本发明涉及一种缩口装置,包括主轴、滑座、多个滑块、环形弹簧、楔形心轴、用于顶紧工件的顶压件以及用于缩口工作的滚轮,所述主轴与滑座固定连接,所述多个滑块通过环形弹簧约束并固定在滑座上,所述多个滑块围绕形成锥孔,所述滑座与滑块接触的一侧的中心设有空腔,所述空腔与锥孔共轴,所述空腔内设有弹簧,所述楔形心轴装于锥孔中并与弹簧接触,采用上述结构后,本发明结构简单,成本低,使用方便。

本发明涉及工件缩口加工领域,特别是一种缩口装置。
背景技术
工件生产加工过程中,经常需要对工件进行缩口,对于批量不大的工件,专门设计制造缩口模具不经济,增加了工作时长与成产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的缩口装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种缩口装置,包括主轴、滑座、多个滑块、环形弹簧、楔形心轴、用于顶紧工件的顶压件以及用于缩口工作的滚轮,所述主轴与滑座固定连接,所述多个滑块通过环形弹簧约束并固定在滑座上,所述多个滑块围绕形成锥孔,所述滑座与滑块接触的一侧的中心设有空腔,所述空腔与锥孔共轴,所述空腔内设有弹簧,所述楔形心轴装于锥孔中并与弹簧接触。
优选的,所述滑块为3个。
采用上述结构后,根据工件调整滑块的位置,将工件套在滑块上后,通过楔形心轴与顶压件将工件固定,用滚轮进行缩口作业即可,本发明结构简单,成本低,使用方便。

具体实施方式
由图1可知本发明缩口装置包括主轴1、滑座2、三个滑块3、环形弹簧4、楔形心轴5、用于顶紧工件的顶压件6以及用于缩口工作的滚轮7,所述主轴1与滑座2固定连接,所述三个滑块3由环形弹簧4约束并通过螺栓固定在滑座2上,所述三个滑块3围绕形成锥孔,所述滑座2上与滑块3接触的一侧的中心设有空腔,所述空腔与锥孔共轴,所述空腔内设有弹簧8,所述楔形心轴5装于锥孔中并与弹簧8接触,所述滑座2上装有限位角板9。
根据工件调整滑块3的位置,将工件套在滑块3上后,通过楔形心轴5与顶压件6将工件固定,用滚轮7进行缩口作业即可,限位角板9用于控制滚轮7和滑块3的相对位置,结构简单,操作方便,且降低了生产成本。

1.一种缩口装置,其特征在于:包括主轴、滑座、多个滑块、环形弹簧、楔形心轴、用于顶紧工件的顶压件以及用于缩口工作的滚轮,所述主轴与滑座固定连接,所述多个滑块通过环形弹簧约束并固定在滑座上,所述多个滑块围绕形成锥孔,所述滑座与滑块接触的一侧的中心设有空腔,所述空腔与锥孔共轴,所述空腔内设有弹簧,所述楔形心轴装于锥孔中并与弹簧接触。
