本发明属于中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗气滞血瘀证心悸的中药组合物。
背景技术
心悸指患者自觉心中悸动，甚至不能自主的一类症状。发生时，患者自觉心跳快而强，并伴有心前区不适感。属祖国医学“惊悸”和“怔仲”的范畴。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据对心悸一症的辩证分析进而提供一种治疗气滞血瘀证心悸的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗气滞血瘀证心悸的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：赤芍12-18份、甘草3-9份、麦冬12-18份、地黄12-18份、川芎9-15份、柴胡6-12份、丹参25-35份、太子参12-18份、当归12-18份、香附12-18份、五味子6-12份、桃仁9-15份、枳壳9-15份、益母草25-35份、红花12-18份、牡蛎25-35份、龙骨25-35份、桂枝12-18份、附子3-9份、黄芪9-15份。
上述中药组合物中，各原料药物的最佳重量配比为：赤芍15份、甘草6份、麦冬15份、地黄15份、川芎12份、柴胡9份、丹参30份、太子参15份、当归15份、香附15份、五味子9份、桃仁12份、枳壳12份、益母草30份、红花15份、牡蛎30份、龙骨30份、桂枝15份、附子6份、黄芪12份。
本发明所提供的中药组合物的服用方法为：将上述重量配比的原料药物混合后采用常规煎制中药的方法取其药汁300-500ml，每日早晚两次服用，每日一副。
组方分析：心悸一症的关键在于心神不能自主，其或由心阳不足或由心神不能自主而致。心阳即君火，君火旺、心神藏何来心悸？气滞血瘀症心悸则由于气不行血、血不藏气而致心神摇曳、君火虚弱而致。故在本发明所提供的中药组合物中，取赤芍、丹参、桃仁、益母草、红花活血通经以破血瘀，经通则气行，气行则血随，君火升心液足则心悸自去。而由于长期气滞血瘀，则心液必亏，心液亏极则君火摇曳，心神不藏，故加以麦冬、地黄、当归益精填髓、养阴补血以补心液之亏；以川芎、柴胡、香附、枳壳行气开郁促肝木之生发，须知肾水经肝木之温升而化为君火，肝木调达则君火自旺。以牡蛎、龙骨镇静安神，以五味子收纳五脏之气以补肾宁心，以附子补元阳、桂枝补心阳、黄芪调周身之阳气，更取太子参阴阳皆补之效，气足则神旺，神旺则悸去。上述诸药合用，活血祛瘀、气血双补，君火心液阴阳平衡，神藏气行，对治疗气滞血瘀证心悸能够达到很好的治疗效果。该中药组合物在药物选用上虽然为常用药物，但通过对病症准确的辩证分析，将常规药物进行合理配伍，斟酌用量，其能取得令人满意的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例中的具体病例对本发明所提供的中药组合物作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗气滞血瘀证心悸的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：赤芍18g、甘草9g、麦冬18g、地黄18g、川芎15g、柴胡12g、丹参35g、太子参18g、当归18g、香附18g、五味子12g、桃仁15g、枳壳15g、益母草35g、红花18g、牡蛎35g、龙骨35g、桂枝18g、附子9g、黄芪15g。
在本实施例中，为对药物进行毒性试验，各原料药物的重量份取其最大重量份进行试验，毒性试验分为急性毒性实验及长期毒性试验，结果如下：
急性毒性试验：为方便对小白鼠进行投药喂食，将本发明实施例1制备的中药汤汁进行浓缩雾化造粒得到中药颗粒。将中药颗粒溶解在蒸馏水中，以临床日用量的170倍给小白鼠投药喂食，观察5日。结果所有小白鼠的活动、饮食、毛发未见异常，未见毒性反应。对白鼠口腔和破损皮肤进行刺激性试验，未见有刺激性反应和其它不良反应。
长期毒性实验：将本发明该实施例中制备的中药颗粒对小鼠按17.5g生药/kg溶解在水中，对小鼠连续用药14周，每天2次，及停药2周后，结果表明：本发明中药对试验小白鼠的毛发、行为、大小便、体重、脏器重量、血象、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标均无明显影响，脏器肉眼没有发现异样变化。采用组织学检查结果表明，用药14周及停药2周后，小鼠各脏器均无明显改变。
实施例2
一种治疗气滞血瘀证心悸的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：赤芍15g、甘草6g、麦冬15g、地黄15g、川芎12g、柴胡9g、丹参30g、太子参15g、当归15g、香附15g、五味子9g、桃仁12g、枳壳12g、益母草30g、红花15g、牡蛎30g、龙骨30g、桂枝15g、附子6g、黄芪12g。
在本实施例中，采用上述重量配比的原料药物进行了临床试验，实验如下：
心悸患者168例，其中确定为气滞血瘀证心悸的72例，男42例、女30例，年龄42-78岁，平均年龄56.5岁，症状为：自觉心中悸动，甚至不能自主，伴有失眠、健忘、眩晕、耳鸣等症状并存。脉涩、细，部分脉沉，精神多萎靡不振，面少光华，食欲不佳，少气短语，喜卧懒动。
治疗标准：自感心中悸动减轻、情绪好转为有效，心悸完全消失，同时失眠、健忘、眩晕、耳鸣等伴有症状消失为痊愈。

限于条件，临床实验未作直接的对照，但与此前三年收治的同类患者治疗情况相比，本药品的治疗效果显著的增强，特别是本药品治疗周期多为0.5—2周，同比缩短50%左右，药费成本降低60%以上。治愈后半年随访，80%以上的患者未见复发，且尚未发现因用药而引发的其他病症，因而该药品在实验地产生了良好的影响。
典型病例
男，52岁，自感心跳不安，伴有胸闷不适，脉搏110/分钟，烦躁易怒，持续时间半年。脉诊沉细、涩，交谈时声低息短，自述浑身发沉，懒于活动，伴有耳鸣、头晕症状，诊断其为气滞血瘀证心悸。
服用本发明所提供的中药组合物7副后，心中顿感敞亮，心跳不安感觉减轻，脉搏降至90/分钟，继续服用该中药组合物15副后，心跳不安及胸闷感消失，脉搏75/分钟，同时耳鸣、头晕症状消失，情绪平稳，能够有效控制情绪，遇事不再发急，至今1年心悸感再未出现。
实施例3
一种治疗气滞血瘀证心悸的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：赤芍12、甘草9、麦冬12、地黄18、川芎9、柴胡12、丹参25、太子参18、当归12、香附18、五味子6、桃仁15、枳壳9、益母草35、红花12、牡蛎35、龙骨25、桂枝18、附子3、黄芪15。
实施例4

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗气滞血瘀证心悸的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物中，各原料药物的最佳重量配比为：赤芍15份、甘草6份、麦冬15份、地黄15份、川芎12份、柴胡9份、丹参30份、太子参15份、当归15份、香附15份、五味子9份、桃仁12份、枳壳12份、益母草30份、红花15份、牡蛎30份、龙骨30份、桂枝15份、附子6份、黄芪12份。
