Abstract
本发明涉及一种棒材电钻打孔装置,包括机架、曲柄、连杆、推筒、电机、钻头,曲柄转动安装在机架一端,曲柄与连杆的一端相铰接,连杆的另一端与推筒的一端相铰接,机架上还安装有支撑板,推筒滑动穿设于支撑板,电机安装在机架另一端,钻头安装在电机的输出轴上,钻头的头部朝向推筒。本发明可有效提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及钻孔装置领域,尤其涉及棒材电钻打孔装置。
背景技术
钻孔装置是指利用比目标物更坚硬、更锐利的工具通过旋转切削或旋转挤压的方式,在目标物上留下圆柱形孔或洞的机械和设备统称。普通一般需要两个人来操作,其中一人操作电钻,另一人用棒顶住电钻以施加压力,操作不方便,工作效率低,劳动强度高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种棒材电钻打孔装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种棒材电钻打孔装置,包括机架、曲柄、连杆、推筒、电机、钻头,所述曲柄安装在机架一端,所述曲柄的一端为手柄,所述曲柄与连杆的一端相铰接,所述连杆的另一端与推筒的一端相铰接,所述机架上还安装有支撑板,所述推筒滑动穿设于所述支撑板,摇动手柄,曲柄将转动传递给连杆,从而推动推筒轴向运动,所述电机安装在机架另一端,所述钻头安装在电机的输出轴上,所述钻头的头部朝向推筒,电机带动钻头高速旋转。
所述推筒另一端开有圆槽,棒材插入圆槽内,推筒可推动棒材向前移动。
所述机架上推筒前方并排安装有多个辊轴,有助于棒材向前滑动。
所述机架上辊轴与电机之间有固定夹板,可帮助固定棒材,防止棒材径向移动。
所述机架安装电机的一端还安装有丝杆传动装置,包括丝杆和螺母,所述丝杆一端连接手柄,所述螺母上方连接滑块,所述滑块与电机底座固定连接。所述机架安装有电机的一端设有与所述滑块相配合的两条平行导轨。
本发明的有益效果是便于操作,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,是本发明最优实施例,本发明包括机架1,机架1的一端通过深沟球轴承实现对曲柄3的支撑连接,曲柄3与连杆2一端铰接,连杆2另一端与推筒5的一端相铰接,机架1上还安装有支撑板4,推筒5滑动穿设于支撑板4,推筒5的另一端开有圆槽,电机10安装在机架1另外一端,钻头8安装在电机10的输出轴,钻头8的头部朝向推筒,机架1上推筒的前方并排安装有多个辊轴6,机架1上辊轴6与电机10之间安装有固定夹板7,机架1安装有电机10的一端还有丝杆传动装置9,包括丝杆9-2,所述丝杆9-2一端连接手柄9-1,螺母9-3上方连接滑块9-4,所述滑块9-4与电机底座固定连接,所述滑块9-4在导轨9-5上滑动。
本发明的工作原理:机架1一端通过轴承实现对曲柄3的支撑连接,曲柄3一端有手柄,连杆2的一端与曲柄3相铰接,连杆2另一端与推筒5相铰接,机架1上装有支撑板4,推筒5滑动穿设于支撑板4,摇动手柄9-1,曲柄3将转动传递给连杆2,从而推动推筒5轴向运动,棒材插在推筒5上的圆槽内,推筒5推动棒材向前移动,钻头8安装在电机10输出轴上,钻头8的头部朝向推筒5,电机10带动钻头8高速旋转。机架1上并排安装的辊轴6有助于棒材滑动,机架1上安装的固定夹板7可帮助固定棒材,机架1上安装的丝杆传动装置9,转动丝杆9-2一端的手柄9-1,丝杆9-2转动,螺母9-3通过丝杆9-2转动带动滑块9-4在导轨9-5上滑动,使得与滑块9-4相连的电机支架移动,从而可以微调电机10及钻头8的位置。

1.一种棒材电钻打孔装置,其特征在于:包括机架、曲柄、连杆、推筒、电机、钻头,所述曲柄转动安装在机架一端,所述曲柄与连杆的一端相铰接,所述连杆的另一端与推筒的一端相铰接,所述机架上还安装有支撑板,所述推筒滑动穿设于所述支撑板,所述电机安装在机架另一端,所述钻头安装在电机的输出轴上,所述钻头的头部朝向推筒。
2.如权利要求1所述的棒材电钻打孔装置,其特征在于:所述推筒另一端开有圆槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的棒材电钻打孔装置,其特征在于:所述机架上推筒前方并排安装有多个辊轴。
4.如权利要求1所述的棒材电钻打孔装置,其特征在于:所述机架上辊轴与电机之间安装有固定夹板。
5.如权利要求1所述的棒材电钻打孔装置,其特征在于:所述机架安装电机的一端还安装有丝杠传动装置,包括丝杆和螺母,所述丝杆一端连接手柄,所述螺母上方连接滑块,所述滑块与电机底座固定连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的棒材电钻打孔装置,其特征在于:所述机架安装有电机的一端设有与所述滑块相配合的两条平行导轨。
