Abstract

本发明公开一种大型发电机组的调节阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀套、阀杆、主阀碟、预启阀碟,所述主阀碟固定连接在阀杆的下端,该主阀碟为空腹结构,其腹腔构成预启卸载室,主阀碟底壁上开有作为卸载介质通道的卸载孔,所述预启阀碟位于卸载室内,对应该卸载孔;所述主阀碟的外周面与阀套的内周面滑动配合,在阀套上开有平衡孔,或在主阀碟筒壁上开有平衡孔,在阀套上开有与平衡孔周向位置一致的纵向腰形孔。将高压介质引入预启卸载室,增大预启卸载室内的压力来减轻阀芯组件的振动。

大型发电机组的调节阀
技术领域
本发明涉及调节阀,尤其涉及一种大型发电机组的调节阀。
背景技术
火电、水电、核电、燃气等大型发电机组的调节阀,例如火电、核电机组的主汽调节阀,燃气机组的主气调节阀,其结构见图1,它的阀芯组件受通流介质扰动会发生振动,随着发电机组不断向高参数、多元化发展,介质扰动越来越大,阀芯组件的振动也越来越大,阀杆断裂、阀芯脱落、阀座松动拔起等阀门故障事故时有发生,这不仅影响机组的安全运行,甚至可能造成设备损坏及人身伤亡,后果非常严重。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种带平衡孔的调节阀,通过平衡孔将高压介质引入预启卸载室,增大预启卸载室内的压力来减轻阀芯组件的振动,提高发电机组运行的可靠性。具体技术方案是:
一种大型发电机组的调节阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀套、阀杆、主阀碟、预启阀碟,所述主阀碟固定连接在阀杆的下端,该主阀碟为空腹结构,其腹腔构成预启卸载室,主阀碟底壁上开有作为卸载介质通道的卸载孔,所述预启阀碟位于卸载室内,对应该卸载孔;所述主阀碟的外周面与阀套的内周面滑动配合,在阀套上开有平衡孔。
另一种方案是:
一种大型发电机组的调节阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀套、阀杆、主阀碟、预启阀碟,所述主阀碟固定连接在阀杆的下端,该主阀碟为空腹结构,其腹腔构成预启卸载室,主阀碟底壁上开有作为卸载介质通道的卸载孔,所述预启阀碟位于卸载室内,对应该卸载孔;所述主阀碟的外周面与阀套的内周面滑动配合,其特征在于,在主阀碟筒壁上开有平衡孔,在阀套上开有与平衡孔周向位置一致的纵向腰形孔,两孔的高度位置满足如下关系:
当阀门处于关闭状态时,腰形孔在高位,平衡孔在低位,两孔不连通;
当主阀碟随阀杆上升,达到某一特定开度时,两孔开始连通,直至阀门全开。
优选的,所述主阀碟在50%升程时,两孔开始连通。
上述构造的调节阀,具有如下优点:
通过平衡孔将高压介质引入预启卸载室,增大预启卸载室内的压力,可减轻阀芯组件的振动,提高发电机组运行的可靠性。

具体实施方式
实施例一
参见图2:本大型发电机组的调节阀,包括阀体6、阀座5、阀套2、阀杆1、主阀碟3、预启阀碟4,所述主阀碟3固定连接在阀杆1的下端,该主阀碟3为空腹结构,其腹腔构成预启卸载室,主阀碟3底壁上开有作为卸载介质通道的卸载孔,所述预启阀碟4位于卸载室内,对应该卸载孔;所述主阀碟3的外周面与阀套2的内周面滑动配合,在阀套2上开有平衡孔。
介质经平衡孔进入卸载室,增大卸载室内压力,阀芯组件自身重力与卸载室内压力形成合力,与介质扰动作用力对消,可克服部分扰动作用力,从而减轻阀芯组件的振动。
实施例二
参见图3:本大型发电机组的调节阀,包括阀体6、阀座5、阀套2、阀杆1、主阀碟3、预启阀碟4,所述主阀碟3固定连接在阀杆1的下端,该主阀碟3为空腹结构,其腹腔构成预启卸载室,主阀碟3底壁上开有作为卸载介质通道的卸载孔,所述预启阀碟4位于卸载室内,对应该卸载孔;所述主阀碟3的外周面与阀套2的内周面滑动配合,在主阀碟3筒壁上开有平衡孔,在阀套2上开有与平衡孔周向位置一致的纵向腰形孔,当阀门处于关闭状态时,腰形孔在高位,平衡孔在低位,两孔不连通。当阀门初开时,介质经卸载孔进入卸载室,产生向上推力,可降低阀芯组件提升力,从而减小阀门执行器的功率配置。
参见图4:当主阀碟3随阀杆1上升,达到某一特定升程例如50%时,两孔开始连通,介质经腰形孔、平衡孔顺序进入卸载室,逐渐增大卸载室内压力,在此过程中,阀芯组件自身重力与卸载室内压力形成合力,与介质扰动作用力对消,可克服部分扰动作用力,从而减轻阀芯组件的振动。
参见图5:当阀门全开时,卸载室内外压差甚小,几近平衡,介质扰动甚微,不足以引起阀芯组件振动。

1.一种大型发电机组的调节阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀套、阀杆、主阀碟、预启阀碟,所述主阀碟固定连接在阀杆的下端,该主阀碟为空腹结构,其腹腔构成预启卸载室,主阀碟底壁上开有作为卸载介质通道的卸载孔,所述预启阀碟位于卸载室内,对应该卸载孔;所述主阀碟的外周面与阀套的内周面滑动配合,其特征在于,在主阀碟筒壁上开有平衡孔,在阀套上开有与平衡孔周向位置一致的纵向腰形孔,两孔的高度位置满足如下关系:
当阀门处于关闭状态时,腰形孔在高位,平衡孔在低位,两孔不连通;
当主阀碟随阀杆上升,达到某一特定开度时,两孔开始连通,直至阀门全开。
2.如权利要求1所述的大型发电机组的调节阀,其特征在于,所述主阀碟在50%升程时,两孔开始连通。
