Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物,按重量份包括以下原料药:栀子8-12份、灯心草8-12份、连翘8-12份、板蓝根28-32份、土茯苓28-32份、白花蛇草18-22份、苍术13-17份、佩兰8-12份、白及13-17份、滑石8-12份、硼砂8-12份。本发明滑石、硼砂研磨成粉外用,其它药物原料可制成中药汤剂、散剂或胶囊、片剂配合使用,通过药物协同作用,具有清胃泻火、敛疮生肌等作用,对于胃火炽盛、心脾积热、肝胆郁热等实热之证有显著疗效,且制作工艺简单,毒副作用小且给药方便,药剂易于制作,成本低廉,能直达病灶,治愈时间短,治愈后不易复发。

背景技术
口腔溃疡,俗称“口疮”,是口腔粘膜疾病中发病率最高的一种疾病,普通感冒、消化不良、精神紧张、郁闷不乐等情况均能引起该病的发生,好发于唇、颊、舌缘等,在粘膜的任何部位均能出现,发病年龄在10-40岁之间,女性较多,一年四季均能发生,该病具有周期性、复发性、自限性等特点,现代医学认为,现代医学认为,复发性口腔溃疡首先与免疫有着很密切的关系。有的患者表现为免疫缺陷,有的患者则表现为自身免疫反应;其次是与遗传有关系,在临床中,复发性口腔溃疡的发病,有明显的家族遗传倾向,父母一方或多方若患有复发性口腔溃疡,他们的子女就比一般人更容易患病;复发性口腔溃疡的发作,常常还与一些疾病或症状有关,比如消化系统疾病胃溃疡,十二指肠溃疡,慢性或迁延性肝炎,结肠炎等;睡眠不足,过度疲劳,精神紧张,工作压力大、月经周期的改变等等。随着一种或多种因素的出现机体免疫力下降,免疫功能紊乱,可造成复发性口腔溃疡的频繁发作。并会出现口臭、便秘、头痛、头晕、恶心、乏力、淋巴结肿大等全身症状,严重影响患者的生活质量和情志。现代治疗方法较多,有含漱剂、含片、散剂、药膜、止痛剂、烧灼法、局部封闭、激光治疗等,以及免疫抑制剂、免疫调节剂和增强剂等,这些主要目的均是消炎、止痛、促进溃疡愈合。但仍然反复发作,其剧烈的自发性疼痛,遇冷热酸咸等刺激是疼痛加重,说话饮食都感到困难,可迁延数年甚至数十年不愈,对患者身心危害较大,因此寻找一种简单有效的治法方法,成为治疗的主要目的。中药汤剂含漱配合内服方剂,通过中医辨证论治,既可以改善局部症状,又可以改善全身状况,增强机体免疫力,提高疗效,降低口腔溃疡复发几率,从而提高患者的生活质量。
中医通常“口疮”、“舌疮”或“口疳”称之,是口腔粘膜溃疡病中最常见、又难以根治的一个疾病。临床通现为以下特点: 反复发作,病程从数月到数不等; 溃疡表现呈多形性:多为孤立的圆形损害,溃疡大小深浅不等,直径 ,1~6mm 不等,单发或多发于非角化口腔粘0.5~2cm如舌腹、口底、唇内侧、软腭、舌腭弓、悬雍垂、牙部位,边缘红晕,呈浅碟状或弹坑状,表面有伪局部有烧灼样疼痛; 溃疡多呈自限性过程,7~10d内愈合,重型数月愈合; 伴随自觉型的多态性:常见症状有头昏、口干、口臭、心烦、、大便不畅、尿黄、畏热喜凉或喜热畏寒、寐差睡、神倦或烦躁等,症状缺乏统一性,同一个人前后自觉症状也不相同; 舌脉均表现为:舌体多胖或有齿痕,苔腻或润,舌红或微黄脉以沉细、弦数为多见。
《内经》:“诸痛痒疮,皆属于火”,口疮口腔粘膜溃疡局限性的浅表溃疡,周围充血,灼热疼痛,乃火热炽盛的表现,火热之邪既可以从外感受,但多半由内伤而发。《素问·气交变大论》:“岁金不及,炎火乃行……民病口疮”;《素问·至真要大论》:“少阳之复,大热将至,火气内发,上为口糜”。外感六淫之中以燥、火为主,燥邪干涩、易伤津液,火为阳邪,其性炎上,燥火外受,津伤火炎,口疮乃发。内伤发病,缘自生活饮食起居失调,影响脏腑功能,导致脏腑蕴郁化火上攻。或劳倦思虑过度,脾胃中气受损、阴火内生,熏灼口舌,久则肌肉溃破,发为口疮。现代生活节奏加快,工作、生活压力增大,应酬、熬夜、饮酒、吸烟等导致生活规律被打乱,引起脏腑内伤而致复发性口疮患者日益增多。
中医认为口舌生疮虽病在口舌,但因口舌关乎五脏,故病机关键在于五脏之阴阳的失衡。当脏阴亏损、阳热上亢之时,若适逢肝木之郁,脾土之湿,肺金之燥,肾水失制,心火不降,则会使上亢之阳热郁遏于内,久而不能消解,或遇某种诱因导致郁热上升,结聚于口舌,就可导致肉腐血败而成疮疡,并由此得以散发或伸张。这其实也是机体在异常状态下的一种自我平衡机制。《素问·六微旨大论》说:“君火之下,阴精承之,……亢则害,承乃制。”以为本病的病机关键在于五脏阴精亏损,不能承制亢阳,口舌阳热郁结不得发散,所以治疗方法当在辨证论治的前提下因势利导,疏散郁热,清热凉血,敛疮生肌。

本发明的目的在于解决上述的技术问题而提供一种简单有效的治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物及制备方法,中药组合物该既可以改善局部症状,又可以改善全身状况,增强机体免疫力,降低口腔溃疡复发几率,从而提高患者的生活质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下原料药:栀子8-12份、灯心草8-12份、连翘8-12份、板蓝根28-32份、土茯苓28-32份、白花蛇草18-22份、苍术13-17份、佩兰8-12份、白及13-17份、滑石8-12份、硼砂8-12份。
所述述各原料药重量份为:栀子9-11份、灯心草9-11份、连翘9-11份、板蓝根29-31份、土茯苓29-31份、白花蛇草19-21份、苍术14-16份、佩兰9-11份、白及14-16份、滑石9-11份、硼砂9-11份。
所述各原料药重量份为:栀子10份、灯心草10份、连翘10份、板蓝根30份、土茯苓30份、白花蛇草20份、苍术15份、佩兰10份、白及15份、滑石10份、硼砂10份。
所述滑石、硼砂作为外用组合药物使用,其它所述原料药可以制作成中药汤剂(口服液)、冷敷剂、擦剂或丸剂、胶囊\片剂,配合所述滑石、硼砂使用,所述滑石、硼砂需要制作成200-300目超细的粉末状同比例混合均匀作为涂擦药物使用,在制备中药汤剂时,通过以下方法制备:
按上述重量份称取原料药栀子、灯心草、连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、苍术、白及加水先煎15~25分钟,然后下佩兰,再共煎8~15分钟;过滤后取滤液,50℃下浓缩到相对密度为1.21-1.25中药汤剂。
较优的,所述原料药栀子、灯心草、连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、苍术、白及加水先煎20分钟,然后下所述佩兰,再共煎10分钟。
其中,加水量为5 ~ 10 倍的所有的药材总质量,浓缩后形成的中药汤剂(口服液),平均分成两份作为一天的服用量,两次早晚服用,服用时加热至50-60度,同时配合将制备好的滑石粉、硼砂粉混合均匀涂抹患处外用。
所述中药组合物也可以按常规制备方法制备成相应的冷敷剂、擦剂或丸剂、胶囊\片剂使用。
上述份量的除滑石和硼砂的原料药物在制作成冷敷剂使用时,与滑石粉和硼砂粉充分混合直接敷于溃疡处,每日分3-6次使用;上述药物为擦剂时,与滑石粉和硼砂粉充分混合直接涂抹于溃疡处,每日分4-5次使用;上述药物为丸剂、胶囊\片剂使用时,每日三次,饭后20分钟口服,同时配合将滑石粉、硼砂粉混合均匀涂抹患处外用;上述药物使用方法均以7天为一个疗程。
本方证多是由于过食辛辣、肥甘、燥烈刺激之品,化热生火,或情志不遂,肝郁化火犯胃,或为邪热内侵,胃火亢盛而致。胃火炽盛,受纳腐熟功能亢进,则消谷善饥,胃火内盛,胃中浊气上冲,则口气秽臭,胃火上炎,则口舌生疮、赤烂疼痛,甚至化脓、溃烂。治宜清热泻火,芳香化湿,敛疮生肌,方中栀子、灯心草清心泻火,清热利湿;连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、清热解毒、消肿散结;苍术、佩兰芳香化湿;白及寒凉苦泄,能消散血热之痈肿,味涩质粘,能敛疮生肌,为外疡消肿生肌的常用药,《本草汇言》:“白及,敛气,渗痰、止血、消痈之药也。此药质极粘腻,性极收涩…….能坚敛肺藏,封填破损,痈肿可消,溃破可托,死肌可去,脓血可洁,有托旧生新之妙用也”。
栀子味苦,性寒。归心、肺、三焦经。具有泻火除烦,清热利尿,凉血解毒的功效。 现代药理作用有:(1)抗病原体:栀子对金黄色葡萄球菌、卡他球菌、淋球菌、脑膜炎双球菌及毛癣菌、黄癣菌、小芽孢癣菌等多种皮肤真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。对乙肝病毒-DNA聚合酶也有抑制作用。(2) 抗炎 :栀子醇提物、水提物、乙酸乙酯部分和京尼平苷均有一定的抗炎作用。 另还有镇静、镇痛;降温和解热;利胆、保肝、降压等作用。
灯芯草性味归经 微寒;甘、淡;归心;肺;小肠;膀胱经。功效主治 利水通淋;清心降火。主治:淋病;水肿;小便不利,尿少涩痛;湿热黄疸;心烦不寐;小儿夜啼;喉痹;口舌生疮;创伤。①治五淋癃闭:灯心草一两,麦门冬、甘草各五钱。浓煎饮。(《方脉正宗》)②治水肿:灯心草四两。水煎服。(《方脉正宗》)③通利水道:灯心十斤(以米粉浆染,晒干,研末,入水澄之,浮者为灯心,取出,又晒干,入药用二两五钱,而沉者为米粉,不用矣),赤白茯苓(去皮,兼用茯神去木)五两,滑石(水飞过)五两,猪苓(去皮)二两,泽泻(去须)三两,人参一斤(去芦,切片,煮浓汤去渣,漉净,炼汤成膏如糖饧,用以和膏)。上灯心等五味各为细末,以人参膏和成丸如龙眼大,朱砂为衣,贴金箔。每用一丸,任病换引。(《韩氏医通》天一丸) ④治热淋:鲜灯心草、车前草、凤尾草各一两。淘米水煎服。(《河南中草药手册》)
连翘苦,微寒,清热解毒、消肿散结、疏散风热,为“疮家圣药”,为中医常用的清热解毒药,现代药理研究表明,连翘具有广谱抗病原微生物作用、抗炎、解热、镇吐、强心、利尿等作用。 连翘浓缩煎剂在体外有抗菌作用,可抑制伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、白喉杆菌及霍乱弧菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌等。连翘在体外的抑菌作用与金银花大体相似;为银翘散中抗菌之主要成分。金银花对沙门氏菌属,特别是伤寒杆菌以及溶血性链球菌的抑制作用似超过连翘,而对痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌之抑制则以连翘似较好。二者联合使用,在试管中并无协同作用,与黄连,黄芩组成的复方,体外抑菌作用比单用连翘时据云更强。连翘中抗菌的有效成分研究不多,连翘酚在试管中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌浓度为1:5120;对痢疾杆菌为1:1280;对白喉杆菌及副伤寒(甲)杆菌为1:640,可能为抗菌有效成分。花对小鼠实验性结核病有一定疗效,对豚鼠则无效。此外,还报告过它在试管中及临床上的抗结核杆菌的作用。连翘的醇提取物在体外有抗钩端螺旋体作用,其强度不及黄连、荔枝草或金银花、黄芩,而与黄柏、蚤休相似。连翘水浸剂(1:5)在试管内对星形奴卡氏菌有些抑制作用。朝鲜连翘果实的乙醇、丙酮提取物以及从F.intermedia中提出的树脂有抗真菌作用。
板蓝根始载于《神农本草经》,具有清热解毒、凉血消瘀、利咽消肿之功效。《本草纲目》记载:板蓝根主治“时气头痛,火热口疮,热病发斑,热毒下痢,喉痹、丹毒、黄疸、痄腮”。现代药理实验证明:板蓝根具有抗炎、抗病毒、解热和增强免疫等作用。板蓝根的临床应用:(1)呼吸系统疾病的应用 板蓝根在临床上多用于治疗感冒发热(如病毒性流感)、咽喉肿痛(如急性喉炎)、流行性腮腺炎、扁桃体炎和口腔溃疡等。(2 )消化系统疾病的应用 板蓝根作为肝炎的传统用药,预防及治疗病毒性肝炎效果确切,可以用来治疗乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原携带者。还可用于瘀胆型肝炎。另外,口服板蓝根冲剂可用于治疗复发性口疮、婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻及小儿肠炎。(3 )皮肤及骨骼疾病的应用 板蓝根注射液肌注或加病毒灵片等调涂患处治疗带状疱疹、玫瑰糠疹、扁平瘤、尖锐湿疣、单纯疱疹、肋软骨炎均有良效。另外,还可用银屑病、假肉瘤样增生、水痘、传染性软疣、跖疣、寻常疣等的治疗。(4 )眼科疾病的应用(5) 病毒性心肌炎。
土茯苓的药理作用:对细胞免疫有抑制作用。有抗炎、抗菌、抗真菌作用;解毒:对急性和亚急性棉酚中毒有保护作用,但不影响棉酚抑制精子生成的作用。临床应用:(1)病毒感染性口腔溃疡。(2)过敏性皮疹、皮肤溃疡或有继发感染。(3)白塞病口腔、阴部溃疡,关节痛。(4)病毒、螺旋体等引起的性病感染、溃疡。
白花蛇草,又叫蛇舌草,味微苦,甘,寒。入胃、大肠、小肠经,苦寒清热解毒,甘寒清利湿热,对痈肿、咽痛、蛇伤等有较强的解毒消痈作用。一般用于治疗疮毒、咽喉肿痛、肠痈腹痛、毒蛇咬伤,也用于热淋涩痛、小便不利,治疗毒蛇咬伤时,可取白花蛇舌草15克,白酒250克,煮沸3~5分钟,去渣,口服2/3(每日分2~3次服完),用1/3外敷伤口,敷药时先吸出伤口毒血,清洗消毒后用消毒棉垫覆盖包扎,然后用上述药酒浇湿敷料。若不能饮酒者,可用清水煮沸后再加入适量白酒,但以白酒煮为佳。
现代药理学研究证明,白花蛇草能增强机体的免疫力,抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、痢疾杆菌等致病菌有抑制作用,实乃“清热解毒”之良药。
苍术具有燥湿健脾,祛风湿的功效。主治湿阻中焦,风寒湿痹,脚膝肿痛,痿软无力,雀目夜盲。《珍珠囊》日:“能健胃安脾,诸湿肿非此不能除。”《本草纲目》曰:“治湿痰留饮……及脾湿下流,浊沥带下,滑泻肠风。”《新修本草》称其能“利小便”。 现代药理研究发现,苍术有以下功效:(l)调整胃肠运动功能; (2)抗溃疡苍术有较强的抗溃疡作用:①抑制胃酸分泌②增强胃黏膜保护作用(3)保肝(4)抑菌。
佩兰为菊科植物佩兰Eupatorium fortunei Turcz. 的干燥地上部分,辛,平。归脾、胃、肺经。具有化湿,解暑功效。主要用于 1.湿阻中焦。本品气味芳香,又因其性平,芳香化湿浊,去陈腐,用治脾经湿热,口中甜腻、多涎、口臭等的脾瘅症,可单用煎汤服,如兰草汤(《素问》),或配伍黄芩、白芍、甘草等药。2.暑湿、湿温。本品化湿又能解暑,治暑湿证常与藿香、荷叶、青蒿等同用。湿温初起,可与滑石、薏苡仁、藿香等同用。《本草经疏》:"开胃除恶,清肺消痰,散郁结。"
白及寒凉苦泄,能消散血热之痈肿,味涩质粘,能敛疮生肌,为外疡消肿生肌的常用药,《本草汇言》:“白及,敛气,渗痰、止血、消痈之药也。此药质极粘腻,性极收涩……能坚敛肺藏,封填破损,痈肿可消,溃破可托,死肌可去,脓血可洁,有托旧生新之妙用也”。现代药理研究发现:本品所含的碳酸锌不溶于水,外用能部分吸收创面的分泌液,有防腐、收敛、消炎、止痒及保护创面作用,并能抑制局部葡萄球菌的生长。
滑石粉《雷公炮炙论》:“凡使,先以刀刮,研如粉。以牡丹皮同煮,一伏时,出去牡丹皮,取滑石,却用东流水淘过,于日中晒干方用。”《苏沈良方》:“水研如泔,扬去粗者存细者,沥干,更研无声乃止。” 《医宗粹言》:“拣去粗者,择细腻者研为极细末,水飞入药,今粗入煎汤皆不作效。”现行,取净滑石碎块碾成细粉,或取净滑石粗粉加入多量的清水,研磨,搅拌,待粗粉粒下沉,细粉粒混悬于水中时,倾取上层混悬液,下沉部分再按上法反复操作数次,合并混悬液,静置沉淀,倾去上清液,将洗淀物晒干后再碾散。水飞石可使药物达到极细和纯净,便于内服或外用,以利水通淋,清热解暑为主。 滑石粉由于颗粒小,总面积大,能吸着大量化学刺激物或毒物,因此当撒布于发炎或破损组织的表面时,可有保护皮肤和粘膜的作用;
硼砂是将硼砂矿挖出后,溶于沸水中,滤去杂质,滤液放冷后析出结晶,取出干燥而成,为五官科疾患的常用药,外用适量,配合其他药物研粉搽敷患处。或外洗,或配制成眼剂外用。一般不作内服。(中药入丸散服,每次1.5-3.0g。)现代药理研究硼砂有抑菌作用、防腐及保护皮肤黏膜的作用,临床可以用本品冲洗溃疡、脓肿, 特别是黏膜发炎, 如结膜炎、胃炎等。
滑石性味:甘谈,寒,入胃经、膀胱经。 功能:利水通淋,清解暑热,祛湿敛疮。 主治:用于热淋,石淋,尿热涩痛,暑湿烦渴,湿热水泻;外治湿疹,湿疮,痱子。 用法用量:煎服,10~15g;宜布包。外用适量。滑石药理作用 1、保护皮肤和粘膜的作用: 滑石粉由于颗粒小,总面积大,能吸着大量化学刺激物或毒物,因此当撒布于发炎或破损组织的表面时,可有保护的作用;内服时除保护发炎的胃肠粘膜而发挥镇吐、止泻作用外,还能阻止毒物在胃肠适中的吸收。滑石也不是完全无害的,在腹部、直肠、阴道等可引起肉芽肿。 2、抗菌作用: 用平板法使培养基含10%的滑石粉,对伤寒杆菌与副伤寒甲杆菌有抑制作用; 用纸片法则保对脑膜炎球菌有轻度抑菌作用。
硼砂 又明“月石”是硼砂矿挖出后,溶于沸水中,滤去杂质,滤液放冷后析出结晶,取出干燥而成,性味:甘、咸,凉。归肺、胃经。外用清热解毒,消肿,防腐;内服清肺化痰。用于急性扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,咽喉肿痛,口舌生疮,口腔炎,齿龈炎,中耳炎,目赤肿痛,汗斑 。现代药理研究硼砂有抑菌作用;抗惊厥及抗癫痫;防腐及保护皮肤黏膜的作用,临床可以用本品冲洗溃疡、脓肿, 特别是黏膜发炎, 如结膜炎、胃炎等, 因其为碱性, 可使黏膜去垢;口服用于尿道杀菌, 特别是尿为酸性时, 可使之成为碱性。
本发明滑石、硼砂研磨成粉外用,其它药物原料按照可制成中药汤剂、散剂或胶囊、片剂配合使用,通过药物协同作用,具有清胃泻火、敛疮生肌等作用,对于胃火炽盛、心脾积热、肝胆郁热等实热之证有显著疗效,且制作工艺简单,毒副作用小且给药方便,药剂易于制作,成本低廉,能直达病灶,治愈时间短,治愈后不易复发。

实施例1
按重量份包括以下原料药:栀子8份、灯心草8份、连翘8份、板蓝根28份、土茯苓28份、白花蛇草18份、苍术13份、佩兰8份、白及13份、滑石8份、硼砂8份。
将按上述重量份称取的原料药栀子、灯心草、连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、苍术、白及加水先煎20分钟,然后下佩兰,再共煎10分钟;过滤取滤液,50℃下浓缩到相对密度为1.21的中药汤剂。滑石、硼砂单独制备,研磨成超细的粉末。
实施例2
按重量份包括以下原料药:栀子9份、灯心草9份、连翘9份、板蓝根29份、土茯苓29份、白花蛇草19份、苍术14份、佩兰9份、白及14份、滑石9份、硼砂9份。

将按上述重量份称取的原料药栀子、灯心草、连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、苍术、白及加水先煎20分钟,然后下佩兰,再共煎10分钟;过滤取滤液,50℃下浓缩到相对密度为1.23的中药汤剂。滑石、硼砂单独制备,研磨成粉末。
实施例4
所述各原料药重量份为:栀子12份、灯心草12份、连翘12份、板蓝根32份、土茯苓32份、白花蛇草22份、苍术17份、佩兰12份、白及17份、滑石12份、硼砂12份。
将按上述重量份称取的原料药栀子、灯心草、连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、苍术、白及加水先煎20分钟,然后下佩兰,再共煎10分钟;过滤取滤液,50℃下浓缩到相对密度为1.24的中药汤剂。
实施例5
所述各原料药重量份为:栀子11份、灯心草12份、连翘10份、板蓝根3份、土茯苓31份、白花蛇草20份、苍术16份、佩兰11份、白及15份、滑石11份、硼砂11份。
将按上述重量份称取的原料药栀子、灯心草、连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、苍术、白及加水先煎20分钟,然后下佩兰,再共煎10分钟;过滤取滤液,50℃下浓缩到相对密度为1.25中药汤剂(口服液)。滑石、硼砂单独制备,研磨成粉末。
临床资料
1.资料与方法
选择2011 年1 月至2014 年1 月以来,治疗的口腔溃疡患者共300 例。其中,男160 例,女140 例,患者年龄跨度比较大,从10 岁到60 岁都有。15 岁以下患者为70 例,16 岁-28岁患者为130 例,29-60 岁患者为100 例。临床表现为口腔粘膜上的表浅性溃疡,大小从米粒至黄豆大小、成圆形或卵圆形,溃疡面为凹、周围充血。随机将患者分为两组,治疗组和对照组,治疗组150 人,对照组150 人。
2. 药效标准
痊愈:口腔溃疡治愈,痊愈;有效:口腔溃疡明显得到改善;无效:症状无一点改善。
3. 治疗方法
将治疗组分为五组,一组为50 人,分别使用本发明实施例1-5 的药物来进行治疗。
治疗一组:50 例患者使用本发明实施例1 的汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服, 同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处,7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行1-3 个疗程。用药后,45 例痊愈,3 例得到明显改善,2 例症状无效。在用药过程中,无副作用出现。跟进半年,无患者复发。
治疗二组:50 例患者使用本发明实施例2 的汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处, 7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行1-3 个疗程。用药后,44 例痊愈,4例得到明显改善,2 例症状无效。在用药过程中,无副作用出现。跟进半年,无患者复发。
治疗三组:50 例患者使用本发明实施例3 的汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处, 7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行1-3 个疗程。用药后,46 例痊愈,3 例得到明显改善,1例症状无效。在用药过程中,无副作用出现。跟进半年,无患者复发。
治疗四组:50 例患者使用本发明实施例4的汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处, 7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行1-3 个疗程。用药后,43 例痊愈,4 例得到明显改善,3 例症状无效。在用药过程中,无副作用出现。跟进半年,无患者复发。
治疗五组:50 例患者使用本发明实施例5 的汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处, 7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行1-3 个疗程。用药后,46 例痊愈,3例得到明显改善,1 例症状无效。在用药过程中,无副作用出现。跟进半年,无患者复发。
2 将对照组分为三组,分别使用其他药物进行治疗。
对照一组:该组患者50 例,采用牛黄解毒片进行治疗。口服,小片一次3 片,大片一次2 片, 一日2 ~ 3 次。治疗进行4 周,用药后,30 例痊愈,10 例得到明显改善,10 例症状无效。在用药过程中,有10 例出现腹泻、精神倦怠、血小板减小等副作用。跟进半年,有8 例患者复发。
对照二组: 该组患者50 例,采用冰硼散进行治疗。吹敷患处,每次少量,一日数次。治疗进行4 周,用药后,32 例痊愈,12 例得到明显改善,6 例症状无效。在用药过程中,有2 例出现腹痛、过敏等副作用。跟进半年,有10 例患者复发。
对照三组:该组患者50 例,采用西瓜霜喷剂进行治疗。喷患处,一次适量,一日3-4次。治疗进行4 周,用药后,25 例痊愈,12 例得到明显改善,13 例症状无效。用药过程中,表现出明显的暂时性,用药短时间内症状缓解,停止用药症状就复发。
通过治疗对比,可知,本发明的中药组合物在治疗空腔溃疡时,疗效更快,更好,药效持久,不易复发,而且没有副作用。
具体病例
病例1 :李某,女,15 岁,患有口腔溃疡,经常复发,使用本发明实施例1 的中药汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处,7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行2 个疗程。用药后,症状痊愈,用药过程中,无副作用。跟进半年,无复发。
病例2 :李某,男,28 岁,患有口腔溃疡,使用本发明实施例2 的中药汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处,7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行2 个疗程。服药过程中,李某未出现不良反应,服药之后,症状明显治愈,并且后期跟进观察半年,没有再复发。
病例3 :赵某,女,25 岁,患有口腔溃疡,使用本发明实施例3 的中药汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处, 7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行2 个疗程。用药后,病症痊愈,治疗过程中,未出现不良反应。跟进半年,没有再复发。
病例2 :黄某,男,18 岁,患有口腔溃疡,使用本发明实施例2 的中药汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处,7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行2 个疗程。服药过程中,李某未出现不良反应,服药之后,症状明显治愈,并且后期跟进观察半年,没有再复发。
病例3 :杜某,女,20 岁,患有口腔溃疡,使用本发明实施例3 的中药汤剂进行治疗。每日1剂,水煎服,早晚分服,同时用滑石、硼砂的粉末涂于患处, 7 天为一个疗程,治疗进行2 个疗程。用药后,病症痊愈,治疗过程中,未出现不良反应。跟进半年,没有再复发。

1.一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下原料药:栀子8-12份、灯心草8-12份、连翘8-12份、板蓝根28-32份、土茯苓28-32份、白花蛇草18-22份、苍术13-17份、佩兰8-12份、白及13-17份、滑石8-12份、硼砂8-12份。
2.如权利要求1所述治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述述各原料药重量份为:栀子9-11份、灯心草9-11份、连翘9-11份、板蓝根29-31份、土茯苓29-31份、白花蛇草19-21份、苍术14-16份、佩兰9-11份、白及14-16份、滑石9-11份、硼砂9-11份。
3.如权利要求2所述治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述各原料药重量份为:栀子10份、灯心草10份、连翘10份、板蓝根30份、土茯苓30份、白花蛇草20份、苍术15份、佩兰10份、白及15份、滑石10份、硼砂10份。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按上述重量份称取原料药栀子、灯心草、连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、苍术、白及加水先煎煮15~25分钟,然后下佩兰,再共煎煮8~15分钟;过滤后取滤液,50℃下浓缩到相对密度为1.21-1.25中药汤剂;
所述滑石、硼砂研磨成200-300目的超细粉末备外涂使用。
5.如权利要求4所述治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述原料药栀子、灯心草、连翘、板蓝根、土茯苓、白花蛇草、苍术、白及加水先煎煮20分钟,然后下所述佩兰,再共煎煮10分钟。
6.如权利要求4或5所述治疗口腔溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,煎煮时,加水量为5 ~ 10 倍的所有药材总质量。
