本实用新型涉及一种喷漆除尘装置。一种喷漆除尘装置，包括支撑架和支撑架内装有水幕墙，所述的支撑架的上端设有蓄水槽，蓄水槽上连接管道，管道的下方连接有抽水电机，抽水电机连接有水池；支撑架上连接有除尘电机，除尘电机的两侧分别连接有除尘管和吸尘管。本实用新型巧妙的运用了水槽和水池，通过管道连接起来，使得水始终循环利用，同时通过除尘电机保证了箱体内比较干净，给工人操作创造良好的环境氛围。

本实用新型涉及一种喷漆除尘装置。
背景技术
在现在的家具行业中，喷漆成为了必不可少的加工工序。由于喷漆工作时对人体的伤害很大，特别是喷漆后多余的油漆被操作工人粘上或者散布在周围的环境中，造成一定的污染。在不断改进过程中设计出多种防止喷漆伤害工人身体的喷漆设备，现在比较流行的就是用水幕吸收油漆，但很多都不能循环利用其中流掉的水，造成了不必要的浪费。有些喷漆设备缺少了除尘装置，对环境也不是很好。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种节约水，有利于环境的喷漆除尘装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型主要通过以下技术方案得以解决：
一种喷漆除尘装置，包括支撑架和支撑架内装有水幕墙，所述的支撑架的上端设有蓄水槽，蓄水槽上连接管道，管道的下方连接有抽水电机，抽水电机连接有水池；支撑架上连接有除尘电机，除尘电机的两侧分别连接有除尘管和吸尘管。
本实用新型巧妙的运用了水槽和水池，通过管道连接起来，使得水始终循环利用，同时通过除尘电机保证了箱体内比较干净，给工人操作创造良好的环境氛围。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1－2，对本实用新型的技术方案的具体实施方式作进一步具体的说明。
实施例：
一种喷漆除尘装置，包括支撑架3和支撑架3内装有水幕墙2，所述的支撑架3的上端设有蓄水槽4，蓄水槽4上连接管道8，管道8的下方连接有抽水电机9，抽水电机9连接有水池10；支撑架3上连接有除尘电机5，除尘电机5的两侧分别连接有除尘管12和吸尘管13。
在使用过程中，工人启动喷漆电机7的同时启动抽水电机9和出尘电机5开始工作，通过抽水电机水开始循环在水池10和蓄水槽4内流动，把要喷的东西放在工作台11上，用喷漆头6开始喷漆，多余的喷漆贱到下面的水池10后被吸带走，同时整个环境内多余的喷漆被水幕墙2吸收，同时通过吸尘管13把灰尘等杂质吸入除尘电机5，再通过除尘管12排到房间外。

1.一种喷漆除尘装置，包括支撑架（3）和支撑架（3）内装有水幕墙（2），其特征在于，所述的支撑架（3）的上端设有蓄水槽（4），蓄水槽（4）上连接管道（8），管道（8）的下方连接有抽水电机（9），抽水电机（9）连接有水池（10）；支撑架（3）上连接有除尘电机（5），除尘电机（5）的两侧分别连接有除尘管（12）和吸尘管（13）。
