位台上带有定位孔且垂直所述定位孔方向安装有钻模,矩形槽内放置垫块。
本发明的优点在于:根据所加工工件材料软质的特点,不直接使用螺杆对其进行夹紧,而是间接使表面质量较高的垫块与工件接触,使螺杆顶紧垫块来间接对工件进行夹紧,结构简单,使用灵活方便,装夹效率高,加工精度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明包括定位座1,定位座1上带有加工座,所述加工座上带有U形定位槽,所述U形定位槽将所述加工座分成第一定位台2和第二定位台4,所述U形定位槽的底部为矩形槽5;第一定位台2上安装有螺杆3,第二定位台4上带有定位孔且垂直所述定位孔方向安装有钻模7,矩形槽5内放置垫块6,将工件8安装于第二定位台4上的所述定位孔后,旋转螺杆3对工件8进行定位,螺杆3作用于垫块6上,推动垫块6与工件8的端面接触,防止螺杆3的端部直接与工件8接触,损坏工件8的表面质量,对工件8定位好后,通过钻模7对工件8上进行钻孔加工;
本发明的使用方法如下:
第一步,把定位座1安装至操作台上;
第二步,将垫块6置于矩形槽5内;
第三步,将工件8装入第二定位台4上的所述定位孔内;
第四步,旋转螺杆3推动垫块6与工件8的端面接触对工件8进行定位;
第五步,确定对工件8定位好后,使钻头穿过钻模7对工件8进行钻孔加工。

1.软质工件钻孔加工定位工装,包括定位座(1),其特征在于:定位座(1)上带有加工座,所述加工座上带有U形定位槽,所述U形定位槽将所述加工座分成第一定位台(2)和第二定位台(4),所述U形定位槽的底部为矩形槽(5);第一定位台(2)上安装有螺杆(3),第二定位台(4)上带有定位孔且垂直所述定位孔方向安装有钻模(7),矩形槽(5)内放置垫块(6)。
