本发明公开了一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，每副药由以下质量配比的药材制成：蜈蚣、金蝎各6～9g，车前草、白芷、夏枯草、野菊花、蒲公英各12～18g，大蓟、白茅根各20～30g，半边莲45～55g。本中药治疗毒蛇咬伤效果好，治愈率为100％，并且见效快，易配制，成本低，特别适于广大农村地区。

一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，属于传统中药领域。
背景技术
我国地处温带、亚热带，尤其是南方气候温和，雨量充足，适合蛇类生长与繁殖。不论是山区、沿海，每年均有许多人被毒蛇咬伤。蛇伤本是一种常见病，属急诊急症。而其却累及呼吸、循环、泌尿、神经等重要系统，特别是农村及边远地区缺医少药，若不能对症下药或治疗不及时，常导致伤者死亡或致残。目前，蛇药不乏少数，有昆虫类、根茎类、全草类、油脂和矿物类蛇药，尤以蛇药酒为多，其主要是内服，以预防或解蛇毒为主，兼保健的蛇药。但对于毒蛇咬伤，24小时以后，中毒中、后期，引起伤口溃烂、坏死，甚至伤及骨髓的重症患者，则效果不太明显。而市场上常见蛇药则有疗期长，见效慢，疗效不明显的缺陷。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的是提供一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药。其见效快，治疗效果好，无毒副作用。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
该种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，每副药由以下质量配比的药材制成：蜈蚣、金蝎各6～9g，车前草、白芷、夏枯草、野菊花、蒲公英各12～18g，大蓟、白茅根各20～30g，半边莲45～55g。
进一步，每副药由以下质量配比的药材制成：蜈蚣、金蝎各7g，车前草、白芷、夏枯草、野菊花、蒲公英各15g，大蓟、白茅根各25g，半边莲50g。
本发明采用中药的药理如下：
(1)蜈蚣：辛，温。有毒。归肝经。功效为息风止痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛。用于痉挛抽搐、疮疡肿毒，瘰疬结核、风湿顽痹、顽固性头痛。入药一般晒干后使用，也可采用粉末。
(2)金蝎：用于息风镇痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛。用于小儿惊风，抽搐痉挛，中风口喎，半身不遂，破伤风症，风湿顽痹，偏正头痛，疮疡，瘰疬。入药一般晒干后使用，也可采用粉末。
(3)车前草：味甘，性寒。归肝、肾、膀胱经。清热，利尿，祛痰，凉血，解毒。用于水肿尿少，热淋涩痛，暑湿泻痢，痰热咳嗽，吐血衄血，痈肿疮毒。
(4)白芷：味辛，性温。归肺，脾，胃经。功效为解表散寒，祛风止痛，通鼻窍，燥湿止带，消肿排脓，祛风止痒。主治风寒感冒，头痛、牙痛、风湿痹痛，鼻渊，带下证，疮痈肿毒。
(5)夏枯草：辛、苦，寒。归肝、胆经。清肝泻火，明目，散结消肿。用于目赤肿痛，目珠夜痛，头痛眩晕，瘰疬，瘿瘤，乳痈，乳癖，乳房胀痛。
(6)野菊花：性温、辛、苦，归肺、肝经；清热解毒；疏风平肝，主治疔疮、痈疽、丹毒、湿疹、皮炎、咽喉肿痛。
(7)蒲公英：性味苦甘，寒，入肝、胃经，清热解毒，利尿散结。治急性乳腺炎，淋巴腺炎，瘰疬，疔毒疮肿，急性结膜炎，感冒发热，急性扁桃体炎，急性支气管炎，胃炎，肝炎，胆囊炎，尿路感染。
(8)大蓟：性凉，味甘，苦，无毒。归心、肝经。功效为凉血止血，解毒消痈。治吐血，衄血，尿血，血淋，血崩，带下，肠风，肠痈，痈疡肿毒，疔疮。
(9)白茅根：凉血，止血，清热，利尿。治热病烦渴，吐血，衄血，肺热喘急，胃热哕逆，淋病，小便不利，水肿，黄疸。
(10)半边莲：辛，平。归心、小肠、肺经。清热解毒，利尿消肿。用于痈肿疔疮，蛇虫咬伤，臌胀水肿，湿热黄疸，湿疹湿疮。
本发明的有益效果是：
本中药治疗毒蛇咬伤效果好，治愈率为100％，并且见效快，易配制，成本低，特别适于广大农村地区。

具体实施方式
以下将参对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。应当理解，优选实施例仅为了说明本发明，而不是为了限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明的治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，每副药由以下质量配比的药材制成：蜈蚣、金蝎各6～9g，车前草、白芷、夏枯草、野菊花、蒲公英各12～18g，大蓟、白茅根各20～30g，半边莲45～55g。
优选的，每副药由以下质量配比的药材制成：蜈蚣、金蝎各7g，车前草、白芷、夏枯草、野菊花、蒲公英各15g，大蓟、白茅根各25g，半边莲50g。
采用传统中药煎制方式即可，一般一日三次，在病情较重的情况下，也可适当增加服用次数。
典型案例：
1、临床观察患者30例，其中男性22例，女性8例，年龄最大66岁，最小5岁，上肢咬伤18例，下肢咬伤12例。
2、诊断标准：具有蛇咬伤史，蛇咬伤处具有不规则毒牙痕迹，患处红肿，患者热、痛明显；
3、治疗方法：局部症状明显无全身中毒症状者，在挤掉毒血后服用本发明中药即可，如果有全省中毒症状者结合输液疗法。
4、治疗标准：局部及全身症状消失为痊愈。
5、疗效观察：单用本发明药物治疗局部症状明显而无全身中毒症状者22例，三天内痊愈；结合输液疗法伴有全身中毒症状者，一周内痊愈，治愈率达到100％。
典型病例：
(1)周某，男，44岁，农民，2012年7月于自家田间被毒蛇咬伤右腿，当时伴有腿部肿大，伤者疼痛感剧烈，在用水将蛇伤处清洗干净后，用消毒后的器械破口挤出毒血，然后服用本发明中药，10分钟后疼痛消失，服药三天后痊愈。
(2)田某，女，50岁，农民，2013年6月在上山栽树过程中被毒蛇咬伤左手肘，当时手部肿大，患者意识不清，在对伤口进行处理后服用本发明中药，12分钟后患者恢复清醒，服药三天后痊愈。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，其特征在于：每副药由以下质量配比的药材制成：蜈蚣、金蝎各7g，车前草、白芷、夏枯草、野菊花、蒲公英各15g，大蓟、白茅根各25g，半边莲50g。
