背景技术
传统的变压器绕线模,由钢板或绝缘材料加工成一个整体,卷铁心变压器若用此种绕线模,线圈绕制完成后,绕线模将无法脱出,若采用绝缘材料制成的绕线模,线圈绕制后绕线模不脱出,则影响线圈的散热,同时增加了成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、装模、脱模方便的卷铁心变压器低压绕线模。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:卷铁心变压器低压绕线模,模体的形状为圆筒形,模体沿轴向均分为至少三块,各块之间保留间隔,每块的两端分别设有便于装模及脱模的孔。
所述的模体由钢板或绝缘材料制成。
本实用新型在具体使用时,将各块模体定位拼接好并用绑扎带固定在绕线机上,保证块与块之间留有一定的间隙,线圈绕制完成后,借助于模体上的孔即可将模体逐块脱出。
本实用新型结构简单,装模及脱模方便,适用于卷铁心变压器,在线圈绕制完成后,将模体脱出,增加了线圈的散热面,同时降低了成本。
