Abstract

本发明涉及采矿设备,尤其是矿用掘进机构,包括框架和电机,框架包括支架和前支撑,还包括螺旋挖掘器、轴承、滑块、固定板和推进装置;螺旋挖掘器上设有挖掘片;螺旋挖掘器穿过轴承内圈安装在电机的轴上,推进装置通过固定板与电机连接;轴承、电机和固定板的两侧均设有滑块,滑块安装在框架的滑槽上,并能相对框架往复移动。使用时由于前支撑可以防止挖掘过程中挖掘装置摇摆,安全可靠,同时可以有效的减少劳动力,由于螺旋挖掘器套在轴承上,减少了电机轴的损伤,延长了电机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及采矿设备,尤其是矿用掘进机构。
背景技术
目前采矿挖掘设备主要包括电动机、锯片,锯片呈圆弧形,其一端圆弧上具有锯齿,另一端与电动机转轴固定连接。这种结构的挖掘装置,比较笨重,容易摇摆,挖掘效率低,容易损伤电机轴。
发明内容
针对上述问题本发明提供一种挖掘效率高、安全可靠的矿用掘进机构,具体技术方案为:
矿用掘进机构,包括框架和电机,所述框架包括支架、前支撑和滑槽;所述支架安装在框架的外侧,用于连接支撑架;所述前支撑固定在框架的前端;所述滑槽对称设置在框架内侧;
还包括螺旋挖掘器、轴承、滑块、固定板和推进装置;所述螺旋挖掘器前端外圆周面上设有按照螺旋方式排布的挖掘片;所述螺旋挖掘器的末端固定在电机的轴上;所述轴承安装在螺旋挖掘器的中间位置;所述推进装置固定在框架的末端,并通过固定板与电机的末端连接;
所述轴承、电机和固定板的两侧均设有滑块,所述滑块安装在框架的滑槽上,并能相对框架往复移动。
所述推进装置为气缸、液压缸或丝杠。
矿用掘进机构使用时将支架固定在地面,前支撑固定在待挖掘的矿产采集面上,启动电机带动螺旋挖掘器旋转,然后通过推进装置推动螺旋挖掘器向前挖掘,前支撑可以防止挖掘过程中挖掘装置摇摆,安全可靠,同时可以有效的减少劳动力,由于螺旋挖掘器套在轴承上,减少了电机轴的损伤,延长了电机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式,如图1所示:
矿用掘进机构,包括框架1和电机8,所述框架1包括支架2、前支撑3和滑槽9;所述支架2安装在框架1的外侧,用于连接支撑架;所述前支撑3固定在框架的前端;所述滑槽9对称设置在框架内侧。
还包括螺旋挖掘器4、轴承6、滑块7、固定板10和推进装置11;所述螺旋挖掘器4前端外圆周面上设有按照螺旋方式排布的挖掘片5;所述螺旋挖掘器4的末端固定在电机8的轴上;所述轴承6安装在螺旋挖掘器4的中间位置;所述推进装置11固定在框架1的末端,并通过固定板10与电机8的末端连接。
所述轴承6、电机8和固定板10的两侧均设有滑块7,所述滑块7安装在框架1的滑槽9上,并能相对框架1往复移动。
所述推进装置11为气缸、液压缸或丝杠。

1.矿用掘进机构,包括框架(1)和电机(8),其特征在于:所述框架(1)包括支架(2)、前支撑(3)和滑槽(9);所述支架(2)安装在框架(1)的外侧,用于连接支撑架;所述前支撑(3)固定在框架的前端;所述滑槽(9)对称设置在框架内侧;
还包括螺旋挖掘器(4)、轴承(6)、滑块(7)、固定板(10)和推进装置(11);所述螺旋挖掘器(4)前端外圆周面上设有按照螺旋方式排布的挖掘片(5);所述螺旋挖掘器(4)的末端固定在电机(8)的轴上;所述轴承(6)安装在螺旋挖掘器(4)的中间位置;所述推进装置(11)固定在框架(1)的末端,并通过固定板(10)与电机(8)的末端连接;
所述轴承(6)、电机(8)和固定板(10)的两侧均设有滑块(7),所述滑块(7)安装在框架(1)的滑槽(9)上,并能相对框架(1)往复移动。
