技术领域
本发明属于熔炼合金铸造领域，涉及一种除尘装置，尤其涉及一种铸造车间电炉用水浴除尘装置。
背景技术
    目前中频炉广泛应用于有色金属熔炼加工，由于熔炼物料的成分复杂，熔炼过程中会有一部分物料气化，漂浮在空气中，不仅造成环境污染，而且威胁工作人员身体健康。所以中频炉都配有风罩，置于中频炉上方，现有技术中存在，适应性差，使用效果不尽如人意。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铸造车间电炉用水浴除尘装置，本发明具有吸收效率高，除尘效果好的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种铸造车间电炉用水浴除尘装置，包括水槽，其特征在于：所述水槽的上方设有圆柱型筒体，所述圆柱形筒体侧侧壁上设有烟气进口，所述圆柱形筒体内部设有盖板，所述盖板的下表面设有多个挡板，所述挡板上设有通孔，所述多个挡板上的通孔之间形成S形通道，所述盖板的左端设有烟气上升口，所述烟气上升口处铰接有盖板，所述盖板一侧的圆柱型筒体上设有冷凝水排出管，所述圆柱形筒体的上端设有烟气出口，所述水槽的底部设有呈锥形分布的活性炭填充层。
所述水槽的侧壁上设有碱液添加口。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明在水槽的上方设有圆柱型筒体，且在圆柱型筒体的侧壁上设有烟气进口，烟气进入以后，通过S形的通道在水槽内的液体内穿过，这样将烟气中的杂质留在水槽中，且在烟气上升口处设有盖板，盖板铰接的，可以向上打开，当圆柱型筒体内冷凝过多时，为了防止对水槽内的水造成污染，在圆柱型筒体的侧壁上设有冷凝水排出管，及时将其排出。

所述水槽1的侧壁上设有碱液添加口12。
