在制药和食品保健品生产过程中，设备清洗是生产工艺流程中一个很重要的环节，尤其在"换批"、"更换品种"与"清场"时更为重要。例如由于残留的部分成分营养丰富，容易滋生细菌等，需要对设备进行清洗或拆洗，以去除残留的成分，但是设备最好不要使用清洁剂，因为清洁剂易于残留在设备中或配件上，导致产品质量出现问题。设备的清洗是保证产品卫生质量、提高企业竞争力的必要条件。
综上所述，针对现有技术的不足和缺陷，特别需要一种能有效清洗医药设备的装置，以解决上述问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于医药设备清洗的高压超声水枪装置，该装置无需使用清洁剂便可有效清洗医药设备。

参见图1所示的用于医药设备清洗的高压超声水枪装置，包括高压水泵10和通过高压水管12与高压水泵10连接的水枪头11，高压水管12靠近水枪头11一端的内部安装有超声波换能器21，超声波换能器21通过管道22与超声波发生器20连接，超声波换能器21经超声波发生器20后，能够产生超声波。
超声波顺着高压水柱到达设备表面，在超声波的作用下，机械振动传到高压水枪的枪头中，超声波顺着水柱到达被清洗的表面，由于超声波在设备界面中产生超声空化作用，瞬间产生强力冲击波，可直接破坏污染物并使之分散在水中，高压水柱和超声波作用共同使物体表面及缝隙中的污垢迅速剥落,从而达到清洗物体的目的，能够避免清洁剂，节约用水，快速去除，进一步降低了功耗，节约了成本。
