Abstract

本发明提供了一种安装于电路板上的插座连接器。所述插座连接器包括绝缘本体及收容于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子。所述绝缘本体上形成有对接面及与该对接面相对设置的安装面。所述插座连接器还包括固持座,自所述绝缘本体安装面向内凹陷形成安装槽,所述固持座固定收容于所述安装槽内。

插座连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种插座连接器,尤其涉及一种安装于电路板上的插座连接器。
背景技术
随着电子技术的快速发展,电连接器被广泛应用于电子产品中,以与外部设备交换信息、数据等。电连接器一般包括绝缘本体及收容于所述绝缘本体内的端子。所述端子的焊接脚自绝缘本体伸出,以焊接在电路板上。
为了满足电子产品传输信号稳定、传输效率高的要求,现需要保证电连接器的对接稳定性较强。然而,现有插座连接器的插座端子与插座本体之间的保持力较差,从而在插座连接器与对应的插头连接器对接时,若插头连接器的插拔力较大,则插座连接器的插座端子很容易脱离插座本体,进而影响了信号的传输。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的插座连接器予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种插座连接器,该插座连接器的保持力较佳。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种插座连接器,安装于电路板上用于与插头连接器对接,其包括:
绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体上形成有与所述插头连接器对接的对接面及与该对接面相对设置的安装面,若干端子收容槽自所述对接面贯穿至所述安装面;以及
导电端子,所述导电端子对应收容于所述端子收容槽内,每根导电端子包括与所述插头连接器电性连接的接触部、电性连接于电路板的端子尾部以及连接所述接触部与所述端子尾部的固持部;
所述插座连接器还包括固持座,自所述绝缘本体的安装面朝向其对接面凹陷形成安装槽,所述固持座固定收容于所述安装槽内,所述固持座上形成有若干与对应的端子收容槽相连通的通孔,导电端子的固持部包括前固持部和后固持部,所述安装槽与端子收容槽之间设有一个间隔壁,所述端子收容槽于所述间隔壁上形成若干开口。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述后固持部上形成有倒刺,所述倒刺与所述固持座上的通孔内侧相配合以固定所述固持座与所述导电端子。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导电端子前固持部过盈配合于所述开口内侧壁上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导电端子前固持部后缘形成平台,当所述绝缘本体受到脱离所述导电端子方向的外力时,所述固持座的前端面将卡止于所述平台。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固持座的前端面、左侧面与右侧面上均形成有若干凹槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述绝缘本体的间隔壁上开设有若干散热槽,所述散热槽与所述凹槽之间构成气流流通的通道。
作为本发明的进一步改进,自所述安装面向内延伸形成有若干卡扣臂,自所述固持座向后延伸形成若干凸台,当所述固持座插入至所述安装槽内时,所述凸台卡持于所述卡扣臂以紧密固定所述固持座于所述绝缘本体上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的插座连接器通过设置有固持座,且自绝缘本体安装面向内凹陷形成有安装槽,从而所述固持座可固定收容于所述安装槽内,进而可使得所述插座连接器的保持力较佳。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的插座连接器100用以焊接到电路板(未图示)上,并可与对应的插头连接器(未图示)配合。所述插座连接器100包括绝缘本体10及收容于所述绝缘本体10内的若干导电端子20。
请一并参阅图2至图5所示,所述绝缘本体10包括与所述插头连接器对接的对接面11、与所述对接面11相邻设置的四个侧壁以及与所述对接面11相对设置的安装面12。所述四个侧壁分别为顶壁13、与所述顶壁13相对设置的底壁14以及连接所述顶壁13与底壁14的两侧壁15。
所述绝缘本体10内开设有用以收容所述导电端子20的端子收容槽16,所述端子收容槽16自所述对接面11朝向所述安装面12凹陷,并前后贯穿所述对接面11与所述安装面12。自所述安装面12向内凹陷形成有安装槽17,且所述安装槽17与所述端子收容槽16之间设置有一个间隔壁18,所述端子收容槽16于所述间隔壁18上形成若干开口161。
所述间隔壁18上设置有自所述开口161的相对设置的两内侧壁分别向外凹陷的第一散热槽191,所述第一散热槽191前后贯穿所述间隔壁18,且与所述开口161组合形成十字型。所述间隔壁18上还开设有前后贯穿所述间隔壁18并与所述端子收容槽16相连通的第二散热槽192,从而所述导电端子20于所述端子收容槽16内产生的热量可通过所述第一散热槽191和所述第二散热槽192散发出去。
自所述安装面12向内弯折延伸形成有若干卡扣臂121。所述绝缘本体10顶壁13上设有自所述顶壁13沿所述绝缘本体10高度方向向上突伸的第一凸块131和第二凸块132,本实施方式中,所述第一凸块131设置有两个,所述第二凸块132设置有一个且设置于所述两个第一凸块131之间。所述第一凸块131的截面呈U型设置,且U型开口朝向所述安装面12。
所述绝缘本体10底壁14上设有自所述底壁14沿所述绝缘本体10高度方向向下突伸的第三凸块141,所述第三凸块141的截面亦呈U型设置,且U型开口亦朝向所述安装面12,但所述第三凸块141延伸超出所述对接面11。
所述两侧壁15上分别凹陷有卡槽151,且所述卡槽151开口于所述对接面11。在所述绝缘本体10高度方向上,所述卡槽151的高度自所述安装面12朝向所述对接面11逐渐增大,以使得所述卡槽151呈塔型。进而,藉由所述第一凸块131、第二凸块132、第三凸块141及所述卡槽151分别与对应的所述插头连接器的配合,可将所述插座连接器100与所述插头连接器稳定对接。
请参阅图6并结合图2至图5所示,所述导电端子20对应收容于所述端子收容槽16内。每根导电端子20均包括与所述插头连接器电性连接的接触部21、电性连接于电路板的端子尾部23以及连接所述接触部21与所述端子尾部23的固持部22。
所述接触部21与所述端子尾部23均呈平板状,且所述接触部21收容于所述端子收容槽16内,所述端子尾部23延伸超出所述绝缘本体10,以便于焊接至所述电路板上。
所述固持部22包括与所述接触部21相连的前固持部221和与所述端子尾部23相连的后固持部222。所述前固持部221收容于所述开口161内,且过盈配合于所述开口161内侧壁上。所述前固持部221后缘形成有平台223。所述后固持部222上形成有倒刺224。
请参阅图7并结合图2至图6所示,所述插座连接器100还包括固持座30,所述固持座30固定收容于所述安装槽17内。所述固持座30上形成有若干通孔31对应所述端子收容槽16,且所述通孔31与所述端子收容槽16相连通。
所述倒刺224与所述固持座30上的通孔31内侧相配合以固定所述固持座30与所述导电端子20。所述平台223收容于所述开口161内,且一侧与所述固持座30的前端面32相接触,从而当所述绝缘本体10受到脱离所述导电端子20方向的外力时,所述固持座30的前端面32将卡止于所述平台223。
所述固持座30的前端面32、左侧面33与右侧面34上均形成有若干凹槽35。所述第一散热槽191和所述第二散热槽192分别与所述凹槽35之间构成气流流通的通道,从而所述导电端子20于所述端子收容槽16内产生的热量可通过所述通道散发出去。
自所述固持座30顶面36向后延伸形成若干凸台37,所述凸台37包括与所述前端面32相连接的斜面371,从而当所述固持座30插入至所述安装槽17内时,所述凸台37的斜面371与所述卡扣臂121相接触卡持以将所述固持座30紧密固定于所述绝缘本体10上。
综上所述,本发明的插座连接器100通过设置有固持座30,且自所述绝缘本体10安装面12向内凹陷形成有安装槽17,从而所述固持座30可固定收容于所述安装槽17内,进而可使得所述插座连接器100的保持力较佳。

Claims (7)

1.一种插座连接器,安装于电路板上用于与插头连接器对接,其包括:
绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体上形成有与所述插头连接器对接的对接面及与该对接面相对设置的安装面,若干端子收容槽自所述对接面贯穿至所述安装面;以及
导电端子,所述导电端子对应收容于所述端子收容槽内,每根导电端子包括与所述插头连接器电性连接的接触部、电性连接于电路板的端子尾部以及连接所述接触部与所述端子尾部的固持部;
其特征在于:所述插座连接器还包括固持座,自所述绝缘本体的安装面朝向其对接面凹陷形成安装槽,所述固持座固定收容于所述安装槽内,所述固持座上形成有若干与对应的端子收容槽相连通的通孔,导电端子的固持部包括前固持部和后固持部,所述安装槽与端子收容槽之间设有一个间隔壁,所述端子收容槽于所述间隔壁上形成若干开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述后固持部上形成有倒刺,所述倒刺与所述固持座上的通孔内侧相配合以固定所述固持座与所述导电端子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子前固持部过盈配合于所述开口内侧壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子前固持部后缘形成平台,当所述绝缘本体受到脱离所述导电端子方向的外力时,所述固持座的前端面将卡止于所述平台。
5.根据权利要求4所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述固持座的前端面、左侧面与右侧面上均形成有若干凹槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的间隔壁上开设有若干散热槽,所述散热槽与所述凹槽之间构成气流流通的通道。
7.根据权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:自所述安装面向内延伸形成有若干卡扣臂,自所述固持座向后延伸形成若干凸台,当所述固持座插入至所述安装槽内时,所述凸台卡持于所述卡扣臂以紧密固定所述固持座于所述绝缘本体上。
