本发明涉及涂料的技术领域,具体地说是一种高效水性涂料。
背景技术
目前,在水性涂料中一般都是以聚乙烯醇为基料的涂料。聚乙烯醇的分子中含有数量很大的羟基官能团,它成膜特别细腻,透气性差,并容易吸收水份。从而导致涂层不防水。从老祖宗有了木制工艺之始,就对成品表面涂装从早期的丹青、干漆等天然涂饰演变至今的化学涂料,无非就是为维持木制品的稳定性及美观感,无论原料,工程均有过无数次的颠覆及革新,但虽然存在使用寿命短,难以打磨及施工,并且具有一定毒性的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用寿命长,便于施工的高效水性涂料。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种高效水性涂料,所述组分按重量百分比为:硬脂酸锌5-10%,腊粉10-15%,增稠剂3-8%,尿素树脂粉10-15%,钛白粉9-15%,碳酸钙5-7%,高岭土4-7%,二化硅粉9-12%,醇酯十二1-2%,杀菌剂1-2%,余量去离子水。
本发明优点是具有超弹性、防水、防锈等多功效、无污染。

实施例2,一种高效水性涂料,所述组分按重量百分比为:硬脂酸锌10%,腊粉10%,增稠剂8%,尿素树脂粉10%,钛白粉15%,碳酸钙5%,高岭土7%,二化硅粉9%,醇酯十二2%,杀菌剂1%,余量去离子水。
实施例3,一种高效水性涂料,所述组分按重量百分比为:硬脂酸锌7.5%,腊粉12.5%,增稠剂5.5%,尿素树脂粉12.5%,钛白粉12%,碳酸钙6%,高岭土5.5%,二化硅粉10.5%,醇酯十二1.5%,杀菌剂1.5%,余量去离子水。
