本发明公开了一种扩嵌机用的嵌线模具，其箱体的中心设置有芯轴；所述芯轴上可绕其旋转地设置有料库；所述料库设置在箱体的内部空腔中；所述芯轴是空心的；推杆套筒的一端插入芯轴中，并通过连接器与拉杆的一端相连，所述拉杆的另一端与铜推头相连；所述推杆套筒的另一端设置有推纸杆底座；所述推纸杆底座上沿其外圆周水平地设置有多根推纸杆；所述推纸杆可将料库中的绝缘纸带出插入到电机定子的绕线槽中；导条安装座设置在箱体的一侧；导条水平地设置在导条安装座上，为推纸杆进行导向；所述芯轴的一端与导条安装座连接，另一端设置有移动块；本发明所述的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具采用模块化设计，更换方便，占地空间小，且调节方便。

一种扩嵌机用的嵌线模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产电机用的扩嵌机的改进，特别是一种占地空间小，调节方便，适用范围宽的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具。
背景技术
扩嵌机在电机行业中用于将电机用绕线嵌入电机定子中并将绕线挤开，现有的扩嵌机中嵌线模具结构复杂，且没有模块化，更换非常不便，特别是换新的模具后的调整，需要花大量时间，通常更换一套模具需要1个半小时到2个小时，这样势必造成嵌线机的生产效率低；而且现有的嵌线模具的导条和推纸杆是由电机同时控制前进或后退，这种结构的嵌线模具只能适用某一特定规格的电机定子，适用范围有限，而且占地空间大；为此，我们研发了一种占地空间小，调节方便，适用范围宽的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种占地空间小，调节方便，适用范围宽的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种扩嵌机用的嵌线模具，包含箱体、推杆套筒、拉杆、导条、导条安装座；所述箱体的中心设置有芯轴；所述芯轴上可绕其旋转地设置有料库；所述料库设置在箱体的内部空腔中；所述芯轴是空心的；所述推杆套筒的一端插入芯轴中，并通过连接器与拉杆的一端相连，所述拉杆的另一端与铜推头相连，所述铜推头的外端面上设置有分线针，所述推杆套筒的另一端设置有推纸杆底座；所述推纸杆底座上沿其外圆周水平地设置有多根推纸杆；所述箱体上以芯轴为中心设置有与推纸杆对应的通孔，以便推纸杆能通过其对应的通孔，并同时将料库中的绝缘纸带出插入到电机定子的绕线槽中；所述导条安装座设置在箱体的一侧；所述导条水平地设置在导条安装座上，为推纸杆进行导向；所述芯轴的一端与导条安装座连接，另一端设置有移动块；所述推纸杆底座连接轴旋转可驱动与其相连的推纸杆底座前后移动；所述移动块连接轴旋转可驱动与其相连的移动块前后移动，以使导条实现前后移动。 
优选的，所述箱体的上表面设置有吊环，以方便进行吊装。
优选的，所述推纸杆底座的外端部设置有推杆护套，用以保护推纸杆底座和推纸杆。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明所述的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具中的嵌线模具采用模块化设计，更换方便，可节省换模时间，提高了设备的使用效率；而且导条的伸出长度可单独调节，因而可适用多种不同规格的电机定子，且占地空间小，调节方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1、2所示为本发明所述的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具，包含箱体10、推杆套筒13、拉杆14、导条5；所述箱体10的中心设置有芯轴12；所述芯轴12上可绕其旋转地设置有料库11；所述料库11设置在箱体10的内部空腔中；所述芯轴12是空心的；所述推杆套筒13的一端插入芯轴12中，并通过连接器15与拉杆14的一端相连，所述拉杆14的另一端与铜推头7相连，所述铜推头7的外端面上设置有分线针8，所述推杆套筒13的另一端设置有推纸杆底座16；所述推纸杆底座16上沿其外圆周水平地设置有多根推纸杆6；所述箱体1上以芯轴12为中心设置有与推纸杆6对应的通孔，以便推纸杆6能通过其对应的通孔，并同时将料库11中的绝缘纸带出插入到电机定子的绕线槽（未示出）中；为了使推纸杆6的运行轨迹更稳定，在箱体10一侧设置有导条安装座9；所述导条5水平地设置在导条安装座9上，为推纸杆6进行导向；所述箱体1的上表面设置有吊环18，以方便进行吊装；所述推纸杆底座16的外端部设置有推杆护套，用以保护推纸杆底座16和推纸杆6；所述芯轴12的一端与导条安装座9连接，另一端设置有移动块17。
如附图2所示，本发明所述的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具应用时水平地设置在机架1上；所述机架上设置有第一电机3、第二电机4；所述第一电机3可通过皮带可驱动推纸杆底座连接轴19旋转，从而驱动与其相连的推纸杆底座16前后移动；所述第二电机4可通过皮带可驱动移动块连接轴20旋转，从而驱动与其相连的移动块17前后移动，以使导条5实现前后移动。 
工作时，可根据电机定子的厚度，由第二电机4驱动来调整导条5的伸出长度，然后再在导条5上安装上电机定子并用固定器将电机定子固定；然后由第一电机3驱动，使推纸杆6插入箱体10上的通孔并将料库11中的绝缘纸带出插入到电机定子的绕线槽，与此同时，分线针8可绕线分开，并通过铜推头7将绕线分别插入电机定子对应的绕线槽中。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明所述的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具中的嵌线模具采用模块化设计，更换方便，可节省换模时间，提高了设备的使用效率；而且导条的伸出长度可单独调节，因而可适用多种不同规格的电机定子，且占地空间小，调节方便。

1.一种扩嵌机用的嵌线模具，包含箱体、推杆套筒、拉杆、导条、导条安装座；所述箱体的中心设置有芯轴；所述芯轴上可绕其旋转地设置有料库；所述料库设置在箱体的内部空腔中；所述芯轴是空心的；所述推杆套筒的一端插入芯轴中，并通过连接器与拉杆的一端相连，所述拉杆的另一端与铜推头相连，所述铜推头的外端面上设置有分线针，所述推杆套筒的另一端设置有推纸杆底座；所述推纸杆底座上沿其外圆周水平地设置有多根推纸杆；所述箱体上以芯轴为中心设置有与推纸杆对应的通孔，以便推纸杆能通过其对应的通孔，并同时将料库中的绝缘纸带出插入到电机定子的绕线槽中；所述导条安装座设置在箱体的一侧；所述导条水平地设置在导条安装座上，为推纸杆进行导向；所述芯轴的一端与导条安装座连接，另一端设置有移动块；所述推纸杆底座连接轴旋转可驱动与其相连的推纸杆底座前后移动；所述移动块连接轴旋转可驱动与其相连的移动块前后移动，以使导条实现前后移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具，其特征在于：所述箱体的上表面设置有吊环，以方便进行吊装。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的扩嵌机用的嵌线模具，其特征在于：所述推纸杆底座的外端部设置有推杆护套，用以保护推纸杆底座和推纸杆。
