本发明涉及一种专用于机械设备的发泡冲洗装置。
背景技术
 机械加工车间里和机械设备上，经常落有很多灰尘或者粘结有一些难以清洗的涂料之类的，人工清洗比较不安全，但是不用人工清洗又无法清洗干净，因此，需要一种能够将不安全物质清洗干净的冲洗装置。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明为了解决现有技术的不足，提供了一种使用便利、携带方便的发泡冲洗装置。
技术方案：一种发泡冲洗装置，包括本体，由进水部，冲洗部和加泡部组成，进水部呈喇叭状，进水部连接进水管道。
作为优选，还包括一个冲洗管道，冲洗管道通过法兰连接在本体上。
作为优选，冲洗管道的末端设有喷头，喷头上设置锐刺。
作为优选，锐刺均匀分布在喷头上。
作为优选，本体侧面设有加泡口，本地底部设有振荡器。
有益效果：本发明和现有技术相比，可以将设备或者机械加工车间里一些不安全的对人体有伤害或者角落里的污垢清洗干净，而且使用便利、携带方便。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述。
具体实施例：
一种发泡冲洗装置，包括本体，由进水部1，冲洗部2和加泡部3组成，进水部1呈喇叭状，进水部1连接进水管道11，还包括一个冲洗管道4，冲洗管道4通过法兰连接在本体上，冲洗管道4的末端设有喷头5，喷头上设置锐刺，锐刺均匀分布在喷头5上，本体侧面设有加泡口6，本地底部设有振荡器7。使用时，将发泡剂等放进加泡口6，用振荡器7进行震荡，混合物达到标准之后，通过冲洗管道4喷出，喷头5上的锐刺可以用于清除一些比较难以清除的固体类污垢。
本发明可以将设备或者机械加工车间里一些不安全的对人体有伤害或者角落里的污垢清洗干净，而且使用便利、携带方便的发泡冲洗装置。 

Claims (5)

1.一种发泡冲洗装置，包括本体，其特征在于：由进水部（1），冲洗部（2）和加泡部（3）组成，进水部（1）呈喇叭状，进水部（1）连接进水管道（11）。
2.如权利要求1所述的发泡冲洗装置，其特征在于:还包括一个冲洗管道（4），冲洗管道（4）通过法兰连接在本体上。
3.如权利要求2所述的发泡冲洗装置，其特征在于：冲洗管道（4）的末端设有喷头（5），喷头上设置锐刺。
4.如权利要求3所述的发泡冲洗装置，其特征在于：锐刺均匀分布在喷头（5）上。
5.如权利要求4所述的发泡冲洗装置，其特征在于：本体侧面设有加泡口（6），本地底部设有振荡器（7）。
